WASHINGTON — Sen. Mark Kirk said today that 429 unaccompanied minors from the Mexican border crisis are in Chicago in the custody of a federal agency, and he wants to know if any of the children have criminal records. Kirk, an Illinois Republican, said the children are in the custody of the Health and Human Services Department. His news release did not say where the children are being housed. In the release, Kirk also said the State Department is “unable to confirm if any of these individuals has a criminal record or background.” He added: “If any of these individuals

Most kids don´t stop growing up and before you know it there will be bags of severed heads and hands at a city near you. This is going to be an epidemic of gang recruitment as these poor ´refugees´ reflect on the protections they were afforded to get to the Land of the Free Phones. Ticks will not stop till they´ve sucked the host dry.

Is this Obama´s grand scheme for dealing with illegal immigration? Send the little tykes to Chicago so their numbers can be gradually decimatd as the Obama administration "stems the tide".

Would the parents of those children have agreed to their children being put in harm´s way, if they knew what was happening to them? I can´t imagine sending a child away like that in the first place - but that´s another aspect that needs to be investigated: were these children just scooped up around the countryside and put in vans, trucks, cars and taken to our border? Perhaps many of the parents and grandparents are going out of their minds with worry, not knowing what is happening with their children. There was a segment on CNN about a child who was restored back to his/her home and they showed the grandmother, who was so relieved - I think the reporters actually got the child back home to that little village. If this is the case, then maybe some valiant and courageous people from somewhere in Central America will see to it that Obama gets impeached. If this is what happened, he has no business at all being at "the levers of power". Shameful!

And they left a trail of lice, lice eggs, scabies, bed bugs, and TB- and swine flu-infected fluids on whatever airplane or bus they were transported on, as well as whatever facility they are being housed in. We are watching the early steps of a man-made public health epidemic being played out before our eyes. Chicago? The Obama regime is engaged in a deliberate dispersal of the infestations.

If 60000 illegal alien central american children are enrolled in public schools at $10000 per student, the total estimated cost is $600 million. Of course, this is an understatement because non-English speaking children require expensive special education services. Let alone the cost of free health care, welfare, rent subsidies, food stamps, wic and all the rest for the swarm. These grim prospects make me wonder how much more strain can be withstood by already overwhelmed American systems.

This isn´t about Obama. The entire political class has wanted open borders for decades. Today Karl Rove said the GOP should work with Obama, that it´s a good opportunity to get something done. The US no longer has a southern border and is no longer a country. The GOP has shown by its actions or lack thereof that it´s probably happier about it than Obama.

You’re sort of always a part of Clinton world even when you leave. But at the same time, the only people that are really there and really on top of it are the family. It’s the centrality of the family–Bill, Hillary, and now Chelsea–that makes the metaphor apt.” Host Joe Scarborough joked about his disappointment that, although he had invited liberal columnist

In their effort to end two wars while also cutting the budget, the President and his Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel have begun the process of shrinking the military to pre-WWII levels. Cutting down the size of the military has resulted in thousands of soldiers getting separated from the military, including the infamous occurrence of commanders in Afghanistan learning that once their deployment is over, their service will “no longer be needed.” And now, an independent panel appointed by the Pentagon and approved by Congress has called the President’s action “a serious misstep” that will result in a military that is

Republican California gubernatorial candidate Neel Kashkari recently spent a week homeless on the streets of Fresno, CA, and he may have discovered why so many American workers oppose illegal immigration. His struggles to find a job--let alone food and a roof over his head--exemplify why American workers oppose illegal immigration and President Barack Obama´s plans to give millions of illegal immigrants work permits in an economy that has not recovered for them. On Thursday, fierce opposition to Obama´s potential granting of work permits to millions of illegal immigrants caused House GOP leaders to pull their border bill,
