First, it must be understood up front that in the grand scheme of things “transgender” people constitute a statistically insignificant portion of the population. They’re so exceedingly rare as to make almost any public-policy or political argument about their treatment by society a sideshow in a true sense. We’re not talking about 10 percent of the population who suffers from “gender dysphoria,” or even one percent. We’re talking about a small fraction of one percent. There may be more Amish people than transgender people. Somewhere there might be a transgender Amish person, who is sure to be interviewed by 60 Minutes. So
The diagnosable insanity described in this article is the logical endgame of feminism, where male and female realities are purged from the mind and punished in the body. Not only the Left, but the species cannot recover if this mental illness is allowed to dominate the culture.
Brilliant article. The role of perverse nonsense like the advocacy of "transgender rights" or rampages of campus "rape" tribunals had more to do with President Trump´s upset victory than is generally assumed.
What we need to realize is that the leftists need to get those numbers up. They are going to be recruiting/indoctrinating our children starting in pre-school, teaching them that they are transgender. If there is one boy who likes to play with dolls, or one girl who likes to play with trucks, those children will be targeted and forced into believing they are ´transgendered.´ Already, in Canada, there is a law, if parents of a ´transgendered´ child refuses to accept their child´s ´gender´ all their children will be removed from their home.
To make any of this insanity work, the left must co-opt language so that what is natural seems biased. For example, "straight guys who are exclusionary of trans women partners" means "men who naturally prefer women partners to men pretending to be women." See how it works? Or this: "I am pro-choice" means "I am for killing anything that inconveniences me, even a living person."
George Orwell predicted this twisting of the language and mangling of words´ meanings to control the narrative (and the populace). And "progressives" are swirling down the toilet of this insanity because they haven´t a moral bone in their spines nor a rational cell in their brains.
Only humans can reason. That´s the idea of all this. Only a human can be so stupid as to believe a boy can pretend to become a girl and V-V. You try that crap with cows and you are gonna get a whole lot of trouble and your ranch will go broke.
That´s where this will all lead, you know. If we normal folks allow these idiots to get to the top of the fence, we´re gonna be in trouble.
The thing we have to do is start bucking ´em off. They´ll get the idea pretty quick and we won´t see or hear of ´em after that.
In other words, make fun of ´em. Laugh at them. Pity them. Shame them. Don´t have anything to do with them. and you will see them fade away. Quit watching these damn freak shows about trannnys, and fat people and "families" with "two daddies" and such. Take the money out of it and that´ll be the end of it.
Transgender is just a progressive pushing the boundaries to see what the public will accept. The new wordage is old hat. Transgender is homosexual persons cross-dressing to play the roll of a chosen sex. If transgender would really be scrutinized it would be a fraction of the fraction it is. In other words Bruce Jenner is just a senior citizens playing female dress up. He´s still a man and his sexual deviance´s are not my concern nor do I care.
The recent uptick in violence by the liberal/left is indeed an indication that they are losing it. The great problem is the more outside of "main stream" they become, the greater rationalizations they will use for increasing violence.
When Obama made the military a social experiment it was done with malice and fore thought. Get the military to pay for medical expenses that would otherwise not be affordable. And drive out those who are mentally healthy.
The Associated Press reports on an epic conflict from the world of journalism: “No apology from Fox in its battle with The New York Times.” The AP sees the conflict from the Times’s point of view: Fox News Channel on Monday clarified, but didn’t apologize for, a weekend segment that The New York Times said falsely accused the newspaper of revealing intelligence information that enabled Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi to elude capture by U.S. forces two years ago. Times spokeswoman Danielle Rhoades Ha said Fox was guilty of “sheer hypocrisy” because the network had also reported about a U.S. raid
Early last year, executives at a small hospital an hour north of Spokane, Wash., started using a company called EmCare to staff and run their emergency room. The hospital had been struggling to find doctors to work in its E.R., and turning to EmCare was something hundreds of other hospitals across the country had done. That’s when the trouble began. Before EmCare, about 6 percent of patient visits in the hospital’s emergency room were billed for the most complex, expensive level of care. After EmCare arrived, nearly 28 percent got the highest-level billing code. On top of that, the hospital,
Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani denied reports Monday that President Donald Trump is tapping him to replace Jeff Sessions as attorney general. Speaking to CNN after landing at Ronald Reagan National Airport on Monday afternoon, Giuliani said there is no truth to the reports. He also defended Sessions’ decision to recuse himself from the Russia investigation. Sessions “made the right decision under the rules of the Justice Department,” Giuliani asserted. The reports about Giuliani replacing Sessions came out after Trump criticized the attorney general for recusing himself from the Russia probe, asserting that he would have never hired Sessions if
Islamophobia kills. We just saw this again in Minneapolis, when a 40-year-old Australian woman, Justine Ruszczyk Damond, was killed by a rogue cop. It is a cherished fiction on the Left that there exists an “Islamophobia Industry,” a well-funded group of propagandists who spread hatred of Muslims solely to line their pockets. This is as ridiculous as it is libelous, but there really is an Islamophobia Industry, and it is a group of well-funded propagandists. (Snip)And so it was very important to the Minneapolis Police Department, and to city officials, that Mohamed Noor succeed. He graduated from a fast-track program
In the wake of O.J. Simpson’s parole last week, CBS News has a story today titled “Who killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman?” Curiously, the story doesn’t attempt to answer that question. Instead, the entire premise of the story is that the investigation into the murders is officially still open in Los Angeles: CBS News correspondent Jericka Duncan reports the case is still an open investigation for the Los Angeles Police Department. A reported 13.5 million people tuned into Simpson’s parole hearing last week. That’s far fewer than the estimated 150 million people who watched his 1995 acquittal. Still,
The horrific incident involving dozens of immigrants allegedly smuggled into the U.S. in a sweltering tractor-trailer is proof that illegal immigration is “not a victimless crime,” the acting head of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told Fox News on Monday. “It´s a message I´ve been trying to get out as long as I´ve been the acting ICE director,” Thomas Homan said on "Your World with Neil Cavuto." Federal authorities have since charged the alleged driver of the tractor-trailer, James Mathew Bradley Jr., 60, of Clearwater, Fla., with transporting immigrants in the U.S. illegally. Investigators found the packed truck at a Walmart
Donald Trump and those around him have made a long series of mistakes stemming from his campaign´s contacts with Russians and subsequent inquiries into the matter, which raise the real possibility of his impeachment. But none of those compares to his biggest blunder: choosing Mike Pence as his running mate. Pence is in a delicate position, which may be why he is seldom seen or heard from these days. On the one hand, his job as vice president obligates him to be a loyal member of the administration. On the other, he needs to maintain good relations with congressional Republicans, many
Six months into Donald Trump’s term, and Democratic politician’s ability to be an opposition party is, in a word, pathetic. When the poll came out saying that “Democrats stand for nothing more than opposing” Trump, I thought to myself, ‘If only that were true!’” But they can’t even do that well. When House Democratic Caucus chairman Joe Crowley was asked by the Associated Press just what his party’s core message was, he “hesitated” and then said, “That message is being worked on.” It was as tone deaf (but honest) an answer as when Mother Jones writer Kevin Drum – as
The charges started racking up the moment Annette Johnson arrived at Mount Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound to her left forearm. Doctors sliced open Johnson´s arm and installed a $500 metal plate to shore up her shattered ulna, securing it with numerous bone screws that cost $246 apiece. There were morphine drips to quell pain, tetanus shots to prevent infection, blood screens and anesthesia. Two years earlier in a different part of the city, Leo Leyva arrived at a North Side hospital with a gunshot wound to his back. His last memory before going under anesthesia was a nurse telling him
Last year, after President-elect Trump picked Jeff Sessions to be attorney general, The New York Times editorial page called the Alabama senator “radical” and “extreme” and tarred him as an unrepentant racist and xenophobe. Last week, after Trump criticized Sessions and others, the same editorial page suddenly discovered a new fondness for Sessions. The Times now insisted that Trump had impugned his “integrity” and that of others “who have spent their careers respecting and protecting” the law. It’s not likely that Sessions is grateful for the embrace. He knows he’s just a pawn — dirt when Trump embraces him, and a saint
The news that President Trump’s legal team is already evaluating the scope of his pardon authority, as well as steps that can be taken to push back on the breadth of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, rippled across social media Thursday night. Of particular interest was that Mueller’s potential inquiry into the president’s financial dealings (and his tax returns) has apparently so incensed President Trump and resulted in a warning that the former FBI director should not cross that proverbial “red line.” President Trump, of course, has a long history of being a more-than-capable litigant in his pre-presidential life, and
It’s Thursday, July 20th. As of today, Donald Trump has been president for 6 months. The media coverage of the president is overwhelmingly negative: the press remains contemptuous, and they´re pushing to get him out before he completes his first term. Investors might think differently. The great success of the Trump presidency thus far, is not what he´s done, but what he promises to do, namely, get the economy going again. Evidently, investors believe he might yet get it done. Look at this: since his election win, the Trump rally has added $4.1 trillion to the nation´s wealth. Anyone with a
Speaker of the House Paul Ryan said Monday that it isn’t congressional Republicans’ role to defend President Trump from the investigations into Russian election interference and pushed back against the notion that special counsel Robert Mueller is biased against the president. The comments from Ryan came a day after Trump tweeted that “it’s very sad that Republicans…do very little to protect their president.” (Snip) The radio host Jay Weber mentioned the Democratic donors hired, and in his response Ryan said, “Bob Mueller is a Republican who was appointed by a Republican.” The House Speaker added, “I don’t think many people
enate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer ripped his former colleague, Hillary Clinton, over her election loss to President Donald Trump and her subsequent efforts to explain why she lost. “When you lose to somebody who has 40 percent popularity, you don’t blame other things—Comey, Russia—you blame yourself,” Schumer told The Washington Post. “So what did we do wrong? People didn’t know what we stood for, just that we were against Trump. And still believe that.” Schumer’s comments—referring to Clinton blaming Russian meddling
FBI agents seized smashed computer hard drives from the home of Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s information technology (IT) administrator, according to an individual who was interviewed by Bureau investigators in the case and a high level congressional source. Pakistani-born Imran Awan, long-time right-hand IT aide to the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman, has since desperately tried to get the hard drives back, the individual told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group. The congressional source, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the probe, confirmed that the FBI has joined what Politico previously described
President Trump told The New York Times last week that Special Counsel Robert Mueller would be crossing a line if he were to investigate Trump´s finances and those of his family. On Sunday, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the ranking member of the House intelligence committee was asked for his reaction to those comments. Well, I had a couple of impressions,” Schiff told CBS´s "Face the Nation." “First, the president is clearly worried that Bob Mueller is going to be looking into allegations, for example, that the Russians may have laundered money through the Trump Organization. That is really something, in
Since President Trump’s recent interview with the New York Times, there’s been a lot of buzz surrounding the personal relationship between the Commander-in-Chief and Attorney General Sessions. Axios is reporting President Trump is discussing a move to replace AG Sessions with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. (Photo) Axios reports: President Trump is so unhappy with Attorney General Jeff Sessions that he has raised the possibility of bringing back Rudolph Giuliani to head the Justice Department, according to West Wing confidants. In internal conversations, Trump has recently pondered the idea of nominating Giuliani, a stalwart of his campaign. Even
Colin Kaepernick is an NFL pariah. His stand for social justice by taking a knee during the national anthem last season as a member of the San Francisco 49ers has left him sitting on his couch as NFL training camps commence this week. His sideline satyagraha, designed to bring attention to civil rights violations and disparities in treatment from law enforcement in this country, makes him unemployable in a league that frowns upon individuality and values compliance and conformity from its players. Players for all 32 teams will have reported for camp by end of this week. It doesn’t look
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer claims that the price of gas “never goes down” as gas prices hit record lows under the Trump administration. Schumer told George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s This Week Sunday morning that gas prices can only go up, citing “huge companies buying up other big companies” as the cause of rising gas prices. “Gas prices are sticky — you know, when the domestic price goes, uh, when the, uh, price for oil goes up on the markets, it goes right up but it never goes down,” Schumer said. “How the heck did we let Exxon and Mobil
A Daily Beast writer called White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders a “butch queen” in a tweet Friday that sparked outrage among conservatives. Culture writer Ira Madison, who has also written for GQ and New York magazine, hasn’t issued any clarification since sending the tweet to his 47,500 followers – some of whom responded with insulting tweets of their own. (Tweet) According to Urban Dictionary, a “butch queen” is a gay man that is “neither extremely feminine, nor extremely masculine and can easily portray
Former President Jimmy Carter predicted the U.S. will eventually transition to a government-run health care system while addressing his church congregation Sunday. “I think eventually we’ll have a single-payer system,” Carter said while speaking to a large crowd before teaching his Sunday school class at Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Ga., according to the Wall Street Journal. Carter’s comments come in the midst of ongoing GOP efforts to repeal and replace Obamacare with more conservative legislation. The GOP has struggled to secure enough votes to pass the repeal and replace legislation as conservatives and moderates alike have found fault with
DENVER — If conservatives want any shot at influencing the culture, they need to go to the movies. Not buy DVDs. Pay for movie tickets to right-tilting feature films. “We need your help. When a movie comes to the theaters, you have to go see it,” said Hollywood director and producer John Sullivan told the crowd at the Western Conservative Summit. “We get two weeks in the theaters and then it’s gone,” he said. “The executives in Hollywood, we could sell 20 million DVDs and they wouldn’t care. We could have 100 million YouTube [views] and they wouldn’t care. We
When many middle-aged people think back to their childhood, they remember roaming the streets with their friends during long, hot summers. Our parents threw us out the door in the morning and instructed us not to come back until dinnertime. Often in charge of younger siblings, we strayed further than we should have, got into trouble and, by the end of the summer, had a collection of triumphs, scars and memories for life. But surely such memories are just nostalgia? The bit about the sun always shining probably is. Yet one thing is certain – the level of parental involvement
Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) denounced President Donald Trump on Saturday as a “major criminal” who must be peacefully “eliminated” and brought to his knees after Democrats take back the House of Representatives and begin the impeachment process. Fuming and furious at the thought that Trump could end former President Barack Obama’s executive amnesties and impact 1.2 million who did not have “papers,” Gutierrez tore into Trump at Chicago’s Lincoln United Methodist Church, vowing to “resist” Trump non-violently with “everything possible.” Gutierrez emphasized that Trump—and not illegal immigrants—is the real criminal. “For me, the major criminal that exists in the United
