Welcome to the Donald Trump status reality check for dummies, part 276. It seems like the established political and punditry world needs many frequent reminders about President Trump´s resilience every time he goes through a wounding incident like he is now with the beating he´s taking over his response to the violent protests in Charlottesville last weekend. So here are the several reasons why President Trump is simply down, but not out in any permanent sense. A grudging but accurate assessment.

The Atlanta Fed is predicting 4% growth this quarter. 4%!

The people criticizing Trump are the same ones who said 3% was impossible.

The people criticizing Trump are the same ones who said we couldn´t drill our way to lower gas prices.

The people criticizing Trump are the same ones who said . . . oh, I´ll stop now.

People always say that the economy is the number one issue but it really isn´t.Political beliefs are the real #1.Just take abortion for example. Single women voting issue. They couldn´t care less if a pro-life president could get 10% growth. On the other side to have single issue gun owners. If you back the NRA,chances are the other bill of rights mean a lot.

The dems are out of issues to run on that´s why they´ve taken up violence in the streets. They don´t believe it´s possible Trump got elected and he´s lost very few firm supporters despite the left´s and Rinos huge push to oust him.

The media has been crying wolf since day one against Trump. So the people are so used to the media´s katrina of the week they ignore it. After all he knocked off 17 of the most elite in the republican party without any help from his party, the media or the rich donors.

FTA: The U.S. is not a parliamentary democracy where individual leaders can be ousted with previously unscheduled votes of no confidence or by coalitions of once opposing parties that come together to form a new ruling majority.

Ignorant leftists (but I repeat myself) are always calling our form of government "a democracy" but it is not it is a "representative republic" with a Constitution and Bill of Rights that serve as a basis for our governing laws.

All--and I mean ALL--of the resisters, By Any Means Necessary, the fascist AntiF(irst)A(mendment), and other Seditionists whether in a group or as individuals--every one of them--want to be able to separate the Constitutionalists from any influence in this country.

If they could, they would consign the 63,000,000 of Trump voters into "re-education camps" to be beaten, enslaved, and forced to declaim communism/socialism/totalitarianism as the only viable form of managing a country as large as ours. They want us to ignore 150 years of history, from Marx to Hitler and Mussolini, to Stalin, to Mao, to Castro, to Chavez and Maduro...they want us to forget the hundreds of millions of deaths, the economic failures that inevitably end in starvation and death.

The individual, and his desires must be subjugated to the needs of the many.
Only centralized government can be trusted to determine what is needed and how to provide it.
Deny the individual, deny capitalism, deny proven history that liberty always prospers.
Anyone against this "wisdom" must be eliminated, either silenced or killed.

A Republican senator introduced legislation Tuesday to cut down on the amount of money ex-presidents siphon from taxpayers, looking to limit their pensions and office expenses. Sen. Joni Ernst, Iowa Republican, said that while presidents should keep getting taxpayer-funded security details, they don’t need the more than $1 million in pensions and office equipment that former Presidents Obama and George W. Bush are each expected to cost in 2018. Last week in Arizona, in an hour-long televised meltdown, President Donald Trump told supporters that he is willing to let the federal government shut down if funding for his beloved border wall is not included in Congress’s upcoming spending bill, which is due in September. “If we have to close down our government, we’re building that wall,” Trump said in Phoenix. “One way or the other, we’re going to get that wall.” Having failed to extract the necessary money from Mexico, and having soured on making U.S. consumers pay through import taxes, it seemed the president would be blackmailing Congress

At $700 million, Wednesday night’s Powerball prize is the second-largest lottery jackpot in its history, and the math is working out in favor of lotto commissions. Two years ago, your chances of becoming an instant millionaire were 1 in roughly 175 million. Now, the odds are 1 in roughly 292 million. Tweaks to the game in October 2015 increased the number of total balls, from 59 to 69, from which players need to pick five. It may seem like a modest change, but the odds of winning the jackpot shot up astronomically. So now it’s even harder to strike it rich with Powerball,

Just how badly are voters starving for true conservative change embodied through a man whose character they can proudly support? Well, according to the latest poll, Judge Roy Moore is leading a sitting senator (who has the support of the president) by 20 points headed into the Sept. 26 runoff. Last Tuesday, Roy Moore edged out Senator Luther Strange 39 percent to 33 percent in the GOP primary. However, landing the top spot in the first round doesn’t always guarantee a win in the runoff. That is why the latest poll from JMC Analytics is so earthshattering. The poll conducted several

The Big Idea: If I had to stock Hillary Clinton’s new memoir in a bookstore, I’d be tempted to place it in a section on self-help or bereavement. “What Happened” was quickly strip-mined for political nuggets after its publication last Tuesday. As I went through it over the weekend, though, what struck me most was how the wounded Democrat coped after her crushing defeat last November. In short, Clinton has read voraciously and eclectically — for escape, for solace and for answers. The collection of works that she cites across 494 pages showcases a top-flight intellect and would make for a compelling graduate school seminar.
