The fact that there is significant police belief that this act was not malicious but a result of violent protesters having swarmed him is being totally ignored elsewhere in the press.

P.S. Note to staff - sorry about the editing snafu.

I believe they´ve decided it was deliberate. Having seen the longer video of it, I have to say, it sure looks like he wasn´t being chased or harassed. The car looks in good condition too, so you can´t blame it on antifas swarming the car -- as they do.

Thanks to this guy and the white supremacists who hijacked the Lee statue issue, antifas finally have their example of racists they can stick on the right.

I don´t see the issue of southern heritage recovering from weekend. Soros has gotten his money´s worth.

He was surrounded by racist idiots threatening violence.
His car was hit by rocks.
What would you do?
Hand over your wallet, get out of the car and assume a fetal position while they kick your head in?
I have had the misfortune of getting trapped in one of these mob actions in Berkeley CA. Luckily I was not in a car and am a large man who has worked in construction all my life.
Do not give in to violent reprobates.
If they do this to you defend yourself in any way you can, just as that man did.

President Trump´s decision on how to approach the conflict in Afghanistan spawned internal feuds that contributed to a recent sense of chaos in the White House, but his announcement of the end result could present him with an opportunity to project strength and stabilize his presidency. Trump will unveil the U.S. strategy for South Asia and discuss North Korea in a formal address Monday evening, during which he is expected to announce an increase in American troops heading to Afghanistan. The prime-time speech will cap off months of debate over whether a deeper commitment to the 16-year conflict would contradict Trump´s

China said the publisher would not be able to publish other material in the country if it didn´t concur. But, alas, Todd revealed that none of them answered the call to show up this week. Therefore, Todd on brought former Congressman JC Watts, who was first elected to Congress in 1995 and served in House leadership for a few years. And so it begins! Since officially leaving the White House role of Chief Strategist on Friday, Steve Bannon has raised a lot of eyebrows. Within hours of news breaking of his departure, it was announced that Bannon would be returning to his role in running what he described as an “alt-Right haven” Breitbart.com. The editors of Breitbart were reportedly thrilled with Bannon’s return and very publicly called for a #WAR and going “thermonuclear” against the “globalists” behind Bannon’s departure. After leaving the White House, Bannon has stirred the pot, notably saying that the “Trump presidency that we fought for,

Steve Bannon might not be part of the Trump administration anymore, but if his exit interview is any indication, whatever chaos exists inside the White House won’t go away any time soon. In a statement to Washington Post, Bannon spoke about Trump’s efforts to reconcile his nationalist campaign promises with the priorities of moderate, traditional Republicans on Capitol Hill. Trump is still trying to get his legislative agenda underway, but a combination of repeated failures and political troubles like the aftermath of Charlottesville have become a hinderance to government cohesion. Bannon blamed much of this discord on Republican leaders, telling

What started out 16 months ago as a scandal involving the alleged theft of computer equipment from Congress has turned into a national-security investigation involving FBI surveillance of the suspects. Investigators now suspect that sensitive US government data — possibly including classified information — could have been compromised and may have been sold to hostile foreign governments that could use it to blackmail members of Congress or even put their lives at risk.
