Washington — The organizers of the Women´s March on Washington have set the date for their general strike, dubbed "A Day Without A Woman," for March 8, which is International Women´s Day. The group previously announced their plan for a general strike but didn´t give the date until Tuesday. "In the spirit of women and their allies coming together for love and liberation, we offer ´A Day Without A Woman,´" the organizers said in an Instagram post. The organizers of that strike, Strike4Democracy, say on their website that the group will "coordinate over 100 strike actions across the United States, and beyond,
Comments: A day with screeching, unhinged liberal harridans and harpies protesting nothing for the sake of their vanity? Throw in effeminate Democrat men, all making themselves look incredibly foolish? Sounds like a plan.
How about a "Day without men"? Who then would clean up the mess in CA after that dam break? Who would build our new roads? Who would answer our calls when the electricity is out? Who would build our houses? Who would rescue millions from accidents? Come on. We need both sexes to get the job done.
Unattractive women who shun makeup and who take great pride in not cooking, not cleaning, not raising their children, not treating men as equals and not respecting our electoral system are going on strike? Will they spend day composing nasty messages about Melania, Ivanka and Ed Secretary Betsy DeVos while wearing their pink or rainbow pussy hats?
One thing is certain, these leftists will say nothing about the cruel treatment of women by Muslims.
I say organize "A Day Without Men" March on the same day. Men could use the same mantra that the women are using--- "Our army of love greatly outnumbers the army of fear, greed and hatred." And I´ll leave it up to you about the hat design. Just imagine: Everyone could peacefully protest or counter protest everyone else. The streets would be filled with...men and women. The media wouldn´t know which way to turn. The "Day Without Men" Marchers could score more politically correct points by including a sub-category of "A Day Without Whatever Gender You Identify With." Those marchers could wear burkhas to signal their uncertain identity on MAR 8. This is something we SHOULD do. But unfortunately, we can´t seem to organize and instead we´ll just sit back and whine and moan about the women and their strike. Sigh.
Many women scratch their heads and wonder who these women are. This writer does a pretty good job of describing them:
Sure, the barren spinsters protesting in the streets for a “woman’s right to choose” are pro-abortion, but they are the dull witted shock troops of the Cult of Modern Liberalism, organized around simple ideas in order to get them out in the streets making noise. The women who were running around dressed as vaginas last month had no idea why they were doing it. They just liked the drama and the attention.
The same with those moronic pink knit caps. The dreary women shown knitting them - for months! - and the dreary-looking women shown wearing them. Ack.
What happened to female pride? Most women I know wouldn’t be caught dead participating in such nonsense.
These folks...wonder if they realize they are being funded by the world´s biggest chauvinistic man who is throwing his billions at them, using them for political gain? Their leader wears a hijab and is all for sharia law which would stone the majority of them to death in a blink of an eye? Sheeple, marching to the beat of a death knell.
Will the lights not come on when I flick the switch? Will heavy construction work on building sites be affected? Will garbage not be collected? Will there be no firefighters to respond to calls, no cops (at least those actually prepared to face miscreants) walking or patrolling beats?
All hard and important physical work that society requires will continue as though nothing happened.
In other words, we will receive a real-life tutorial on the issues underlying the "wage gap." Knock yourselves out, liberal ladies.
When I saw this on the news I turned to my husband and said, "That sounds like every man´s dream. You guys need a break." He laughed and said that he planned to wake up extra early that day to enjoy every minute of it. He has hope that the liberal nag hags that work in his office will "strike." It will be a blessed day if they do!
"[P]ease, Brer Fox, please don´t throw me into the briar patch." I find it hysterical that the Left thinks America likes what it puts in front of news cameras. They´ll get their share of brainwashed libtard wives, but even they will get a firsthand, oh-too-real taste for what they´re really supporting.
I just wanted to remind all of the conservative women that use their brains, that the comments here (although not stated) are referring to the crazy wacko liberal females. We really appreciate the rest of you.
#10 - The hats are already available; I just don´t think the news would readily show a bunch of men wearing dick hats. At least not the kind out there. (Hint, it doesn´t sit on top of the wearer´s head...)
Then again, the sight of thousands of men wearing dick hats might drive home just how stupid the whole concept was that started this.
We could probably give NORAD and other watchful sentry systems the day off, though, because the Russians and Chinese would be laughing too hard at us to coordinate an attack...
The devil wears Thinx. The former CEO of Thinx — a company that makes lingerie (inset) for menstruating women — groped female underlings’ breasts, pranced around the office naked, and video-chatted workers from the toilet, a complaint charges. The firm’s ex-head of p.r., Chelsea Leibow, filed the sexual-harassment complaint against ex-boss Miki Agrawal with the city’s Commission on Human Rights last week, New York magazine reported. Agrawal, 38, announced to Leibow, 26, that she had an “obsession’’ with her breasts — and then “helped herself” to them — about a month after the public-relations exec was hired, according to the report.
An elderly Pennsylvania couple was bum-rushed by a brazen ruffian as they walked through the Port Authority Bus Terminal, law enforcement sources said Tuesday. The couple was on the southern end of the bus depot heading to the Eighth Ave. entrance when the suspect pounced at about 12:30 p.m. Monday, police said. He punched the 70-year-old man from behind, knocking him to the floor and then attacked the victim’s 69-year-old wife when she tried to help her husband, cops said. The woman sustained a split lip during the beatdown. No arrests have been made. A motive
Arkansas´ governor signed legislation Tuesday ending the state´s practice of commemorating Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee on the same holiday as slain civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr., leaving only two states remaining that honor the two men on the same day. Republican Gov. Asa Hutchinson championed the bill, which also expands what is taught in schools about civil rights and the Civil War, saying it would unify the state and improve its image. His signature comes two years after similar efforts repeatedly failed before a legislative panel, with critics saying it belittles the state´s Confederate heritage.
Call it feng smack. Authorities arrested three drug dealers accused of smuggling heroin in pieces of household furniture, officials said Tuesday. Cops grabbed Jorge Pizarro, 41, Nelson DeJesus, 40, and Miguel Angeles, 27, saying they tried to make an end-run around police by secreting more than 6 pounds of heroin in high-quality wooden end tables they transported from Texas and kept in a Bronx storage unit, officials said. (Snip) For the last year, investigators have been watching Pizarro, who they believe oversees an interstate narcotics-trafficking operation that shuttles heroin from Texas to New York City and Lawrence, Mass., where the
Federal authorities arrested a 28-year-old man in Kearny Monday morning after a months-long investigation determined he was selling highly addictive drugs online, officials said. Chukwuemeka "Emeka" Okparaeke is charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute large quantities of fentanyl analogues, acting New York U.S. Attorney Joon Kim announced in a statement. Okparaeke is accused of receiving several kilograms of fentanyl and repackaging the drugs into smaller quantities for resale. Authorities say he then sold the drugs through an online black marketplace on the "darknet" accessible only through special software that allows users to mask their identities with encryption and decryption to
The prison inmate who pounded on Jared Fogle last year is getting rock star treatment — receiving fan mail and other forms of love from sex abuse victims and random people on the outside. “I am writing to thank you for the beatdown you gave to Jared Fogle,” reads one of the countless letters sent to Steve Nigg since his January 2016 attack on the former Subway pitchman at their federal prison in Englewood, Colorado. “I am proud of your stance on child molestation and your unwillingness to be tolerant towards them,” it says, according to TMZ. “I was a victim of sexual
A production team for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Revolt TV is suing the cable and radio network, claiming reverse discrimination — saying they were fired for being old white men. Douglas Goodstein and four producers, who’d previously worked for “The Howard Stern Show,” were hired by Revolt TV in January 2014. The team produced ?its popular urban talk radio program “The Breakfast Club” that airs mornings on Power 105.1 FM. But the producers, who are all white and over age 39, say they were “treated worse than other employees who were younger and African American.” Executive Vice President Val Boreland “was
In the left-leaning Big Apple, it’s a fashion faux pas more fatal than walking around in sandals with socks, or strapping a fanny pack around your waist: wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat. To see for myself, I sported the fire-engine red baseball cap worn by Donald Trump on the campaign trail in liberal gin joints and shops across Manhattan and Brooklyn. I may as well have been wearing a Red Sox hat at Yankee Stadium. The mere sight of my cap nearly caused a riot at the historic Stonewall Inn on Christopher Street — site of the 1969 riots
Westbury, N.Y. — A Westbury man was charged with public lewdness after police say he exposed himself in the parking lot of Babies “R” Us in February. The incident occurred on Feb. 21 in the parking lot of Babies “R” Us located at 1350 Corporate Dr. Police say the woman, 35, was sitting in her car eating lunch when she witnessed a car pull up two spots away from her. Irvington, N.J. — A man accused of fatally shooting a guest he had fought with at his daughter’s pre-school graduation party has been convicted of passion provocation manslaughter. An Essex County jury also convicted Ronald Smith on a weapons charge. The 29-year-old Irvington man now faces up to 20 years in prison when he’s sentenced May 1. Authorities say Smith shot and killed Bruce Miles Jr. during the party held in June 2014. The two men got into a fist fight at the party and Smith then retrieved a gun from his car and fatally shot Miles.
Two short women used big purses to pull off a huge heist: 22 bottles of liquor, from a Weston Walgreens. To break that down by brand, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office: one bottle of Ciroc Peach, one bottle of Ciroc Pineapple, two bottles of Ciroc Mango, three bottles of Grey Goose, four bottles of Patron, five bottles of Ciroc Apple and six bottles of Hennessy. This liquor larceny went down Feb. 8 in just a few minutes. A short woman with long, dark hair in a neon orange shirt, gray workout leggings and sports shoes entered about a few seconds
Key West police detectives caught a man wanted in Georgia for an assortment of violent crimes including felony strangulation and aggravated assault with a weapon, according to city spokeswoman Alyson Crean. The Cobb County Sheriff´s Office contacted Key West police Thursday, saying Jamaal Seymour, 37, was possibly in Key West and wanted on a number of counts. A “be on the lookout” alert warned that Seymour be considered armed and dangerous. Seymour’s thrifty nature did him in, police said. “Intelligence showed that Seymour had used a CVS rewards card at the Truman Avenue store around 6 p.m. on March 14,”
Fox News has indefinitely removed contributor Andrew Napolitano from its programming, following an unsubstantiated claim he made on air last week and that was refuted by U.S. intelligence officials, according to a report. The Los Angeles Times reported Monday that Napolitano has not made any appearances on Fox since last Thursday. Citing an anonymous source, the paper said Napolitano "is not expected to be on Fox News Channel any time in the near future." The Washington Examiner has asked a Fox spokesperson for confirmation of the report. Napolitano last week tried to bolster President Trump´s own previous and unfounded claim
California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters said that she´s ready to impeach President Trump on his 61st day in office. "Get ready for impeachment," Waters tweeted. (Tweet) It´s unknown if Waters was referring to a specific reason to impeach Trump or was just making a general statement. The tweet comes a day after FBI Director James Comey revealed the bureau is looking into any possible contacts between Trump´s campaign and the Russian influence campaign on the presidential campaign. The intelligence community has reported in the past The Kremlin worked against Hillary Clinton´s election and developed a preference for Trump.
Last week, the British intelligence agency GCHQ took the rare step of debunking as “utterly ridiculous” the Trump administration’s insinuation that Britain spied on Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign. On Monday, FBI Director James B. Comey testified plainly that “I have no information that supports” President Trump’s accusations that his predecessor ordered the “wires tapped” at Trump Tower. These false statements from the White House are part of a disturbing pattern of behavior that poses real and potentially profound dangers to U.S. national security. The foundation of the United States’ unrivaled global leadership rests only in part on our military

Armed Police have opened fire and shot an intruder inside the grounds of the Houses of Parliament amid reports a car drove into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge. Several shots were fired at around 2.35pm moments after a loud bang was heard near the grounds of Parliament. Three bodies were visible on the floor outside Parliament and the Palace was placed on an immediate lock down. Others were seen lying in the road on Westminster Bridge, where reports suggest around six people were knocked down by a car. Prime Minister Theresa May is said to have been bundled into a car by a plain-clothes police
Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. on Tuesday said he and his estranged wife Sandi Jackson are $1.8 million in debt thanks to legal bills from their federal criminal prosecution and mounting fees from an acrimonious divorce playing out in courtrooms in two cities. Jackson Jr. talked to reporters during an at-times rambling question-and-answer session following a brief hearing in his divorce case at the Daley Center, opining on the state of Washington politics and the best way to settle the couple’s bills. Neither Jackson nor his wife, former alderman Sandi Jackson, has worked since their release from prison after serving sentences
Several Senate Democrats were unified in deriding originalism as a judicial philosophy during Monday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch to Supreme Court justiceship Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), ranking Democrat of the committee, described originalism as a "very troubling” jurisprudential approach. The Framers, she added, intended for the Constitution to be continuously reinterpreted over time (emphasis added): “Judge Gorsuch has also stated that he believes judges should look to the original public meaning of the Constitution when they decide what a provision of the Constitution means. This is personal, but I find this originalist judicial
South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham on Tuesday questioned Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch about what it would take to impeach President Trump. (Snip) "In case President Trump is watching, which he may very well be, one you did a good job picking Judge Gorsuch," Graham said to laughs, "and number two—here´s the bad part—if you start waterboarding people, you may get impeached. Is that a fair summary?" "Senator, the impeachment power belongs to this body," Gorsuch answered.
The family of Seth Rich, a staffer for the Democratic National Committee who was murdered last July in Washington, D.C., has launched a crowdfunding page to raise money for investigating the unsolved case. Aaron Rich, the brother of the victim, created the GoFundMe page on Sunday to draw attention to the unsolved crime that took place July 10 in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Northwest D.C. and raise $200,000. "One thing that no one tells you, and something we weren´t prepared to hear when we lost Seth, is that if a case isn´t solved immediately, it could take months or years before
Representative Elise M. Stefanik is a young, freshman republican congresswoman from the Albany New York area. And using a probative questioning timeline, she single-handily pulled the mask from FBI Director James Comey, yet no-one seemed to notice. Obviously Ms. Stefanik has not been in the swamp long enough to lose her common sense. (Photos) In the segment of the questioning below Rep. Stefanik begins by asking director Comey what are the typical protocols, broad standards and procedures for notifying the Director of National Intelligence, the White House and senior congressional leadership (aka the intelligence Gang of Eight), when the FBI
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer called for a delay of Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation on Tuesday given the ongoing FBI investigation into potential collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russian officials. “You can bet, if the shoe were on the other foot and a Democratic president was under investigation by the FBI, the Republicans would be howling at the moon about filling a Supreme Court seat in such circumstances,” Schumer said on the floor. Schumer’s demand is highly unlikely to gain traction with Senate GOP leaders, who are planning a vote on Gorsuch early next month. But the move
