ABC greenlights sitcom about

ABC has greenlit a new sitcom tentatively titled "Sanctuary Family" about an undocumented family living in the U.S. The network says the show will follow the pandemonium that unfolds when a married couple allows their undocumented nanny and her family to live with them. The guests put a strain on the marriage of the host family but they eventually learn that “the differences both families have aren’t as significant as their similarities,” according to the description provided by ABC. Undocumented immigrants are foreign-born people who don’t have a legal right to be or remain in the United States and the

Comments:
This is absolutely sickening and irresponsible. I´m sure it will bring in huge ratings. s/o How in the world do you win this battle when the left has their vile propaganda on practically every TV station? Even Foodnetwork has become political. It just stuns and upsets me that so many in this country support ignoring the rule of law.

#1 is correct the sponsors of this TV program justifying criminal activity must be put on notice that they will be put out of business. That should start with ABC as a network as well.

The ratings will be terrible, and the networks still will not learn their lesson -- when you treat us like dirt and ridicule us and the lives we lead and our values and beliefs, we simply WILL NOT WATCH your shows. We WILL NOT collude in our own degradation and humiliation. If that makes me a bigot or a racist, well them, so be it.

So, they are a wealthy family to be able to afford a nanny and her family, which they then owe taxes on.

I´m going to guess they will make that married couple Republicans.

OP, yes, all TV is now political, as that´s what the Democrats demanded the last 8 years. Use the TV shows as a vehicle to push their agenda. Is is not surprising they don´t have very good ratings any longer?

What needs to be pushed is allowing people to pick the channels they want to watch, and not have some bundled packages of shows they don´t want, but are financing those shows regardless of the agenda, or topics.

How thick the walls of the Left´s insulated bubble must be for these network wigs to not realize that this idea will offend a majority of Americans and is therefore a very poor business decision? I think it also demonstrates how left wing politics dominate the thoughts of these coastal elitists who want to dictate to the rest of us what to think and how to live. Also, their children aren´t sitting in overcrowded classrooms, their children´s school districts aren´t going broke paying for ESL, the communities where they live aren´t overrun with gangs, when they have a medical emergency they don´t have to sit in an ER for hours as illegal aliens use the local community hospital as a doctor´s office, like all the very rich, they use private hospitals, some of the finest in the country. i.e. these network executives don´t know what they are talking about. About anything.

The "undocumented" are generally very well documented.

But all of their documentation documents the fact that they are here illegally.

We see them just about every day at the market jabbering in their pigeon English and using their EBT cards.

How do they get EBT cards if they are without documentation and "living in the shadows"?

Yes, the release of texts sent between top FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page show that both loathed Donald Trump while they were working on investigations involving Trump as a presidential candidate and later as president. Of course, lots of federal employees loathe Trump. (Snip) More troubling, in the set of texts released Tuesday night, is a single message, from Strzok to Page, dated Aug. 15, 2016. Here is what it said: I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy´s office that there´s no way he gets elected — but I´m afraid we can´t

From the House, to the Senate, to the President, Republicans are doing everything they can to sell their tax plan to a clearly skeptical electorate. For House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI), that meant a pop in on Fox News Wednesday to speak with Dana Perino on The Daily Briefing. And it became clear at the beginning of the six-minute conversation that this was not going to be a probing interview. The questions were amiable from the outset. But at approximately the 3:25 mark of the video above, the segment veered toward full-on choreography — and bad choreography, at that. Perino set up

The text messages between FBI Agent Peter Strozk and his mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, have been released to both Fox News and CBS. SEE HERE and SEE HERE. The messages reflect a strong bias against President Trump. However, the bigger story is not the anti-Trump bias within the text communication, the BIGGER story is why the Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General (OIG), began even looking at Agent Peter Strozk’s communication in the first place. Remember, the original mandate by the Inspector General’s office was initiated to review and discover any politicization of the FBI and/or DOJ officials.

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski is still fired up about President Trump’s tweet mocking Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and took her frustrations out on first lady Melania Trump and first daughter Ivanka Trump. “[Trump] should have apologized for being a sexist pig,” Brzezinski said. “And the women around him, his wife, who has a platform against cyber bullying, that’s a joke. That’s the saddest thing I’ve ever seen.” Brzezinski then shifted her attention to Ivanka Trump, “Who came to Washington… to develop a platform for women,” but has stood by her father. “Go home. You’re doing nothing if you stand

Special prosecutors, investigators, and counsels are usually a bad idea. They are admissions that constitutionally mandated institutions don’t work — and can be rescued only by supposed superhuman moralists, who are without the innate biases inherent in human nature. The record from Lawrence Walsh to Ken Starr to Patrick Fitzgerald suggests otherwise. Originally narrow mandates inevitably expand — on the cynical theory that everyone has something embarrassing to hide. Promised “short” timelines and limited budgets are quickly forgotten. Prosecutors search for ever new crimes to justify the expense and public expectations of the special-counsel appointment. Soon the investigators need to

"Mr. Trump continues to exhibit paranoia about American intelligence agencies," wrote the NeverTrump conservative Max Boot in the New York Times a week or so before the president took office. "Consumed by his paranoia about the deep state, Donald Trump has disappeared into the fog of his own conspiracy theories," declared the Times´ Maureen Dowd. "Paranoia seizes Trump´s White House," reported Politico, noting the suspicion that "career intelligence operatives are working to undermine the new president." Actually, they were. "It´s no mystery why Trump doesn´t trust U.S. intelligence agencies," Bloomberg´s Eli Lake wrote last month. "As the old saying goes:

Former IRS senior executive Lois G. Lerner told a federal court last week that there’s “no legitimate” reason why the public should see her testimony about her role in tea party targeting, pleading with a judge to keep her deposition permanently sealed. Ms. Lerner and her former chief lieutenant, Holly Paz, have said they faced death threats in the past, and say they fear any more attention to their behavior would spur a new round of harassment. They said there’s “exceedingly low” public interest in having their depositions released, and they said tea party groups are pushing for disclosure out
