How a decade of the Kardashians
radically changed America

New York Post, by Maureen Callahan

What better way to mark ten years of the Kardashian scourge than a well-timed scandalous rumor? On Friday, two days before tonight’s two-hour “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” special on E!, TMZ reported that 20-year-old Kylie Jenner, the youngest of matriarch Kris Jenner’s six children, is pregnant by 25-year-old rapper Travis Scott. In August, matriarch Kris Jenner and her five clients/daughters posed for The Hollywood Reporter, as siblings do, in flesh-toned lingerie, draped over and around each other seductively. It’s America’s new normal, established by Kris. In the piece, she recounted hijinks from the show’s pilot. “The watercooler chatter from the first episode

They look and act like porn stars who have suddenly become famous. They have paraded their plastic surgery looks all over the world. Their mother has pimped them out for money. I feel so sorry for their children. Today´s teens are hooking up and having babies out of wedlock with the blessings of the press. The Kardashians brag about their sex lives to the world. They are a bunch of low life untalented women who have made a living off of being exploited for sex by their own mother. Our moral compass has hit rock bottom.

We on this board can say "who?" and "never heard of them" all we want; I´ve no doubt that it´s true. But it doesn´t negate the fact that there are now a couple of generations of youngsters who wish to emulate the lives and lifestyles of these people who are well described as "the bitcoin of the celebrity-industrial complex". My question is not "who are these people", but "who would buy products shilled by these people to the tune of millions and billions of dollars?" and "why are we paying such close attention to these people?"

The Kardashians made a couple of billion dollars by simply updating the Pet Rock.

Manufactured out of silicon, wrapped in sex, they´ve sold it bit-by-bit on an endless installment plan, like grains of sand accumulating in your crotch during a day at the beach.

Pet rocks were silly, but they were also authentic, quiet, and unpretentious.

The Kash Kows are America´s version of a bad example. Unfortunately many Americans like bad examples, sleazy sexpots, tattooed ball players, vulgar rap artists and addicts to one chemical or another. Emulating thugs and druggies is much easier than building a good life on your own merits. It helps to hide low IQ, low self esteem and lack of talent.

These women are pricey trailer trash and not much else. Don´t blame the mother --- they all go in one direction on their own. They do seem to be obsessed with black men, but not just any ordinarily good and decent black man --- they gravitate toward the trash, what else? That´s where they are comfortable. On second thought..... what exceptional, smart and moral black man would hook up with that? More diversity power to them. I feel sorry for the children that are born to that clan, and the insanity to which they will be exposed.

The Kardashians haven´t "changed" a thing. The Kardashians are just one of many direct RESULTS of what happens when God is removed from our lives personally by US.

Isaiah 3:16-26 is the pattern and policy. Romans 1:18-2:1 is the promise for believers responsible for things like the Kardashians.

Hint: a prayer meeting in a football stadium in Little Rock led by famous Christians and politicians to "take the country back" is NOT the solution.

It´s beyond me how they have escaped *any* reference to their now-deceased father Robert being OJ Simpson´s "private" attorney and best friend. OJ was "discovered" to be sleeping at their house the night of the murder and before the Bronco chase. Kardashian personally carried the notorious bulging Louis Vuitton bag which prosecutors suspected might have contained bloody clothes or perhaps even the murder weapon. He claimed he never looked inside the bag. Oh yeah, sure, right.

One week after President Trump won the election, some Washington residents protested against him on the Capitol grounds. One sign, illustrated with an outline of the District of Columbia, read, “Don’t Drain my Swamp.” The federal capital´s incestuous network of revolving-door cronies and entrenched bureaucrats have so protected and increased their own power in recent years that the five wealthiest counties in America are all within commuting distance of Capitol Hill. These swamp creatures complain that Trump is bringing in too many outsiders. Beltway insiders consider it a crime that the president has nominated critics of agencies to head those

In hindsight, the most important thing said this year came on Jan. 3. Chuck Schumer, leader of Senate Democrats, warned President-elect Trump he would pay a price for disputing intelligence officials’ findings of Russian meddling. “Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer declared. Schumer was right about a vendetta, but wrong about timing. It’s now clear that intelligence officials already had started “getting back” at the next commander in chief. They started in the summer of 2016. In early August, Mike Morell, who was acting head of the

Thousands of people lined up at the gates of Arlington Cemetery before dawn Saturday morning. It was a bitterly cold. The temperature was far below freezing. There was snow on the ground. None of it dampened the spirits of those who looked forward to laying a wreath on a gleaming white headstone of an American hero. Wreaths Across America has been going on for 26 years. The tradition seeks to place a fresh pine wreath on the headstone of every fallen soldier in a national cemetery. Around 1,000 locations in 50 states participate. Time for the ethanol lobby to be

The ethanol lobby is talking tough and issuing ultimatums to the Trump White House. Its message, in brief, is “Don’t mess with our federal mandate.” If the White House wants credibility in its free-enterprise talk and promises to drain the swamp, it should tell the ethanol lobby to get lost. The fight began because refiners are finding it increasingly unaffordable to comply with the federal ethanol mandate, and if it continues it might kill independent oil companies. The office of Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, came to the White House on Wednesday and sought to dictate terms, telling the executive it could provide

The only picture of collusion emerging from the Russian probes is one that implicates Hillary’s. Across the U.S. government, political appointees and deep state hacks were helping Hillary and gunning for Trump. One of her partisans over at the FBI, Peter Strzok, performed a virtual hat trick of political espionage: he went from inoculating Hillary against criminal prosecution (by convincing Comey to soften his description of her mishandling of classified information) to joining the quest to nail Trump, all while writing to his mistress, also at the FBI, that they had a mutual duty to prevent Trump from winning the

Alabama is one of the most reliably Republican states in the country. The last time a Democrat was elected was in 1992, and no Democrat has won more than 40 percent of the vote in a Senate race there since 1996. The closest election in recent memory was in 2002, when Jeff Sessions won re-election by a razor-thin margin of 19 points. Sen. Richard Shelby has won his last three elections by 35 points, 30 points and 28 points, respectively. So it takes a special kind of stupid to pick a candidate who can lose to a Democrat in Alabama.

It’s not much of an overstatement to say that the media are enjoying the Alabama upset. It is, among other things, a great story, one that feels as much like a cultural moment, coming in the midst of a fierce national debate over sexual harassment, as a political verdict. And there was the late-night drama of Doug Jones surging past Roy Moore in the final hour of vote-counting, producing a Democratic victory that once might have been hard to imagine. And before we get into the finger-pointing, these elements were overshadowed during the raucous campaign: Jones outspent Moore 10 to 1, which

There is strong circumstantial evidence that an insidious plot unprecedented in American history was hatched within the FBI and the Obama Justice Department to help elect Hillary Clinton and defeat Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election. (Snip) Such a plot would show that partisans within the FBI and the Justice Department, driven by personal animus and a sense of political righteousness, surreptitiously conspired to subvert electoral democracy itself in our country.
