Glenn Beck To Bring Soccer
Balls, Hot Meals To Illegals:
´We Must Open Our Hearts´

Breitbart´s Big Journalism, by Tony Lee

Original Article

Glenn Beck said bringing soccer balls, teddy bears, and hot meals to illegal immigrants who have been detained along the U.S.-Mexico border will be the most right thing he has ever done. On July 19, Beck will travel to McAllen, Texas, because he believes Americans must "open our hearts" to the illegal immigrant children who have been unlawfully entering the country. "I’ve never taken a position more deadly to my career than this – and I have never, ever taken a position that is more right than this," Beck claimed, according to The Blaze. Beck said helping illegal immigrant children, most of whom

Comments:
Heavy sigh. Beck also emphasized that the United States should be accessible to "all those fleeing poverty and violence." Really? That would include most of the world. What about Americans who are suffering???

I´ll admit I´ve never listened or watched Glen Beck very much (perhaps a total of one hour). There´s just something about him which seems . . ., how can I say it. I guess off key, is the closest I can come to explaining my impression of him.

Cut off 100% of all welfare everywhere right now, and I suspect most of those illegals would turn around and go back home. It´s not the people I object to. It´s the fact most of them are here to sponge up my tax dollars.

What if Conservatives adopted these children and brought them up conservative. The chances of the Conservatives winning the conservative vote will go up exponentially. Plus this would backfire on Obama big time.

They are NOT fleeing anything. What they are doing is Seeking FREE STUFF. We have it here, they don´t have it at "home."

They don´t want to become nor have any intention of becoming AMERICANS, and those here cutting lawns, etc. have shown ABSOLUTELY no desire to become Americans.

Get a grip Glenn - like #8 said, buy some airline tickets with those $$ and send ´em home.

He was effective as an anti-establishment Tea Party advocate in 2010. The evangelist Beck has been much less effective since then.

Hey Glenn. Since these kiddos had to ENTER and PASS THROUGH Mexico to get here, it´s obvious that their goal and final destination was the US. If they were just fleeing conditions in their home country, why didn´t they just stop in Mexico? Or why didn´t they choose shorter journeys to Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica or Cuba?
So Glenn. Why don´t you just drive across the border and station yourself with your hot dishes and teddy bears---luring these kids to take refuge from their home countries in Mexico instead of the US? Or do you think perhaps that they are more interested in the promise of living free in America?

As for Glenn Beck, he is more than a little daft. It seems as if he experiences a vision (of dubious source), flips out and goes on a rant. When you are not grounded in the truth to begin with, you will be open to all sorts of nonsense.

Even though life in an America as a Representative Republic is hanging by a thread, I must admit that Glenn still has the choice to do what he thinks is right. My concern is, does he have the right to expose his staff to the myriad diseases that the illegal aliens are bringing across the open border with them?

Won´t cute and cuddly teddy bears harbor diseases? Any ideas on this from the medical community, the one that is still permitted to talk that is.

Beck was instrumental in connecting the dots of lots of the foundations, politicians, Soros, communists, SEIU, etc., etc. I liked watching his show but I have to say sometimes it made me feel depressed, oppressed with no hope of any way out. It just seemed it was much too big and like an octopus with tentacles everywhere.

I use to listen to him prior to his Fox days. He was a jovial, funny talker. I stopped listening after he left Fox.

I wonder if he went a little wacko when he uncovered all those dots he connected and realized just how ..up the creek without a paddle we are?

Maybe he felt the only thing that he could do was to turn to the ´open our hearts´ route. Dontknow???

While more famous for his anti-war activities as a founder of the Weather Underground in the 1960s and ‘70s, he is now a committed educator. Retired from his education professorship at the University of Illinois in Chicago, Ayers continues to give lectures to teachers in training, speak at education conferences and agitate against America’s two-tiered educational system – one for rich, one for poor – on behalf of low-income parents, students and instructors. In early June 1964, a group of Republican governors sought to wrestle control of their party from Barry Goldwater, the Arizona conservative who was about to lead the GOP to one of the most crushing defeats in its history. The governors saw a disaster in the making, and sought a moderate candidate who could capture the imaginations of grassroots Republicans—but also beat President Lyndon Johnson in the general election.
