House Democrats professing moral outrage over the hacking of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) have remained apparently indifferent to the likely penetration of their congressional computer systems, declining to distance themselves from five Pakistani House server administrators who are the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation. (Snip) Democrats have claimed that they deplore hacking and view cyberattacks as a dangerous frontier. Wasserman Schultz introduced an amendment Thursday aimed at blocking a “security clearance for any individual in a position in the Executive Office of the President, who is under a criminal investigation by a federal law enforcement agency for aiding

Comments:
The total disregard for our national security by these criminal Democrats just sets my hair on fire. I am exhausted from constantly seeing their utter hypocrisy. There has been absolutely NO coverage of these criminal acts. Where are the incompetent, feckless Republicans?? You can bet your last child that if these had been Republican members of congress the crapweasel Adam Schiff would have appeared immediately before the cameras eviscerating the Republicans for their negligence.

Of course she hasn´t. Smirk Smirk. It is beyond demoralizing to constantly read stories like this. To my knowledge even FNC has not reported this. It is a total and complete outrage. Be sure and scroll down to the graph at the end of the article where it shows how much money each Democrat paid those criminals over the years to total $4 million. It really is shocking. Why aren´t each of them called before those investigative committees?

What are they going to do, confess stupidity? They can´t very well badmouth these jerks, the jerks can publish all their dirty little secrets. They are truly between a rock and a hard place, and Republicans in Congress should be pushing the advantage.

Six months into President Trump’s administration, Department of Justice attorneys are still battling Christian organizations in court over Obamacare’s contraception mandate. DOJ lawyers have continued to keep alive a slew of cases appealing a 2014 district court ruling that granted an injunction from the mandate to several Catholic organizations. The Supreme Court vacated an appeals court ruling against The Little Sisters of the Poor and similar organizations in 2016, sending the cases back to the lower courts. Many religious freedom advocates expected that the Trump administration, which has vowed to protect The Little Sisters and other organizations burdened by the

The National Security Agency and Federal Bureau of Investigation violated specific civil liberty protections during the Obama years by improperly searching and disseminating raw intelligence on Americans or failing to promptly delete unauthorized intercepts, according to newly declassified memos that provide some of the richest detail to date on the spy agencies’ ability to obey their own rules. The memos reviewed by The Hill were publicly released on July 11 through Freedom of Information Act litigation by the American Civil Liberties Union. They detail specific violations that the NSA or FBI disclosed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court or the

The Democratic Party’s top leaders talked about reviving Teddy Roosevelt’s fights against big corporations, mimicked Bernie Sanders’ calls for a massive minimum wage hike, and echoed Franklin Roosevelt’s promise to deliver a “New Deal” to the American public. It was the kind of message the party’s liberal wing has waited years to hear. “For a long time the Democratic Party has been pretty timid about the role of government,” said Tamara Draut, a vice president of policy and research at the liberal think tank Demos. “It’s a good thing to see them leaning in to it.”
