Dan Pfeiffer: ´President Obama
is ready to use every executive
action available´

Washington Examiner, by Charlie Spiering

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 1/14/2014 11:22:43 AM

White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer sent an e-mail early Tuesday to preview President Obama´s plan to use his executive power in ways Americans have never seen before. "President Obama has a resolution for 2014: That this will be a year of action," Pfeiffer said in the e-mail, pointing out that Obama would no longer be waiting around for Congress to get things done. "Instead, the president will use his executive authority, both his pen and his phone, to work with anyone to get things done — whether they be leaders in business, education, Congress, states, or local communities," he said. Obama´s threat

Comments:
The lawlessness and corruption of the 0bama regime is absolutely breathtaking. And they are bold in flouting their lawlessness. It´s utterly infuriating that they are allowed to get away with this.

Ummmmm.... "flaunt" their lawlessness; "flout" the law.

This report is absolutely chilling. And no one will be able to claim that we weren´t warned.

The question is, who will stop this criminal abuse of power?

He can issue an executive order for all employers to increase the number of their employees by 10% and pay them, as a minimum, $75 per hour.

While he has no authority to do such a thing, no Democrat will challenge him on his power to do so. He´ll just do it because this is a year of action! by the great Barack Hussein Obama.

Since nothing this communist in the WH does affects those in Congress, that means NO ONE will stop this dictator. Elections are fixed, far too many getting freebies to vote conservative and a media that flat-out REFUSES to report the truth. Onward and downward.

I saw Mr. "I gotta pen and I gotta phone" on TV just now. Wow. What a big tough guy he is. A pen to sign his name like a king, and a phone to summon a mob. Apparently this is all a lifetime of affirmative action matriculation (including stints--allegedly--at Columbia and Harvard) teaches you. What a pathetic excuse for a Commander in Chief we have elected.

Define available. Available under constitutional constraints, or perhaps what he thinks he can get the country to tolerate short of revolt, or even causing a revolt and using the force of the armed services to suppress said revolt. Not sure where this Alinsky disciple would stop if left to his own or Valarie´s devices.

WE are the authority in this nation. There are plans for millions to march on this government peacefully demanding the resignations of all current leaders. There are millions of us who are law abiding, love this country, believe in its checks and balances, but there are thousands who probably are already thinking of an actual revolution. That concept is so difficult to accept, yet this administration is pushing those buttons. It´s serious, LDoters, and getting worse each day. It´s frustrating to the point where individual plans not to mention business plans are constantly being revised and questioned because of the uncertainties caused by these statists in DC. It´s worse than an war because the enemy is within and hiding behind the very laws we revere. Get involved, push back, encourage those leaders who are true patriots and ultimately, Let´s Roll.

Taking his cue from the reckless power crazed Fraud in Chief, WA state Gov.Inslee has declared he will sign an exec. order allowing the Dept. of Ecology to impose $1.11 cents additional gas tax to reduce carbon emissions even further - a tax additional to the 11.5 cents the state legislature already has in the works. Better not relocate your business in WA. state until we are rid of this latest incubus - thanks largely to the Seattle and King Co. anti America voters.

Even if someone with a voice and following as big as Limbaugh were to put out a clarion call to metaphorical arms - he´d be beat back down by the swirling pack of media. We have no LEADER. And #14 is just wishing in the wind without one.

When there is absolutely Zero push back from the so-called "opposition" party, he would be stupid not to do whatever he wants. Yo Boehner, you can come out from under the covers. Barry will be usin´ that pen of his so no need to worry about anything else buddy. A year of ´action´ - - as in "Organizing for Action" ?

FWIW: Organizing for Action was formed in Jan. 2013 by Jim Messina. You´ll remember him as Obama´s 2012 campaign manager. it´s loaded with former Obama staffers, such as Jon Carson, who is OA´s Executive Director. Another Obamanaut with OA is David Axelrod, who is a consultant.

All laws, all taxes all government control is sanctioned by the people. If the people do not embrace any of these elements, there is little that any of the 3 branches of government can do about it. Its close to Bastille Day in america, Obama XVI has told the people to eat cow dung once too often.

There comes a day, as in 1776, where the American Oppressed must become a part of their own rescue.

This is, of course, a major assault on the longest and truest Democratic Republic ever... and a very sharp attack on the People, as he despises the House of Representatives.

He is an autocrat. A tyrant.

The following passage has often been cited, but it always bears repeating:

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the galleys, heard in the very hall of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor--he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims to the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation--he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city--he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared." Cicero

Traitors may start this way, but when they no longer sense resistance, OR they fear the populace is awakening, they always accelerate their tyrannical acts and become simultaneously more aggressive and violent.

Never forget those czars busily spinning and weaving and stirring the witches´ brew.

Let´s hope the GOP scheme is...
stay underneath the radar long enough to win control of the Senate in 2014
midterm elections and hold the House...

Then go after the Wannabe Kommie Dicktater...
preferably with impeachment in mind...
and have a chance at removal by conviction in the Senate.

The way to win in 2016 is have the vice-presidunce become
the next POS POTUS after NO-Bomber´s removal...

This blocks Hill-err-ee-ass Herself from being the nominee.
The vice-presidunce will be easy to beat.
He´s an old white idiotic male.
Not even the media Ho´s can love him.
Buh-Biden will just twist slowly in the wind.

Excellent analysis, rambo77, but Zero doesn´t want a legitimate, actual attempt. He wants a vocal, openly enraged group that can be portrayed as being a massive well-armed threat to the nation.

The T.E.A. types are the closest he has to that identifiable, smearable "enemy," and the LSM are eagerly promoting the prescribed image. When Zero´s Kristallnacht is put into effect, we are definitely the prime targets.

There will be no actual attack by anyone allied with us, but the provocation will be accomplished by a "true believer" on the left who is willing to die for the cause (Progressivism), and who will portray himself as "representing the broad movement of patriotic Americans who are now rising up to ´retake´ *our* country!!"

Perhaps it will take a large organization of such left-wing zealots, but that is the only way to stir up enough fear and righteous, but misguided, rage in the average American.

Obama, like all radical Leftists and totalitarians, just doesn´t get the "consent of the governed" thing.

People like Obama -who, interestingly, have usually never accomplished or done anything but talk in their entire lives- have the unshakeable conviction that they know what is best for others.

Marxists call disagreement with their programs "false consciousness" and attribute it to brainwashing of the people by their oppressors. People don´t know what is in their own interest. They would agree with the Marxists if they did.

For a "professor" of Constitutional law, Obama is mighty weak on the American system of government. Possibly he does not understand it. More likely, he thinks he has a better idea.

It is up to Congress and the courts to rein in the individual calling himself Barack Obama. We can forget about the so-called Fourth Estate. It has become a Fifth Column that is actively working against America.

A handful of radical Leftists and their strange bedfellow plutocratic capitalist funders are busy cutting doughnuts in the American lawn, having the time of their lives "fundamentally transforming the United States of America." It is time for this to stop. If the system still works, it will soon begin to be stopped. If not... well, then Americans will deserve what they get.

Too many believe that Obama is intelligent ~

HE´S NOT

This guy is a doufous ~

He´s there as little more than a faceman ~ like Biden is in there for the clutter he scatters around.

This is Reverend Wright talk ~ telling us the Present can just write up and sign an Executive Order that will have massive, nation wide impact ~ and do whatever he wants.

That´s not what happens. 99% of them have enabling acts behind them with the EO taking on the nature of a mere ministerial function of no other consequence.

Just making it up doesn´t lead anybody anywhere.

Then there are the federal employees an EO affects directly ~ most folks on this board, and other Conservative boards, and even former Conservative boards now in thrall to the Chicom Traitor Snowden, imagine that the federal bureaucracy takes orders and marches in a straight line doing whatever the Executive wants.

Eisenhower complained about that ~ since it doesn´t happen.

ONE LOOSE SCREW in an office can mess up the entire agency, surreptitiously.

Believe it or not there´s a hard kernal of fundamental Conservatism out there in the bowels of the federal beast that stands ready to frustrate the worst Obama can do, or even that his handlers can think of to do, and they know how to do it.

When they signed on for employment they took an oath ~ something a lot of private sector folks have never experienced.

They will adhere to their oaths. Obama will fail.

The FBI is probing past legal work done by Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis, according to a report her Republican opponent’s campaign calls a “bombshell.” The Dallas Morning News reported Friday that documents “related to Sen. Wendy Davis’ work as a lawyer for the North Texas Tollway Authority are part of an FBI inquiry of the agency.” The news outlet said it’s unclear how much this investigation revolves around Davis, the Democratic nominee for governor. “It’s not clear whether Davis’ work for the tollway authority is a focus of the FBI or only part of the material collected in connection

Researchers at Princeton and Northwestern universities have pored over 1,800 US policies and concluded that America is an oligarchy. Instead of looking out for the majority of the country’s citizens, the US government is ruled by the interests of the rich and the powerful, they found. No great surprises there, then. But the government is not the only American power whose motivations need to be rigourously examined. Some 2,400 miles away from Washington, in Silicon Valley, Google is aggressively gaining power with little to keep it in check. It has cosied up to governments around the world so effectively that its chairman,

Steve Lynch is a Democratic Rep. from Massachusetts who doesn’t hesitate to buck the party line from a centrist point of view, and to speak openly about problems in the party and with party positions. Lynch ran for Senate to fill John Kerry’s seat, but lost in the primary to now-Senator Ed Markey. Lynch recently was interviewed by The Boston Herald about upcoming Obamacare problems and how devastating they will be for Democrats. That runs contrary to cut current news cycle Democratic spin that (allegedly) meeting sign up goals means electoral problems related to Obamacare are over. U.S. Rep. Stephen Lynch, the

Then-Sens. Joe Biden and John Kerry were both opposed to Hillary Clinton’s 1993 health-care reform program, according to documents released by the Clinton presidential library. Clinton marked a handwritten “No” beside Biden’s name on Clinton’s list of Capitol Hill lawmakers that she needed to win over for her universal health care law, known as the “Clinton health plan” or “Hillarycare,” to pass. John Kerry, meanwhile, was marked with a “Probably not.” “Hillarycare” ended up dying in the Democratic-controlled Senate in 1994 without coming to a floor vote. As vice president, Biden has been a loyal supporter of the Obama administration’s

Wayne Crews of the Competitive Enterprise Institute and Alexis de Tocqueville, author of the classic Democracy in America, were born in different times and places. But the French aristocrat and American think tanker have the measure of the federal behemoth in the age of Obama. Writing in 1835, Tocqueville eloquently predicted how it would function, while Crews today supplies in his annual compilation of federal rules and regulations, “10,000 Commandments,” the hard numbers that describe the behemoth´s contemporary reach and costs. It is always worthwhile to revisit de Tocqueville’s description of what he called the

Prominent Washington correspondents are accusing President Obama and his aides of knowingly stretching the truth on issues like the so-called women´s pay gap just to create controversy and keep issues -- and the president -- relevant. Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus kicked off the attack last week when she blasted as “demagoguery” the administration´s tactics during the pay gap debate. “The level of hyperbole -- actually, of demagoguery -- that Democrats have engaged in here is revolting,” she wrote. CBS White House Correspondent Major Garrett then weighed in this week in his National Journal

The Bill Clinton White House angered a black congressman in 1993 after he was forced to show his ID and submit to a search of his car before Secret Service would allow him to enter the White House for a meeting with then-Vice President Al Gore. A white driver taking Ohio Democratic Rep. Louis Stokes to his meeting was admitted without an ID-check. A staffer´s memo to Clinton a week later warned the president about the incident before a scheduled photo-op including Stokes and the mayor of a Cleveland suburb. The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing a rule that would, if implemented, guarantee that even more Americans who like their health insurance plans cannot keep them. Fixed indemnity plans, which pay insured customers a set amount towards medical expenses and are often cost-effective relative to more comprehensive health insurance, are popular forms of coverage, and potentially becoming more popular in the wake of Obamacare. Health insurance industry representatives say that fixed indemnity plans have been attracting more interest as many Americans look for a

For Hillary Clinton, having her own baby grandchild to kiss on the campaign trail, could be one of the biggest boosts to her possible presidential election campaign. Although the former Secretary of State and First Lady has not said if she will run in 2016, the arrival of her first grandchild will soften her image, analysts have said. While Chelsea only revealed her pregnancy on Thursday, supporters of her mother have already started cooing over a possible baby in the White House. With the Clintons having a near-royal status in the U.S., the announcement of a new arrival due this fall has sent

That was quite a victory dance President Obama did Thursday while claiming Obamacare is “working” because eight million people have now supposedly signed up for the health care program. He even indulged in some less-than-subtle mockery of Republicans - and by extension the majority of Americans who have disapproved of Obamacare since before it became law. "The repeal debate is and should be over,” Obama said, taking a dig at Republicans who are “going through, you know, the stages of grief … anger and denial and all that stuff …” But a president who is viewed by most Americans as less

GREENSBORO, Ga. — Golf holes the size of pizzas. Soccer balls on the back nine. A mulligan on every hole. These are some of the measures — some would say gimmicks — that golf courses across the country have experimented with to stop people from quitting the game. Golf has always reveled in its standards and rich tradition. But increasingly a victim of its own image and hidebound ways, golf has lost five million players in the last decade, according to the National Golf Foundation, with 20 percent of the existing 25 million golfers apt to quit in the next few years. People under 35 have especially spurned the game, saying it takes too

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

In a speech earlier this week, Lisa O. Monaco, President Barack Obama’s assistant for homeland security and counterterrorism, insisted that American parents must be vigilant because their “confrontational” children could be on the verge of becoming terrorists. Monaco’s full, prepared text is available here. She presented the speech, entitled “Countering Violent Extremism and the Power of Community,” at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government on April 15. Monaco began her remarks by eloquently describing the lives tragically lost last year during the Boston Marathon bombings. If the Rev. John DeBonville could preach a sermon to lift the souls of churchgoers across America, his message would be simple: Stop dressing so tacky for church. DeBonville has heard about the “come as you are” approach to dressing down for Sunday service, but he says the Sabbath is getting too sloppy. When he scans the pews of churches, DeBonville sees rows of people dressed in their Sunday worst. They saunter into church in baggy shorts, flip-flop sandals, tennis shoes and grubby T-shirts. Some even slide into the pews carrying coffee in plastic foam containers as if they’re going to Starbucks. “It’s like
