Obama to unveil new manufacturing

WASHINGTON — President Obama plans to announce on Tuesday the opening of two new manufacturing institutes in the Chicago and Detroit areas as part of a larger plan to use public-private partnerships to advance his agenda despite opposition from Republicans in Congress. Several federal agencies will join forces with companies and universities to run the institutes, which will be devoted to bridging the gap between applied research and product development, according to an administration official familiar with the plans. Each institute will function as a “teaching factory,” the official said, and will provide training for workers while also helping companies get the

People who don´t know the first thing about how jobs are created, in conjunction with people who are laying-off workers, taking money from those who do, to create theater. Wow, can´t wait to see the results!

Appears that the FCC has already placed its monitors in the LA Times newsroom. Long opening sentence shows us Obama in action while excoriating Repubs for blocking our job focused leaders sincere actions. FCC´s Mignon Clyburn and USC´s Soros funded School of State Controlled Journalism must be delighted by this article.

LA Times, like the NY Times, is able to report that Obama´s faux job creation and his very real job destruction (ending job lock) are both positives. Creative monitors.

This is truly frightening: A pairing of government Agencies with private business to be "teaching factories".

If you read this article carefully and remember that Obama lies about everything, you can see this is another big step toward taking over private businesses and confiscating private property if said "partnerships" don´t toe the Leftist line. Money/grants are at stake, so when it comes crunch time, are these "teaching factories" going to say no to the $, or will they cave to the agenda?

This latest power grab is not harmless. It´s not good for America or Americans. It´s another backdoor intrusion in order to fundamentally remake America and confiscate private property and businesses. It´s not even clever any more. We cannot become desensitized to such abuse of power.

In true Orwellian fashion , the administration has coined a new phrase , Manufacturing Institute, to describe a choom dream that will end up just like ´green jobs´ did.

It´s either a manufacturer or an institute. It cannot be both.

The statist pols´ push for what they used to call, ´´The Third Way,´´ which is a blending of their socialism´s dictates and capitalism´s profits, is quite apparent in the current dem party´s 0bama agenda. Socialism can´t exist without taking profits from capitalism, as proven during the entire past century. Socialism destroys, (witness America´s inner-cities!), but capitalism builds. These two opposites don´t mix well.

NFL players have Most Valuable Player awards. Major League Baseball players strive for Cy Youngs and Gold Gloves. For journalists, it´s the Pulitzer. Every year, when Pulitzers are announced, most of them are awarded to big corporate media outlets with huge staffs and budgets devoted specifically to the contest. But not always. The provision is part of the Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP Program Integrity Provisions (Title E) of the Affordable Care Act, and gives the HHS secretary broad discretion in applying the background check requirements depending on the potential for abuse, fraud, and/or waste. The Obama administration is just fraud all the way down. U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration is concerned that a crucial United Nations report on climate science may be too harsh in assessing the cost of fighting global warming. Such a finding may lower the incentive for the world to reduce fossil fuel pollution and feed the arguments of those skeptical about whether it’s worth spending money to curtail rising temperatures. Global temperatures haven’t risen in 15 years, but never mind that. Pay no attention to the Sun’s role in our climate. The UN report is set for release next week. Plenty of time to

As articulated by champions like Ralph Nader and Molly Ivins, the progressive label was both a way to get out from under the generation-old baggage of liberal-a term Ronald Reagan and others had turned into an epithet-and to differentiate lefties from seemingly apologetic triangulators like Bill Clinton and

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day.
