The scariest stat you´ll see all day

When you consider the fact that a third of American adults cannot name a single branch of their federal government, you cease to wonder why things are so bad and begin to wonder why they are not already worse. In a poll conducted for the Annenberg Public Policy Center ahead of this weekend’s celebration of the 229th anniversary of the ratification of the Constitution, only 26 percent of respondents could identify the executive, legislative and judicial branches, while 40 percent could name only one or two. Americans talk openly and often about the dumbing down of our culture, what we

A few years back someone did a poll on the 1st Amendment. Only one percent could name all five freedoms mentioned. The masses are much easier to control when they are ignorant.

Carefully planned by the evil leftists in charge of the education system. Ignorant fools are far easier to control than educated free people who understand that this government is the best one ever devised by the mind of man.
Still imperfect, but the best ever tried.

This is what passes for public indoctrination education these days. Sex education and how to organize and commit sedition is more important. It´s truly a miracle that the US isn´t rated at the level of indigenous tribes in the Amazon. Oh, I forgot. CommieCore will take care of that one.

The only way to fix this problem is ban liberal indoctrination in federally funded schools. It would stat a firestorm from hell. Declare liberalism a religion and ban it as an state imposed form of religion in the classroom.

I´ve always believed to vote you should have to have absolute Proof of citizenship and should be able to pass a basic test as to your knowledge and awareness about our nation. The first question I often ask Leftists before debating them is "what are the three branches of our government?" If they can´t even answer that simple question, I go no further.

The Obama Presidential Center planned for Jackson Park could be a shot in the arm for the South Side, bringing jobs, economic development and other benefits. But a coalition of activists and residents want those promises put in writing — something the former president himself refused to do just this week. Still, those groups are pressing on, saying they plan to go to the city to get the legal enforcement a written document would provide. The Kenwood-Oakland Community Organization has started the process of getting a community benefits agreement drafted as a city ordinance. Jawanza Malone, executive director of the

The state of health care, the economy and North Korean threats were tied for fifth place, followed by unemployment, the moral decline of the nation and natural disaster relief — all tied for sixth place.
