Trump hits Colin Kaepernick

The Hill, by Jordan Fabian

President Trump took aim at former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick on Monday, claiming teams do not want to sign him because of his refusal to stand for the national anthem. Trump veered off script during a campaign rally in Louisville, Ky., and appeared to claim credit for the player’s free-agent status. “There was an article today that was reported that NFL owners don’t want to pick him up because they don’t want to get a nasty tweet from Donald Trump. Do you believe that?” the president said, prompting an ovation from the crowd at Freedom Hall. “I said,

He never mentioned the name "Kaepernick", unless i missed it.

Anyone who´d heard the news today would have known to whom POTUS was referring!

I would have urged him not to goad the bull. Would like to see the contentiousness toned down.

Haven´t we had enough?

Alas, that´s our POTUS. Gotta love the guy.

Trump is the first Republican who dares to fight back--so I am with him 100 percent.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt...

President Trump is hitting the ´reset´ button on our culture.
A Bush would never dream of such a thing.

He is giving the go ahead for all of us to push back in every day life against anti-Americanism.

By the way, globalist elite degenerate David Rockefeller died today.

I think it´s great for the president to point out anti-Americanism wherever he finds it. It´s about time that people like Kaepernik are called to account and named for what they are.

A veteran State Department employee took payments to spy for China over a five-year period, according to Justice Department officials. Two Chinese intelligence officers handled the employee, who had a top secret clearance, the department said. The staffer, Candace Claiborne, allegedly acknowledged that the officers were "spies," but collaborated with them in exchange for money and tried to hide her connections with them. "Claiborne used her position and her access to sensitive diplomatic data for personal profit," acting Assistant Attorney General Mary B. McCord said Wednesday. "Pursuing those who imperil our national security for personal gain will remain a key priority

“What do we see as a key quality of an American Snowflake? Our togetherness, our acceptance of our diversity, respect for each other’s views and love of democracy and our country,” reads the American Snowflake Facebook page. The American Snowflake campaign, launching May 1 on Kickstarter, aims to unify opponents of President Trump and his agenda by providing snowflake lapel pins that correspond to different social and political issues. Less than a week after the failed attempt to repeal Obamacare, President Trump will sign an executive order that could spell the end of Obama-era environmental policy. The order will curb the enforcement of a number of climate regulations, in an effort, the Trump administration says, to prioritize American jobs above addressing climate change. According to Mark Lynas, a British author, journalist and environmental activist who focuses on climate change, the order "is intended to make coal competitive again in the US economy, by refossilizing the US power sector and demonstrably increasing carbon emissions." The party didn’t just lose among rural white voters on Election Day, it may have failed to capture them in its pre-election polling as well. Many pollsters and strategists believe that rural white voters, particularly those without college degrees, eluded the party’s polling altogether — and their absence from poll results may have been both a cause and a symptom of Donald Trump’s upset victory over Hillary Clinton in several states.
