Gore on Green Investments: ´I Put

ABC News, by Kate McCarthy & Polson Kanneth

Al Gore has been advocating for climate change for 30 years, and the former vice president said he is more than willing to put his "money where his mouth is" and invest in green companies. In an interview on "Good Morning America" this morning, the climate change guru commented on a quote from a story in Tuesday´s New York Times that referred to Gore as the first "carbon billionaire" and said he profited from policies he supported. Gore said the comment was from a "denier" and "certainly not true. "I am proud to put my money where my mouth is for the

Comments:
Gore is brain damaged, daft, the worst and one of ther greediest public servants in history, earning his IGG (ill-gotten gains) because of political connections. That´s corruption. No one who has done what Gore has should be trusted at all. he´s the ultimate leftoid sellout.

Much of Gore´s riches came from AAPL stock. Steve Jobs felt sorry for poor Al after the recount wasn´t defrauded in his favor and gave Al a seat on the board of Apple. Apple stock was (split adjusted) $1.50/share then, and today its $150/sh. Earlier this year Gore had 721,000 shares (no telling how many he already cashed in). That $108 million for doing squat.

Liar.

For a long time his money came from Peabody Coal stock given to his father, Sen. Gore, Sr. by Armand Hammer. Hammer was the KGB paymaster in the USA, laundering Russian oil profits to pay spies as ordered by Gen. Kalugin, head of the KGB in USA at that time.

Gore, Sr. worked for Hammer (and KGB) more than Tenn voters. Jr. is the traitorous son of a traitor.

Al Gore is a perfect example of someone using his government influence to enrich himself and his buddies. They should be made to repay all the government money they received. Afterall, they´re rich now.

#4 makes a good point. Gore´s post-2001 riches--99+% of his current net worth--came from stock he didn´t buy, or, better still, stock options provided by, mainly, AAPL or GOOG when he was invited to sit on those companies´ (and others´, especially Green) boards just prior to the time when their stock prices started heading into the stratosphere. Gore´s riches are political payoffs, pure and simple, sinecures to one of America´s most corrupt politicians. He did nothing other than exist to earn such largesse. He´s a piggy pig in the Mansonian sense of the word.

From Shakespeare to Irma:

It was odd to think about Shakespeare during a hurricane, but the Bard knew his storms. From "King Lear" to "The Tempest," where there was a Will, there was a wave, and often a deluge. Shakespeare liked his storms because they placed his characters under pressure, scattered them to the corners of the Earth, made them strangers in strange lands, and tested what they were made of. He knew that all humans – even kings – looked tiny in the face of a storm. None more so than King Lear, the ancient monarch who made the mistake dividing his kingdom among his

Cleveland had its AL record run stopped at 22 straight games on Friday night as the Indians were beaten 4-3 by the Kansas City Royals, who became the first team to conquer the defending league champions since Aug. 23. Jason Vargas (16-10) pitched into the sixth and Brandon Moss homered off Trevor Bauer (16-9) as the Royals ended baseball´s longest win streak in 101 years. Despite all the chatter, there aren’t any fascists involved in the clashes involving the misnamed “white nationalists” and “antifa” (antifascists). Each side accuses the other of “fascism.” But fascism was destroyed in the Second World War, and insofar as there are still some scattered remnants, they are non-Western (the Iranian Islamic Republic and the Islamic State “caliphate” are perhaps good examples). But “fascism” as it originated, and came to power, in Europe is gone, and there is no sign of contemporary revival. The limbs tangled in power lines, wrestling them to the soggy ground. Wires snapped one power pole and bent another, whose lines pulled on the pole across the street, snapping those. As I went through it over the weekend, though, what struck me most was how the wounded Democrat coped after her crushing defeat last November. In short, Clinton has read voraciously and eclectically — for escape, for solace and for answers.
