Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is no fan of President Donald J. Trump, but at a recent awards gala for LGBT youth, the bombastic Democrat made a disturbing claim that she would “take Trump out.” Kyle Olson of the American Mirror reported the statement on Friday, but Youtube pulled down the original video. At the Ali Forney Center gala in New York City, Waters jumped right into the liberal audience’s applause by making the off putting, only a mere four months after multiple Republican members of Congress were gunned down by a democrat mad-man who actually wanted to take them out.
Comments: ´Take Trump out´? That silly old bag might want to curb her rhetoric, lest she receive an unexpected visit from the Secret Service. (Wouldn´t that be hilarious?)
If a white member of Congress had used the exact same words using Obama in place of Trump, the MSM would be yelling racism every day for a month. She should be told to shut up before another crazy person tries to take him out. Where is AG Sessions and the Secret Service?
Now see? We get so much bad news all the time, and we automatically assume the worst from people. What she meant was that she wanted to take him out, like for dinner and drinks. Melania could chaperone in case the rodeo clown cant control her low rent libido. No problem at all.
CNBC’s economic survey released prior to Christmas showed that for the first time in over a decade a majority was optimistic about the economy, and there was a shift as to who should receive credit for the booming economy: Donald J. Trump. The economic growth for the fourth quarter was near four percent. Over 100 companies gave bonuses of at least $1,000 or more to over a million workers, even some part-timers got a piece of that action.
Oprah Winfrey says she’s not running for president in 2020, contrary to the liberal hopes. Her Golden Globes speech set off Winfrey fever, but there are also more than a few liberals who are just appalled by the idea. In a field that rewards and shows deference to experience, there were more than a couple liberal writers from lefty publications that were not warm to Oprah 2020. Is she a successful businesswoman and television personality, like Trump? Yes. Could she win given what we’ve seen last year? There’s no reason to say no.
The American left´s Oprah-mania about her running for president in 2020 is truly absurd. What on Earth qualifies Oprah to run our country? I do not consider myself White House material. But if Oprah qualifies, I am a far superior candidate. Years ago, when Oprah became a national phenomenon, I coined the phrase "the Oprah-izaton of America." It seemed as though Oprah had seduced many Americans into placing feelings above facts and logic. Fake news media and most politicians have become Oprah-ized, behaving as though feelings trump everything.
Many in the media along with other Democrats say Trump is mentally incompetent and needs his head examined. I believe that the people who actually need their heads examined are Obama and all the journalists and Democrats who supported him, no matter what he did. Obama was paranoid, delusional, and a power-hungry autocrat who didn´t care about equal justice, his oath to enforce laws, the Constitution, economic opportunity for all, or the safety of the people. (Snip) Obama wiretapped James Rosen, threw Dinesh D´Souza in jail, and spied on Sharyl Attkisson.
I don’t know whether this is comedy or a sign that in rural America, Democrats really don’t have anyone to run in statewide races. There were rumors that Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) could become the next director of the CIA, current CIA Director Mike Pompeo would become secretary of state, and current Secretary of State Rex Tillerson would be asked to take a hike. Talk about some unwelcome Thanksgiving news if you’re Tillerson. The Trump White House has rejected the notion that this plan is in the works. Tillerson himself said he’s never considered leaving his current post.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders was vocal on Twitter Sunday, issuing biting criticism of former President Barack Obama. In Sanders’ typically blunt vernacular, she claimed that President Obama did not deserve any credit for the apparent improvement in the economy. However, while the economy is doing well and Trump largely deserves praise, Americans would be wise to pay attention the labor force participation rate. (Snip) Indeed, many critics were worried that the economy would fail miserably under President Trump. Liberal New York Times columnist Paul Krugman predicted economic ruin with no end in sight under the new president.
A year after the election and the Democrats, the media, establishment Republicans are still apoplectic over the inauguration of President Donald Trump. It’s obvious they hate him. When did the media stop looking at Donald Trump as an entertainment figure and begin to loathe him? True, bat-guano, off-the-charts loathing. The answer, of course, is when Donald Trump challenged President Obama to produce a birth certificate. Even today, few things get a liberal Democrat or the media more riled up than questioning President Obama’s qualifications to be president.
Brown University decided to change its graduate program´s application process. The change would allow potential students to ´self-identify´ as a person of color, The College Fix reported. Apparently, the university decided to make the change after faculty complained that international and Asian American students weren´t being "treated as members of historically underrepresented groups." Because of the lack of recognition, some students were missing out on invitations to multicultural events. This policy is said to help the university reach its goal of doubling historically underrepresented groups by 2022, the Brown Daily Herald reported.
The educational achievement of white youngsters is nothing to write home about, but that achieved by blacks is nothing less than disgraceful. Let´s look at a recent example of an educational outcome all too common. In 2016, in 13 of Baltimore´s 39 high schools, not a single student scored proficient on the state´s mathematics exam. In six other high schools, only one percent tested proficient in math. In raw numbers, 3,804 Baltimore students took the state´s math test, and 14 tested proficient. Citywide, only 15 percent of Baltimore students passed the state´s English test.
The objective genius writers and editors at Salon.com – supported by a lecturer in the Department of African American studies at the University of Maryland who really should know better – are busy parroting the latest far-left Only Black Lives Matter non-historians who have recently discovered pro-slavery references in what is now being claimed to be a racist National Anthem. And they’d be right, too, except that’s not what Francis Scott Key was writing about. Not at all. Salon might be forgiven for not knowing this, but Professor Jason Nichols really should (and possibly does) know better.
America’s urban communities need a reformation. So why do they keep electing Democrats whose progressive policies hold them hostage on the plantation of liberal ideology? Every week a prominent Democrat is in the news labeling their opposition as racist as if it is some sort of sport. Do you support school choice that helps struggling black parents endgenerational poverty? Racist. Call out black crime rates that disproportionately claim black victims? Racist. Criticize the welfare state that keeps black people hooked on government handouts? Racist. Are you a Republican? Automatic racist.
Maxine Waters (D-CA) has rebranded herself in the Trump Era as a strong public servant standing up to the corrupt, demagogic president. Repeatedly, she has harangued the president during speeches that range from AIDS fundraisers to LGBT Gala award dinners. Today in Michigan, Waters led a raucous chorus at a women’s rally, chanting “Impeach 45! Impeach 45!” But, people would be wise to remember that her career is one of corruption and failure. Rep. Waters has passed just three bills in her 27 years in Congress. That means on average, Waters produces something noteworthy for constituents every 9 years.
NBC plans to televise any players who refuse to stand for “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl, but there may be nothing to show. It appears that NFL players are no longer taking a knee during the national anthem, namely because none of the teams with still-active protesters has qualified for the postseason. By the end of the regular season, only five teams featured at least one player regularly sitting or kneeling on the sidelines for the anthem: the Seattle Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers, the Miami Dolphins, the New York Giants and the Oakland Raiders. None of those franchises made the
Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), no doubt gearing up to run for president in 2020, became unhinged during Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday.Booker glared crazily at Nielsen as he smashed his fists in protest of President Trump’s alleged “S***hole,” comments made during a meeting with Democrats on DACA. (Photo/Tweet/Video) Daily Caller published a partial transcript of Booker’s tirade: “I hurt,” Booker cried. “When Dick Durbin called me I had tears of rage when I heard about this experience in this meeting. “For you not to feel that hurt and that pain and to dismiss
On Monday’s broadcast of CBS’ “Late Show,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) stated that President Trump can begin to prove he’s not racist or bigoted by supporting the bipartisan immigration compromise. Schumer said Trump’s comments “over and over and over again can be described as nothing but racist and obnoxious. He says he’s not a racist. Well, … I have a challenge for Donald Trump. Okay, actions speak louder than words, if you want to begin, just begin that long road back to proving you’re not a racist, you’re not bigoted, support the bipartisan compromise that three Republicans and
Mitt Romney took a swipe at Donald Trump on Monday, condemning the crude comments the president was said to have made about Haiti and African countries -- calling them “inconsistent (with) America’s history and antithetical to American values” with a reference to Martin Luther King, Jr. The poverty of an aspiring immigrant’s nation of origin is as irrelevant as their race,” Romney tweeted. “The sentiment attributed to POTUS is inconsistent w/America’s history and antithetical to American values. May our memory of Dr. King buoy our hope for unity, greatness, & ‘charity for all.’”
This Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the NAACP wants man-made global warming to be seen as a civil rights issue, arguing King’s vision of a society free of racial injustice can’t be achieved without addressing warming. “We see climate change as a civil rights issue,” Jacqueline Patterson, head of the NAACP’s environmental and climate justice program, said in an online radio spot for the Yale Center for Environmental Connection. Environmental activists have been increasingly framing global warming as a matter of “environmental justice,” since “minority and low-income populations are disproportionately affected by global warming,” Patterson told Yale’s online radio Climate
Ever since Donald Trump entered the political arena, his intelligence has been viciously attacked and his supporters have been labeled as moronic deplorables. In a recent Trump tweet, the president responded to the most recent attack by saying he is a stable genius. The mainstream media never bothered checking evidence of Obama´s intelligence before one historian declared him "the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency", even though his academic records were sealed. What these attacks do prove is who the real brains are and who are the dummies: Alan Dershowitz may be for real
Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) on Monday announced she plans to boycott President Trump´s State of the Union address to Congress at the end of the month, joining a handful of other Democratic lawmakers who are skipping the annual event. "I´m here on Martin Luther King Jr. Day to say I will not be going to the State of the Union," Jayapal said in a video posted on social media. "I think it is absolutely unacceptable to see the racism and the hatred coming out the White House in a way in which this president is fueling the flames of divisiveness across
From his perch in the Ohio governor’s mansion, Republican John Kasich is keeping a keen eye on President Trump’s every move and showing a willingness — some say eagerness — to hurl rotten tomatoes toward the leader of his party when he gets upset with the act.He has become a go-to anti-Trump source for the media and often doesn’t even wait for the press to call. Instead, he leaps in to pile on after presidential missteps. While insisting he wants Mr. Trump to succeed, Mr. Kasich has pointedly refused to rule out mounting a primary challenge against the president in 2020.
TRENTON, N.J. — Days before his inauguration as New Jersey’s 56th governor, Phil Murphy had Hollywood on his mind. The 60-year old Democrat had just read a headline about reshoots on “All the Money in the World,” which had been done in a hurry to remove disgraced actor Kevin Spacey from the movie. (Snip) Murphy is ready to end his obscurity. On Tuesday, when he is sworn in, New Jersey will become one of just eight states where Democrats run every branch of government. If Murphy has his way, New Jersey will become a proving ground for every liberal policy
Florida Rep. Frederica Wilson added her name to a growing list of Democratic lawmakers who say they are fed up with President Trump and will boycott his State of the Union address at the end of the month. (snip) “For the first time since I began serving in the U.S. House of Representatives, I will not be attending the president’s State of the Union address,” Wilson said in a statement late Sunday. “I have no doubts that instead of delivering a message of inclusivity and an agenda that benefits all Americans, President Trump’s address will be full of innuendo, empty
Former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fla.) on Monday threw his support behind former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney, who is reportedly weighing a Senate run in Utah. Mitt would make a phenomenal addition to the U.S. Senate. I hope he runs. https://t.co/3Vcg6txQmN — Jeb Bush (@JebBush) January 15, 2018 Bush´s endorsement on Twitter comes shortly after Romney criticized President Trump for reportedly describing African nations, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole countries" during a meeting with lawmakers on immigration reform last week.
Natalie Maines, lead singer of the “Dixie Chicks” musical group took to Instagram Sunday to mock President Donald Trump’s age and accuse him of senility. Maines posted a photo of Trump of Trump awkwardly attempting to hold hands with world leaders, which was widely ridiculed by leftwing media in 2017. Next to the photo, Maines posted her sarcastic commentary on Trump: “Listen, I think it’s unbelievable how people are badmouthing the President! It’s unacceptable! This is our President! How dare you make fun of the mentally ill and elderly? Not to mention, he’s the President of our United States Of
