Are you ready for a TB epidemic?
American Thinker, by Thomas Lifson

Is stupidity or malevolence behind the policy of distributing Central American illegal alien children around the country among the general population? The question must be asked because alarming numbers of these unfortunates are carrying tuberculosis, a lethal disease that had largely been eradicated from the United States. (snip)“A person is considered to be exposed if there is shared breathing space with someone with infectious pulmonary or laryngeal tuberculosis at a time when the infectious person is not wearing a mask and the other person is not wearing an N95 respirator. IMO, this should be put at the top of the page today! This is very, very serious, and dangerous. And as the author notes, "the USA no longer has any “herd immunity” to TB." Everyone is at risk, the military as well. Letting these hoards of unvaccinated, diseased children and others into our country, and spreading them around is tantamount to warfare against the American people.

This invasion has been planned for some time and the necessary supplies may have been slowly stockpiled in the ´camps´ we´ve heard about. This would avoid sudden large purchases of TB drugs/masks, etc.

Old people remember that in the 1950s there were parked buses set up with X-rays or something to screen for TB. The ones I saw were in south Texas. I think the tests were free, part of a public health initiative. We can ´look forward´ to that again.

From the very last line of the article:
"...the only thing you can say for certain about the coming TB epidemic is that it is inevitable."

The only question that remains is "are you scared yet"? And if you are not, then you sure as heck ought to be.

For all Obama´s gay talk his actions are anti-gay!
HIV destroys the immune system.
TB loves a person with a weakened immune system!
There is a form of TB that is all-drug resistant.
Gays with HIV/AIDS will be getting it in great numbers.

Other examples:
20% of Americans still smoke.
33% of gays smoke!
ObamaCare covers all sorts of birth control and abortifactants, except the one type which would protect from HIV....condoms.

This is so frightening and sad. Im in my late 40s and I remember as a child reading about the effects TB had on people but the story reassured the reader that "today, tuberculosis is practically unheard of because medicine has done so much to make people healthy." And now I have to worry that my child may end up with it. The wife of my husband´s cousin came down with it several years ago and it was shocking to all of us that TB would actually show up at all in a populace that was vaccinated. Hmmmm - I wonder how that happened?!

Funny you should say that, #5. Bought some N95 masks just after the first of this month. Went to my favorite go-to for emergency supplies, beprepared.com, to remind myself of the cost: N95 masks are on sale at half the retail price--i.e., $15 for a box of 20. Unfortunately, there was also this notice:

TEMPORARILY BACKORDERED, WILL SHIP WHEN AVAILABLE.

a box of another brand, also 20 for $15 is still available, as is a box of 10 (valved type) for $12.95.

Could be available for less elsewhere, just wanted to give folks an idea of the cost.

A picture of President Obama dancing at a party in Martha´s Vineyard at the exact moment that police and protestors were confronting each other in Ferguson, MO has been deleted from the photographer´s Instagram account. The photographer, Elizabeth Cecil, removed the photos without explanation. But the Washington Times has a pretty good reason. Twitter exploded about the photos with many making the comment that it was inappropriate for the president to be dancing while they were rioting in Ferguson. A Martha’s Vineyard photographer quietly deleted photographs of President Obama dancing during a birthday celebration on the island for Ann Jordan.

Since the start of this administration, Obama has plotted with jihadist forces in the Middle East to stir up conflict -- not, repeat not, to build stability. That is an essential point to understand about this administration. (snip) The more Obama meddles, the less influence we end up with. No sane regime trusts the United States anymore, simply because we have betrayed them. The kaleidoscope of shifting alliances keeps rotating, and so far the ready-to-explode Middle East has not found a new, stable state. A Travis County grand jury today indicted Gov. Rick Perry on two charges related to his effort last year to force District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg to resign after her drunken driving arrest. Grand jurors charged Perry, 63, with abuse of official capacity, a first-degree felony, and coercion of a public official. The indictments stemmed from Perry’s threat last summer to withhold $7.2 million in state money from Lehmberg’s office unless she step down – a threat he later carried out by vetoing an appropriation in the state budget. The money was earmarked for the state’s Public Integrity Unit, which is housed in Lehmberg’s office. Perry’s veto forced

For exercising his constitutional prerogative by threatening to veto, and then vetoing, an appropriation to support the public corruption unit in Travis County’s district attorney’s office. This followed the arrest of the county’s district attorney, Democratic Party activist Rosemary Lehmberg, for drunk driving, after she was found “with an open bottle of vodka in the front passenger seat of her car in a church parking lot in Austin.” Ms. Lehmberg served 45 days in jail. The Travis County district attorney’s office has long been a cesspool of corruption.

Texas Governor Rick Perry was indicted Friday on charges of abuse of power—a first degree felony—and coercion—a third degree felony. The charges stem from a 2013 scandal that has been quietly rumbling in the Lone Star State as Perry has been floated as a viable contender for the Republican nomination in 2016. This is a complex case, which might be why it has not made national headlines the way other recent, state-level scandals (like Bridgegate, in New Jersey) have. Below, I have outlined
