‘Benghazi Ain’t Going Away!’

Every day on my Twitter page I tweet, “Benghazi ain’t going away,” and I do not do that without a reason. After talking to some people who were actually involved in the Benghazi debacle, and who wear the scars to prove it, and speaking with former military men familiar with the logistics and availability of forces in that part of the world, I came to the conclusion that, at the very least, negligence or incompetence or both were involved somewhere up the chain in the Obama administration. It’s not malice or my many disagreements with the previous administration that motivates my

Man, I love this guy! To be so gifted in his primary field, music, and then make the effort to speak out, cogently---even eloquently, is just amazing. Sort of a modern day Will Rogers. Except a musician, not a comedian/performer. You are an American to be admired, Mr. Daniels!

A funny thing happened on the way to the circus: Tim Tebow, it turns out, can play a little. This probably comes as a surprise to you, because it almost certainly comes as a surprise to the Mets. The only people this doesn’t surprise, in truth, are those Tebow acolytes willing to believe he’s capable of just about anything. It was 12 days ago that Sandy Alderson tried to throw cold water on the notion the Mets were pondering Tebow as a call-up after Sept. 1, when rosters can expand from 25 to 40. “Never crossed my mind until about

The moderator lauded Michelle Obama for her achievements over the past eight years and touched on the former first lady’s plans, but Tuesday’s conversation also veered into uncomfortable territory. It was Obama’s largest public appearance since the 2016 election — speaking in front of more than 8,000 people at the Women’s Foundation of Colorado’s 30th anniversary celebration — and she touched on personal attacks that she faced again and again. Many had the same theme. “The shards that cut me the deepest were the ones that intended to cut,” Obama said, according to the Denver Post. “Knowing that after eight

Ronna Romney McDaniel, the chairwoman of the Republican National Committee (RNC), is calling on former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) to testify before Congress on her now-arrested, just-fired IT staffer. McDaniel made the explosive demand in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News via phone on Wednesday afternoon, after news broke Tuesday night that Wasserman Schultz’s IT staffer for more than a decade was caught trying to flee the country by federal law enforcement agents after wiring hundreds of thousands of dollars to Pakistan. “I think Congress needs to open an investigation into what this staffer

Senator John McCain fired away at Donald Trump´s decision to ban transgender people from military service – and also for announcing a 180 degree turn on a complex issue via Twitter. The Senate Armed Services Committee chairman said in a statement that the military should welcome capable people ´regardless of their gender identity.´ He made the statement hours after his own dramatic return to the Senate for an Obamacare repeal vote, after getting a brain cancer diagnosis. Trump praised the former Vietnam POW for his action, although he went after McCain´s time as a POW during the campaign.

When President Trump made his initial remarks reflecting disappointment in Attorney General Jeff Sessions it was initially unnerving. The subsequent fallout from the public criticism has united the NeverTrump crowd, Cruzbots and professionally GOPe, to defend the honor of the much beloved former Senator. The opportunity to bash Trump is simply an ancillary benefit. Conversely, the MAGA community has largely portrayed the rift as if the Presidential critique was part of a larger strategy between the President and Attorney General. On their list are a growing roster of black politicians, notably Sens. Cory Booker, D-N.J. and Kamala Harris, D-Calif., former Attorney General Eric Holder and Deval Patrick, former governor of Massachusetts. Turnout among African Americans in the 2016 presidential election was the smallest in 20 years. Sticky-fingered socialist Bernie Sanders is apparently stealing his neighbor´s Washington Post subscription, as any good socialist might do.
