New Hillary Emails Warrant Special Prosecutor
American Thinker, by Daniel John Sobieski

New emails unearthed by Judicial Watch confirm that the Clinton Foundation was in fact a pay-to-play influence peddling operation far more worthy of a special prosecutor than imaginary Russians colluding under Trump Administration beds. It is time for President Trump to keep the promise he made in the presidential debate to indict Hillary Clinton for her crimes: About 20 minutes into the debate, Donald Trump delivered a menacing threat to Hillary Clinton. “If I win,”

HIllary´s election loss book, What Happened, is sadly overshadowed by Trump´s book, Nothing Happened, which details how Crooked Hillary became "The Clintons are good people" after Trump won the election.

Look, there could be numerous videos of Hillary stuffing wads of cash into her pant suit in her State Department office yet nothing would happen. Not only is Justice blind, so are Trump and the AG he calls an idiot, Jeff Sessions.

Sessions will recuse himself and Acting AG Rod Rosenstein will appoint Lanny Davis as Special Counsel to investigate his dear friends Crooked Hillary and Rapist Bill Clinton and their RICO-inspired and Obama-enabled Bill, Hillary and Chelsea (née Hubbell) Clinton Family Crime, Bribery, Money-Laundering, Bimbo-Parking and Live-Like-Royalty-On-"Donations"-Made-Tax-Deductible-By-Lois-Lerner. Will we all continue to look the other way as this "Matter: fades away and is forgotten ?

Well I think that getting a conviction of her in Washington D.C. or New York would be impossible no matter how much evidence is presented. The msm would trash any prosecutor like they did Ken Starr. Any jury pool would be mostly Democrats and like in the OJ trial they would vote not guilty actually believing in the "vast right wing conspiracy" BS. Some of her followers are still in therapy after her loss. To me Hillary being found "not guilty" by a bunch of insane leftists is worse than no trial. I believe she´s guilty as hell and probably committed treason but getting Democrats to admit her malfeasance will never happen.

#8 has a good point. While I would love to see Illary (and Bill and Chelsea and Huma) frog marched into Leavenworth, her election loss and complete humiliation may be the worst punishment she can imagine.

She will live out what´s left of her life, not enjoying her ill-gotten millions and her grand children, but seething in anger and bitterness. She´ll be ranting excuses until the last person in her inner circle has had enough and shuns her and the DNC has dumped her.

Karma - it will always come back and bite you in the arse.

Trump said that "Hilary has suffered enough".

That should have been his answer to the question of why she hasn´t been prosecuted.

I figure that Sessions has been told (by you know who) that if he likes his job (doing nothing) he should not pursue charging her .

We all know there was more than enough to put her behind bars years ago. What hasn´t been exposed enough, is the lengths those all around her went to see it didn´t happen, and how they in turn became part of the slime that seems to cover ´all things Clinton´.

When will they learn, the Clintons have no power any longer, and they have tossed away their integrity for nothing.

I dont want a SP.. I would like to see her and all those involved in front of a Watergate style Senate committee. That would be the only fair and just ending to the PIAPS.

Personally, I believe there is such a thing as "psychic justice" and that Hillary is already serving a life term of it. Unlike simple justice which finally convicts you and puts you in a jail that´s more like "Club Fed", psychic justice diabolically allows you to wander about freely but forever tormented in a pathetic state of constant ridicule and self flagellation.

And I have to confess that the only thing that would make her psychic incarceration even more schadenfreudelicious would be if there already was news of a nondescript garage in Chappaqua re-tooling the Scooby Van with an automated forklift to more quickly dump her caracass into it in 2020.

Publish the facts, let the people decide because there is not a jury anywhere except maybe Texas or Kansas that will convict her. They might have a real show trial, like the OJ disaster, where she get´s convicted int he court of public opinion, but, in the end, these crazy leftists will hand any jury or let the dumb bunny walk out free. But, it would cost her plenty of bucks to defend it. The shame of it would stick, though.

Every day that Hillary walks without answering for her many profitable public service misdeeds delegitimizes our laws, law enforcement, and our Federal leaders. If "suffered enough" is the standard for prosecution, then let´s have a Trump pardon on that basis. Others have suffered, too, some said to be six feet under prematurely. Nothing to see here. MAGA!

Unfortunately, congress, Trump and Sessions are adding to the destruction by inaction. If we are blind to justice because of politics we are lost as a nation.

I don´t think that a special prosecutor is needed on Hillary. Not with all of the information that is already in the public. Just gather it up and have yourself a trial.

Oh, and if a special prosecutor is needed, just have Trump to have Sessions to take Muller off of whatever it is that he is investigating and put he on Hillary. I just wonder how that would come out.

Who owned the uranium which was sold to Russia? How did the cash from that sale get pocketed into the Clinton "foundation"? These are among the questions I´d like answered.

There NEEDS to be an investigation, followed by criminal prosecution, if we are still a nation of laws. If not, then we can expect a free-for-all nation of lawlessness from top to bottom.

Hillary! is the poster girl for the Deep State but she does not control it. I submit the Deep State has become a self-perpetuating system with no central operating authority. Its base evil has hollowed out any remnants of actual efficiency and effectiveness, much like the Soviet Union of 1991. The USSR was perceived as an unstoppable monolith controlling the media, education, courts and all public and private positions of power, until it collapsed in the greatest international political surprise of the 20th century. No one, no one, saw it coming.

The catalyst was ordinary people sick of politically correct thinking, social oppression, and the lack of opportunities to do great things. The Berlin Wall fell because a large group of people approached a checkpoint one night wanting to see the West, and the lone guard was not surprised by their request (as well as being outnumbered) and just opened up the gate. That was in November of 1989, with the Soviet Union dissolving two years later on December 26, 1991.

The election of Donald Trump was our catalyst, but certainly not our victory. It took two years to expose the Potemkin government and inherent weakness of the USSR. It was not the exposure of their already known crimes that brought them down; it was the exposure of their fakeness. The activities of the Clinton Crime Family have been known for decades, but what has kept them untouchable is the perception of power, a power I submit they no longer possess. Two years is not a long time in the life of a nation, but it can seem an eternity to citizens chaffing for change. Two years also happens to be the cycle between our federal elections.

MAGA – Timing is everything.

I have a couple of thoughts. The first has to do with the commish of the IRS, Koskinen. Why has President Trump not dumped this? No need to go after Hill first. This does not have to be a thumbs up on down vote. The Clintons were the recipients so there had to be donors. There are many other names attached to this mess. Start going through them. None of them can withstand an investigation. Especially Band/Teneo. and what does Teneo stand for? Instead of AG Sessions investigating why not have Co. Koskinen investigate. There has to be tax fraud in the Clinton scams.

My take also, #33. Seat a grand jury but only after months and months of "leaks" about what is coming down the pike.

Examples! And they don´t have to be true. Even better if they are blatant lies. Throw in a fake videos and recordings here and there showing stolen pages that can´t be identified from phony court documents. Just made up garbage that keeps on coming. This could keep going for several years.

Death by a thousand cuts. Let them spend the rest of their miserable days putting out fires while their hearts race.

"More evidence grand jury being empaneled by unnamed prosecutor."

""Friend slipped and told anonymous reporter that Hillary and Bill have lawyered up! Anonymous lawyer says he´s building a defense for Hillary and Bill, but fears the evidence against them will be overwhelming."

"Chelsea slips and says mom has bragged about beating the system and won´t prosecute her for her crimes."

"Prostitute paid to work on Billy Boy who told her they´d made arrangements with the right people that will keep them forever from prosecution."

"Hillary caught on tape laughing with Huma about the uranium deal that will make Huma a multi-millionaire!"

Jimmy Kimmel says he’s laid off the Harvey Weinstein jokes because he’s not the “moral conscience of America” (there’s also a video of him asking young women to guess what’s in his crotch. And suggesting they feel it and put their mouths on it).Famously, NBC is playing shy about the scandal, having refused to broadcast the detailed exposé by Ronan Farrow, who took it to the New Yorker which did publish it. The story has laid bare the hypocrisy of the media giants, Democratic biggies, and the Hollywood virtue signalers.

A worker at a Texas fast-food restaurant was fired after she refused to serve two police officers, the company said Saturday. In a lengthy post on the Denison Police Department´s Facebook page, Chief Jay Burch alleged the officers were cursed at by the employee and that the restaurant manager’s only response was “I don’t get into politics.” “If a business does not want police officers as customers, just let us know,” Burch wrote. “There’s no need to curse us and make a scene, just let us know you don’t want us there and we’ll go somewhere else.” He added, "Now going

What the president is doing, it´s violent. His actions are violent. He does violence to what we want to do in health care. He does violence to the national debt by what he is adding to it. He does violence to the world, in terms of nuclear proliferation and the environment and our standing in the world, with his frivolity. What we want him to do is to calm down, get used to the job he has, know that his words weigh a ton, and that he really should know what he´s talking about when he says something.

Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance under the collective bargaining agreement for collusion against NFL team owners, reports Mike Freeman of Bleacher Report. Kaepernick has hired high-profile attorney Mark Geragos and is preparing to release a statement about his grievance soon, added Freeman. The free-agent quarterback has remained unemployed since his release by the San Francisco 49ers in March and has garnered little interest from teams around the league. This has caused some to suggest he´s being blackballed for his national anthem protests during the 2016 season. Kaepernick appeared in 12 games for 49ers in 2016, throwing for 2,241 yards with

Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton discussed the culture of sexual assault following a myriad of new sexual harassment and assault allegations against Hollywood film producer and longtime Democratic donor Harvey Weinstein. In an interview with the U.K.´s Channel 4 News on Saturday, Clinton said: "Look, we just elected someone who admitted sexual assault to the presidency. So there´s a lot of other issues that are swirling around these kinds of behaviors that need to be addressed," Clinton said when asked if she had heard rumors of Weinstein´s behavior before the bombshell reports. "I think it´s important that we stay focused, and shine

Vice President Pence portrayed his walk out of Sunday’s game between the Indianapolis Colts and San Francisco 49ers as an of act patriotism. Pence’s remarks followed President Trump’s lead in trying to make the NFL players’ national anthem protests of racial inequality in America about patriotism instead of race.  Or as the president tweeted last month: (Snip) Within the social science literature on intergroup relations, Jim Sidanius and Felicia Pratto’s influential theory of social dominance argues that politically dominant groups — like whites in the United States — effectively claim “ownership of the nation.” According to this theory, “nationality and

The NFL said Friday it has no plans to force players to stand during the national anthem, but will convene to discuss ways to end the controversial protests without imposing new rules... NFL spokesman Joe Lockhart said that Goodell "has a plan that he is going to present to owners about how to use our platform to both raise awareness and make progress on issues of social justice and equality in this country,"

The Clinton Foundation told DailyMail.com it will not return as much as $250,000 in donations from Harvey Weinstein, saying on Sunday the money had already been spent on the organization’s programs and used for charitable purposes. The foundation’s decision comes as politicians and philanthropic groups grapple with whether to return donations they have received from Weinstein, after numerous women stepped forward this month to accuse the movie mogul of sexual assault, harassment and rape. Over a dozen Democratic politicians have said they will give back or donate Weinstein’s campaign contributions to charity. The Clinton Foundation faced questions about Weinstein’s funding after Hillary Clinton

“Where’s the president?” asks the editorial board of the San Fransisco Chronicle, as California burns. Well, it knows where President Trump literally is: the White House usually, if not one of his resorts. The newspaper board means where is he on Twitter — or as the board says, “How many times has Trump tweeted about the fires since they were whipped by winds into life-threatening force early Monday: zero.” Zero, true, as of early Sunday evening. As the Chronicle notes, Trump did speak once, offline, about the fires. A few days ago, he promised to “stand with” Californians and said he’s in touch with the governor —

Government lawyers asked a judge Friday to deny CNN´s request to force the FBI to publicly disclose former FBI Director James Comey´s memos documenting his interactions with President Trump about the Russia investigation. The news network made the case in a lawsuit filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in June that there was high public interest in Comey´s memos and that the notes were not classified, as insisted by Comey himself in testimony. CNN, along with other outlets and watchdog groups, had requested the memos under the Freedom of Information Act. However, a report from

You know the NFL take-a-knee protests have lost their oomph when even the San Francisco 49ers can only muster seven kneelers. The San Francisco team has led the league in protesters — by a lot — in the last two weeks, with 30 players refusing to stand for the national anthem on Oct. 1 and then 23 on Oct. 8, which prompted Vice President Mike Pence to walk out of the game. At Sunday’s game against the Washington Redskins, however, just seven players, all 49ers, took a knee on the sideline, while the rest stood. Last week in Indianapolis, 20
