The Hidden Audio Of Mike Brown Shooting
Eye Witness – A Witness Conversation
Unknowingly Captured at the Scene of the*

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 8/17/2014 7:01:44 PM

This is an update to the original outline we shared several days ago when we discovered the hidden audio of an eye witness to the Mike Brown and Darren Wilson shooting incident. After our initial discovery the local Ferguson Missouri investigative authorities were notified and very appreciative. Congratulations Treepers – once again the crowdsourcing and research shreds the national media narrative and removes the distorted lies putting the spotlight back on the truth. The local authorities in charge of the investigation extend their thanks and appreciation. Dozens of outlets have now copied the audio video. The story has been read in

Comments:
*Ferguson Shooting is a Game-Changer

Keep on reading for lots more - details, audio/videos. Some have reported the audio was damaged where they heard it, but some had already taken off transcripts and used for captions.

Don´t just do a drive-by on this important work.

This is important.

The background audio from the eyewitness matches the report given by Officer Wilson´s friend as told to him by Wilson.

Important reading for those who care about being informed.

It is good to know that law enforcement investigators are now working with the CTH´s investigative material.

I can´t help wondering how the MSM will manage to parry this, whether through twisting, omission, or just dismissing it as indecipherable or unconfirmed. But the public narrative put forth by the ´progressive´ news networks about this will not deviate much at all from the narrow, PC path they are already on.

High praise from this Ldotter to The Conservative Treehouse for the work they are doing to tell the truth to our country. They were THE site to go to for information on the Trayvon Martin travesty and now Michael Brown.

You guys make me proud.

An earlier report from another source said Officer Wilson had been injured in the altercation in the police vehicle when Brown resisted and then made a run for it.

All of this begins to fit together.

Evidently the Police Officer in charge now, is apologizing to the Brown family, evidently he isn´t aware of or cares about facts in this matter. He is just interested in getting kudos from the black community and appeasing the black community even though the facts might not fit the narrative that the black community is trying to portray about saint Michael.

It becomes increasingly more embarrassing to be a member of the "White" tribe of fussy parliamentarians who gather evidence and debate probabilities and ponder minutia (picture Nigel Bruce with a fresh pipe speculating by the mantle-piece), while we are all getting punked and played by the "Other" tribe who knows we are too ´gentlemanly´ and refined to call BS on their murderous games and felonious pranks. If I were an inner city cop I´d be ventilating these (Bleeeeps) left and right and any reasonable God would be on my side.

I can´t help but wonder if Brown was going to try and strong arm the cop like he did the store owner? If what this video is reporting is true, Brown certainly looked like he was making a very aggressive move on the cop and wouldn´t back down even when ordered to.

Kudos to our Hostess and http://theconservativetreehouse.com for having the guts and investigative skills to expose the facts.
The audio is completely consistent with the friend of Officer Wilson who described the situation to Dana Loesch.
MSNBC called Officer Wilson a " rogue cop".
CNN said Brown was " gunned down " by Wilson.
Brown is going to have more autopsies than JFK.
Today´s " memorial " to Brown was a revolting
" get whitey " cavalcade.
The speakers said Brown was " executed " by the white cop.
The head of the Missouri State Troopers , Ron Johnson , tearfully apologized to the audience for " wearing the uniform " .
White law enforcement in Ferguson and probably all white citizens in the area ,
now have a target on their backs.
Thanks to the anti white racists in Ferguson and the race agitators
including Missouri Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson.
Wimpy Democrat Governor Nixon is
also complicit in this overt racist campaign against white officers and white citizens.

Quite important, shows that the victim was actually the aggressor.

Once again, the leftist media cannot look for facts, but makes up a story about an innocent black "victim", when in reality the alleged victim started the violence and wound up on the wrong end of a gun because the person being attacked was armed.

A variation on the Trayvon Martin shooting, thuggish kid gets physically violent when confronted, gets shot in the process of beating the heck out of the REAL victim.

Black experts Sharpton and Jackson come in and rile the waters, make things worse, and in this case Sharpton, always the race hustler, has incited violence, and now seems to be backing off the violent rhetoric.

The black community in Ferguson should realize that a guy who just robbed a store and assaulted a police officer just might have invited his own death. But no, any little excuse to riot, burn and pillage is good enough for the idle and ignorant. Race baiters like Al Sharpton and the NBP party couldn´t get down there fast enough to join in the frivolity.

If some 290 lb tank came running at me, would I shoot or get crushed by a buffalo? The officer had no other way to defend himself. A taser or mace wouldn´t even have slowed him down.

No White police officer with six years experience would shoot a Black man unless he thought that his life or the life of others were in danger. The reason for that is such an experienced officer would know that something like what happened in Ferguson was bound to occur following any incident such as this officer faced.

For anyone interested, there is a new face on the scene. He used to be a protegé of the Revrum Al and now he´s out on his own. His name is Benjamin Crump. There are a couple of articles on Conservative Treehouse about him, his tactics and similarities between the Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown shootings. It´s fascinating because Crump is using exactly the same scenarios on each one.

Re #24, personal injury lawyer Benjamin Crump is not a new face, except in this case.

He was the major troublemaker in the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin case, jumping in on Day One, corrupting witnesses, and being Number One Man to Sybrina Fulton and her ex-husband, Trayvon´s parents.

He is a big gunner in the National Bar Association (black bar association) which is also highly racially activist.

No. He is not new. He hits these cases, working toward a guilty verdict. Then comes the civil suit, in which he represents the plaintiff(s) (in this case that will be Brown´s mother and ?) and gets a whopping share of anything she gets.

Guys like Crump and Sharpton are fellow cockroaches.

I haven´t read through all the posts so someone else may have mentioned/noticed this, but towards the end of the video one of the guys says, "I thought it was a n*gga dumping on him, but you say the police did this? Really, the police did this." If you listen to the inflection in his voice, he´s basically saying, it would´ve been a different story (it would have been acceptable) if another black man had shot him but since the police did it, now, it´s a whole different story. Apparently, "black life" only matters when it is being taken by a policeman or a non-black person, but if it´s black-on-black crime/murder, that´s understandable.

The autopsy says Martin Brown was shot 6 times. Sounds like Darren Wilson deemed deadly force was necessary. The convenience store video showed Martin Brown was a large man. How big was he? Larger than Wilson? Someone mentioned yesterday he was 6´3" and 300 pounds. Is that true? Martin Brown assaulted Darren Wilson, and Wilson could not subdue him which was when he used deadly force.

The MSM will be 100% wrong in their reporting to be Politically Correct.

I think the lawyers call it "prima facie" evidence, namely "on first face".

Here´s a white police officer with several years experience under his belt in a 75% black neighborhood. He had dozens (if not hundreds) of opportunities to kill anytime he wanted. But he knew --- as most officers know --- drawing & using your gun must be done in the rarest of circumstances as it will most likely end your career.

When I heard the officer fired AT THE SUSPECT several times I knew he either was insane or in fear of his life. Seeing he was a family man with no anger issues I assume the latter. Better to be tried by 12 than carried by six!

I also knew we would get a riot as any excuse to go shopping is a good one and I also knew this would end up like the Duke rape case, Tawana Brawley, Treyvon, etc. Blacks being egged on by the Justice Brothers (Jesse & Al) into jumping to the conclusion that benefits the image of America being a racist society when the overwhelming evidence shows otherwise. This is where we are folks.

The truth is not wanted in this case. Officer Wilson has been convicted by the black community and that is all that matters. Anything further would only be white man´s justice.

I hate to drag Obama into this but he has created the atmosphere of immediate black innocence and white guilt. From the "police acting badly" to "Trayvon", Obama himself has made the immediate assumption of the white guy is guilty. He stirs the pot and the media keeps turning up the heat. Eventually, it will boil over and I believe it is going to be sooner than later.

One more time.

Michael Brown was 6´4, 292 lbs. An eyewitness who saw the shooting said he turned and rushed toward Officer Wilson. Witness thought it was crazy. That he might have been "on something".

Brown had already gone after Officer Wilson in police vehicle and then run away. He turned and ran back toward him.

Someone reading the description of his wounds - in the top of his head and in right arm - said that it sounded like he did a "bull rush", a defensive football move that defensive lineman use. A photo I saw showed man crouched with head down and forward and right shoulder and arm as a battering ram. Go look it up.

It is a good thing when posters do their own reading rather than asking questions answered already in posted articles.

The more the wrong narrative gets into and stays in the public domain, the more ´´true´´ it will become. Those who want to believe it (i.e., the media, Obama, and some large percentage of blacks), will believe it always. Nothing anyone can say or do or illustrate or show will change their minds. All that objective evidence will be ´´tainted´´ by whitey.

That´s why Sharpton and Jackson and now Crump get out in front of these things so fast. They get that narrative out there, no matter what, as soon as possible because they know the effect it has on their community.

Nothing else will matter to them.

But we will know the truth, and we will know what, and who, started whatever comes out of this. Michael Brown was the perpetrator, and not just once that day ... at least - at LEAST - twice that day.

The mob did not want to wait for facts. They demanded the officer´s name. If they had had it they would have committed violence against him or his family and propery. They would then have been satisfied that they had justice. Now they will have to content themselves with the knock out game. We white people are not allowed to resent that. We must let it keep happening.

Sounds like the police officer was faced with a situation where a six foot four two hundred and sixty pound individual, who had already assaulted the officer and who attempted to take the officers gun during which at least one shot was fired, was bull rushing the officer who had a couple of seconds to react. At that point it appears reasonable to believe that if the bull rusher got to the officer that there would be another attempt to disarm him. What do you do in that situation? Chances are the officer´s training then took over.

The fact that Officer Wilson hit Brown 3-6 times says a lot about his marksmanship under stress.

I mention 3-6 because some of the wounds on his hand and arm may have been grazing wounds that later made contact with Brown´s head or body. The private autopsy "report" and "news" conference was on Fox this AM.

Meanwhile back in Gaza, Mosul, Ukraine, Nigeria, our Southern Border, even that Mexican jail cell, and don´t forget IRS HQ: the dust all blows into the wind.

The sad end result of this episode will be . . . the town/city will be more segregated as the white flight will accelerate . . . the police force will be hard pressed to retain any white, or any officers for that matter. In the past it has been written that blacks are/have been heavily recruited and when trained they migrate to the suburbs for better working conditions and to integrate the suburban police forces and they just don´t want to work in dangerous city areas . . . don´t blame them.

return the items, confront the store owner, and then when he/she got home, I´d make sure that the punishment was significant enough to assure him/her our family doesn´t behave this way. It is unacceptable, period.

There is no excuse for the behavior exhibited by these people towards their own merchants, neighbors, friends, etc. None!

From the moment of the shooting forward this has been handled about as badly as it possibly could have been handled by everyone who has touched it. Everyone. Star Wars troopers aiming sniper rifles at angry citizens, but doing nothing to arrest violent looters or to protect businesses from being looted and burned. So-called peacemakers calling for the arrest of the cop, which does nothing but enrage those who are easily enraged. Then the governor lets his own press conference be taken over by screeching nut cases who should have been shown the door. Now it´s just a slow moving train wreck the rest of us tune into each day to see how many more cars ran off the tracks the night before. What a mess. A wang dang doodle. "We gonna romp and tromp till midnight. Fuss and fight till daylight." Hey, that was the curfew, wasn´t it?

There was a time when I would have believed this information would have actually changed the way a tragedy is presented & viewed by the public. Not anymore. We know the MSM will ignore this info & the race baiters of the world will continue to agitate for looting and murder of any Caucasian who drifts onto their radar.

Interesting how the audio indeed supports officer Wilson´s narrative yet they say he was gunned down for no reason imbedded in-between the expletives. Is it unacceptable to resist the unalienable right of a specific demographic of the community to pummel an officer of the law?

When Phil Mickelson criticized U.S. Ryder Cup captain Tom Watson following the Americans´ defeat at Gleneagles, it came after a team-bonding session the night before in which Watson ripped U.S. team members, according to Bob Harig of ESPN.com. The report cited four sources who witnessed what happened in the U.S. team room that Saturday night and said that, "Watson took no responsibility for any shortcomings, scoffed at a gift that the U.S. team members gave him, ridiculed several European team players and started the proceedings by denigrating the Americans´ play that afternoon."(Snip)Mickelson, who, according to a source, "went player by

KYOTO, Japan — North and South Korea have agreed to hold another round of high-level talks after a top-level Northern delegation, including the men thought to be second and third in command behind Kim Jong Un, paid a surprise visit to the South on Saturday. The unusual and unannounced trip — the first such high-level visit in more than five years — comes at a time of intense speculation about North Korea’s leadership, given that Kim, the third-generation leader of the communist state, has not been seen in public for a month. It also comes amid a steady stream of disparaging comments

Dallas hospital changes story

Officials at the Dallas hospital treating the first Ebola patient diagnosed in the U.S. have conceded that doctors handling the case knew when the patient was initially turned away that he had traveled to Texas from Africa. They said the miscommunication was due to a flaw in the electronic medical record system. But a new statement suggests that doctors were indeed made aware of Duncan´s travel history. Earlier this week, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital officials said that emergency room doctors who first treated the man, Thomas Eric Duncan, were not aware that had recently arrived from Africa, even though a nurse who questioned

Thomas Eric Duncan has the distinction of being America´s Patient Zero - the first but not the last person to develop Ebola symptoms in the United States. Is he a US citizen? No, he´s Liberian. Is he a resident of the United States? No, he landed at Washington´s Dulles Airport on September 20th, in order to visit his sister and having quit his job in Monrovia a few weeks earlier. So he´s a single unemployed man with relatives in the US and no compelling reason to return to his native land. That alone is supposed to be cause for immigration scrutiny. In addition, visitors

I don’t think any single story has the potential to reveal so much about what is wrong, fundamentally wrong, with political correctness and law enforcement. A presidential defeat isn’t an easy thing to bounce back from. And Mitt Romney did it twice. So it was understandable that after he lost the presidential race in 2012, he was adamant about closing the door to the possibility of a third campaign. But recently, speculation is whirling that Romney may not be so adamant anymore. When asked if he was running in a New York Times interview published earlier this week, Romney said : “I have nothing to add to the story. ATLANTA — Texas, America’s second-most populous state behind California, saw 13 of its last abortion clinics turn away women on Friday, after a federal appeals court upheld a law that practically guarantees that only a handful of clinics will remain open in the state. The strictest-of-its-kind Texas law requires abortion providers to build hospital-grade facilities and obtain sometimes impossible-to-get hospital admitting privileges. After signed into law last year by Gov. Rick Perry (R), the law forced most of the 41 clinics operating to close. Thursday’s ruling wiped out a brief victory this summer for abortion rights proponents,
