Pharma Bro jailed after judge

New York Post, by Emily Saul

Despite a groveling letter from the 34-year-old claiming the social media status was an “awkward attempt at humor or satire,” Brooklyn federal court judge Kiyo Matsumoto revoked his $5 million bond and ordered him thrown behind bars. Prosecutors asked the judge to lock up the self-important tool following a since-deleted Facebook status in which he told followers he’d pay $5,000 for a strand of Clinton’s locks. The creepy joke, the climax of a series of other postings in which he seemed to suggest he intended to clone the former Secretary of State, was scrubbed from his account after Shkreli was contacted by

While certainly creepy, how exactly does this stack up to someone holding a severed head of Trump or . . . . well, take your pick of any of the other dangerous people threatening Trump´s safety?

Oh, wait! Since it´s against the WRONG party, it´s no biggee, but this loony-toon needs to be in jail NOW!!!!

This fellow is guilty of talking back in class, being a smart-azz, confronting authority, and pushing the limits of Capitalism. All of which are un-popular......none of which are criminal.

So long as the Lois Lerners and Hillary Clintons of this world walk free the DOJ has no damn business big-footing this harmless schmuk.

His biggest"Crime" is shameless capitalism. His "Over-charging" for epi-pens was an indictment of the fact that the FDA drags it´s feet in testing and approving competitive/alternative devices. He cornerd the market and pushed his advantage. It wasn´t pretty but it wasn´t criminal.

This is why I never post anything about politics or anything controversial on Facebook. Facebook is for pictures of your relatives birthday parties and cat videos. Anyone who posts stuff like that on Facebook is sowing the seeds of their own destruction. If I ever saw Hillary I would do a 180 and say Feet Do Your Stuff.

The court can impose whatever conditions it likes when bond is allowed - if you don´t toe the line you can wait in a cell until your case come up. If there was ever an example of someone who thinks they don´t have to abide by the rules the judge set up - it was this guy. This is sort of like standing up in class and telling the teacher off and then wanting an extension on a deadline for turning in a paper. No favors for jerks.

The White House says it will not negotiate with the Democrats on immigration until the end of the federal government shutdown. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says in a statement that, “We will not negotiate the status of unlawful immigrants while Democrats hold our lawful citizens hostage over their reckless demands.” She adds, “When Democrats start paying our armed forces and first responders we will reopen negotiations on immigration reform.” The government shut down at midnight after Congress failed to pass a spending deal. The Victor Leonov is still in the Caribbean, according to officials, but heading north off the coast of Florida, home to a U.S. Navy base located in North Florida, east of Jacksonville. The ship could be off the Florida coast by Friday if the ship maintains present course and speed, according to officials. There is also a ballistic missile submarine base located in southern Georgia known as Kings Bay, which is another likely destination for the spy ship to loiter and watch U.S. “boomers” —

Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman can’t seem to rid himself of the “bad boy” image. Rodman was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Saturday in Newport Beach, California, after police say he was “driving like a maniac and blaring music,” TMZ reports. The bigger problem for the former Chicago Bulls star, though, is that he is on probation for a July of 2016 hit-and-run incident in which he was driving the wrong way. This latest arrest could revoke Rodman’s three-year probation and force him to serve prison time, TMZ reports. Rodman was reportedly cooperative with police.

The Senate won’t vote on an immigration deal unless it has President Trump’s support, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Wednesday, effectively dooming the Gang of Six bill even before a bipartisan group of lawmakers officially introduced it. Mr. McConnell said they are waiting to see exactly what Mr. Trump will sign, but the president has said the bill written by Sens. Lindsey Graham and Richard Durbin was rejected by the White House last week, so it’s not the basis for negotiations. “I’m looking for something that President Trump supports and he has not indicated what measure he is willing to sign,” Mr. McConnell told

It´s no secret that Mitt Romney is, in all likelihood, going to run for a Senate seat in Utah. What´s less clear, however, is why the man who was the 2012 Republican presidential nominee and is now retired and occupying an elder-statesman role in a party torn into warring factions would want to serve as a junior senator. Once elected, Romney would find himself embroiled in day-to-day congressional fights and less free to voice his criticisms of the White House, while losing some of the deference he´s been shown by members of his own party. Democrats called it the Trump shutdown. Republicans labeled it the Schumer shutdown. But in reality, it was the Dreamer shutdown. The recipe for the current congressional gridlock is complex, but at the top of the list of ingredients are the illegal immigrant Dreamers who pushed Democrats to launch the filibuster that sent the government careening into a partial shutdown. It’s a stunning display of political leverage for a group that, at most, numbers several million, can’t vote now, and even under the most generous proposals wouldn’t be able to cast ballots for another decade.
