There is no easy answer. But In the wake of President Donald Trump calling for the firing of NFL players who opt for peaceful protest during the National Anthem, the Dallas Cowboys are at work crafting a singular answer. “Our statement,’’ one team leader told me on the eve of tonight’s nationally-televised Cowboys-at-Cardinals game, “will be a statement of unity.’’ I’ve spoken to seven Cowboys leaders on the subject in the last 48 hours and come away with a handful of conclusions that the Cowboys – from owner Jerry Jones and his family to the players in the locker room

The NFL is not a political platform, or place for political agitation. So what are they meeting for, not about football, no, about what their political statement is going to be tonight. That is not working.

You either support or you don´t.
You´re either reverential or you´re not.
Your actions speak for you, or you lie.

The rest is just noise.

The rest of your league has already acted, spoken. Your die is cast.

Goodbye.

How about the networks showing just the flag!

Or will they continue to carry water for the lefties?

If they can shy away from showing a jerk running onto a playing field, or other instances they think we deplorables shouldn´t see, they could certainly not show the kneelers/disrespecters.

My wife and I were both born in Dallas.

We have been Cowboy fans since 1964. We used to go to games and when we moved, we watched on TV.

We were counting on America´s team to stand with their hand over their heart. We thought our Cowboys were patriotic and loved our country and their fans.

We will never watch the Cowboys or any other NFL (National Felons League) again.

Our Commander-In-Chief of the armed forces has always backed up our Armed Forces and Police.

We back the Blue and we love the USA and our military.

BLM, a terrorist organization, only matters if they can sue taxpayers. They don´t care about blacks killing other blacks. Most of the criminals shot were committing a crime or trying to kill the cop.

Politicians exploit public ignorance. Few areas of public ignorance provide as many opportunities for political demagoguery as taxation.
