How the Obama administration
dismantled American government

Daily Caller, by Paul Hoagland

Original Article

Obamacare is a flea bitten dog that never would have been enacted without wholesale and deliberate falsehoods said over and over again by Barack Obama and every Democrat cheerleader. It never would have been enacted without legislative sleights-of-hand and backroom bribes offered to key Democrats. It never would have been enacted and Barack Obama would likely not have won a second term without the willing negligence of a toothless “watchdog press” who refused to independently investigate or report obvious lies. Now we will be bitten by this dog and indeed, as many as five million people who have lost insurance (that they

Obama, the Socialist Dem Party, and the lying lap-dog propaganda media have conspired to hurt American citizens and destroy our Constitutional Republic. I hope they all suffer for their willful destruction of the greatest country on earth. Obama is a foreign enemy and needs to held accountable for his multiple crimes. I hope there is ultimately justice in all this.

Even a lawless President, a complicit Senate majority, a one-party judiciary and a fawning press may not, however, succeed in undoing consent of the governed.

No? What options do Americans have? We can´t even trust the ballot box any more, despite the optimism of some on the Right.

I see two options: One, national and massive civil disobedience and protest. Two, revolution. We did it to get out from under King George´s thumb and we can do it get out from under King Barack´s thumb.

But what if guns and ammo are confiscated? Then what? Slavery? Serfdom?

Pray.

Hoagland finishes with, "wait until November". What? Sleep peacefully, watch the rabid dismantling until then?
No, Paul, we must start the shouting, screaming our heads off NOW!
Both the socialist mainstream alphabet media, and our daring Fox NEW MEDIA are happily singin in the rain.
Neither one reflects the urgency of this article.

The answer is that Fox TV all talk radio has to begin today go on high urgency, like Hoagland here, and also do what Hoagland is not doing!
It is now time for all good patriot news people to openly expose the lies of each and every socialist lap dog Washington DC adherent news robot!
Start an anti lap dog media war. Point out the horrifying things THEY ALL SAY IN UNISON. Insult each and every one of them, look at their luxurious life styles, show who´s paying them, go on the attack.

Most importantly, a shift, our New Media no longer ignores and covers up the crimes of their old media
Do not wait til November. That will be too late
Attack the lap dog media NOW and everything will fall into place much more easily. Save the nation !
Insult your fellow traitors to the truth !

#4 - we may already be ´serfs´ or ´slaves.´

When you consider the amount of debt the Federal Govt has saddled every American household with - thanks to spending/borrowing; newly imposed ´restrictions/regulations,´ gun control, etc., what else could we possibley be?

I agree with #3. But, in order for us to throw them out, those who choose to sit out elections and not vote, and those who would have sealed Obie´s defeat in 2012, need to remove their blinders and vote.

I thank God no one in my family is in this group of people. To those who are remember what Nancy Pelosi said "obamacare will be glorious" I´m sure that will make them feel better!/s

We have the House Republicans to thank for funding this "flea bitten dog" and working with the Democrats to fix it rather than repeal it. As poster #3 said "throw them all out" there are so few worth saving. When I think what is happening I get so angry!

Obama stepped out onto the political stage and the media cleared his way. Without the Internet, the rise of social media, and sites like this one, we would have no hope save one and who wants to go down that path? There is a power in the individual that can´t be stamped out by government and that is the pushback you will see in November. It won´t be easy but we can´t be the generation that allows this country to slink away beaten by closet communists posing as politicians, media hacks, academia brainwashers, and entertainment twits. We are better than this. If this war is to be won, it will be by individuals. We cannot rely on many in the political class. It will be face to face in the trenches and information and knowledge will be the weapon of choice. The day we realize there are more of us than there are of them, will be empowering and we saw that recently with the Duck Dynasty pushback. That is an example of the power of the people. Silence is no longer an option. We must speak out. "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing." - Edmund Burke

"Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap." So says Galatians 6:7. We sing, "America, America, God shed His grace on thee" which is a great truth, but America has not honored God as we are commanded to do, so maybe he has stopped ´shedding His grace´ on us? Maybe He has given us over to our enemies as He said He would if we forget Him. Our personal peace and affluence has made us self-sufficient (instead of consciously, daily dependent on God); has made us proud and presumptuous (instead of daily entreating God, nationally, for His continued mercy); has made us think we can keep sinning (abortion, national debt, injustice, ignoring His law)without consequence. For those who practice ´religion´, do we acknowledge that we all are under His judgment and wrath unless we humble ourselves and truly honor Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man, and truly believe the gospel and repent of our sin, both individually and nationally? Repentance is a seldom-used word these days, but ´unless you repent, you will all likewise perish´. This country is not immune to God´s righteous judgment. But neither is the situation hopeless. We are in serious trouble, but God´s word over and over calls on the people of God to ´repent´, ´pray´, ´humble ourselves´, ´seek and know God´, "Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him." We might be judged and even destroyed nationally (it´s not beyond possibility), but God´s people, in Christ, are safe from a greater judgment - God´s judgment on sin. Repent!!

No. 3, I think the House of Representatives should not be blamed. Not one Republican voted for Obamacare. The House has voted again and again to rescind it and defund it. Congress is the Senate and the House and the use of the word is a blanket indictment.

If this great republic can be torn completely apart by a whiney little gay guy and the media then its always been a pipe dream. Quit blaming everyone else and stand up and take back our country. The power resides in WE THE PEOPLE and the majority of us are sitting on the couch, taking what government crumbs are thrown our way. There are a great number of us who are at meetings, sounding the alarm, working the polls, block-walking for Constitutionally-sound candidates and fighting off the attacks by the very ones who are decrying the loss of their liberties.. If we don´t do it, folks, it won´t get done and they will win this. I refuse to accept that..how about you?

As has been said many, many times... Elections have consequences. We had our shot Nov 2012 and we blew it. So yes Number 5, we don´t sit around and wait until November 2014, but we are limited as to how much we can do and are going to live through this nightmare.

Number 5... you are describing what happens every day on Rush Limbaugh´s show. "Point out the horrifying things THEY ALL SAY IN UNISON." Rush has made an art form out of doing this. The Republican´s and the conservative media are not the problem. It is we conservatives who must unite and fight the Left at the ballot box. We need to defeat the DEMOCRATS. Electing Romney would have been a great start, but now all we can do is show up united in November and vote out the Left. And then, focus on beating Hillary.

Our populace, our congress, our judiciary and our media have allowed one man to dismantle our country and our freedoms because of nothing other than the melanin content of his skin. Does anyone truly believe that he would have gotten away with this if he were white? No. And that´s exactly the reason the demoncrat party dumped the well known white woman for the unknown (sort of) black guy.

It´s kind if ironic that the sons and daughters of the "Greatest Generation * are bringing about the destruction of this country. It has been in the making for sometime now, but it took someone like Obama with the correct skin color to make it happen. Another irony is that as a result of the Civil Rights movement, not only have blacks gained equality but superiority under the protection of anything they do that fails cannot be called a failure lest the charge of racism.

It wasn´t too long ago that the National Review editorial board was all against any talk of reviving the tree of liberty with blood as hysterical, etc. hmmm

* - to me, any generation of men and women who fought any of this country´s wars is A Greatest Generation.

I think obama lives even better than King George did. His legion of leeches to whom our earnings are transferred are living better than 90% of the world´s population ever has. Meanwhile we watch while they steal our earnings to pay for votes. The dollar is near disaster and when it goes the Great Depression may look like the good old days.

Ok, we know who and how, but now we must focus on what we are going to do about it.

In the past five years, the single biggest event that caused a change was the 9/12/01 march on Washington. Despite the low-ball numbers of the MSM (750,000), I was there and I am positive there were at least one million of us!

Prior to that September march, lots of local TEA Party events began all across the country, mainly on April 15th, which came about after Rick Santelli had his famous temper tantrum in February 2009. Looking back, that was amazingly quick for huge numbers of Americans to realize just what kind of person had been elected President.

Some people try to say that the TEA Party is no longer a force, but I disagree. Right now until an inspiring voice rises above all the others, we need to encourage, with our donations and physical presence, people like Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz, and Duck Dynasty´s Phil. When Duck Dynasty´s program was threatened, we fought back and the "powers" realized their stupidity in trying to muzzle Phil. The numbers counted!

When the rights of a business owner such as "Chick-fil-A" owner Dan Cathy gets unconstitutionally trampled on by the regime, we need to rise up and patronize them as we did a few years ago. Now "Chick-fil-A" is even more popular - praise be to God! Can I hear an AMEN!

The TEA Party has not been silenced - in fact I believe it is growing in numbers of chapters all across the country. Add your numbers to already existing groups where you can. It is even fun getting in the faces of the "powerful" by marching when you can.

We saw it. I complained. Nobody cared. Nobody listened. Elected officials do not care so long as they are paid. They never defend the Constitution against domestic threats. Not if they originate from within the government itself. They ALL have broken their oaths of office. This government is in default and is void. Nothing they do has any legal merit.

We don´t have a government. Washington is awash with thieves, tax cheats, power mongers, highwaymen and scoundrels. The Republicans are complicit in this nation´s destruction also.
I detest the Charles Krauthammer types who sang praises of Obama in 2007, voted for the low IQ communist then and possibly in 2012 now rail against him like they are surprised.
I knew Obama was a fraud politician in his Chicago senate days when Alan Keyes told us so.
I didn´t know how bad it was going to be but I knew all I needed to know about this socialist communist. We are done and Republicans in power won´t change a thing. One group of lying politicians will be replaced by the same. This nation has lost it´s soul. The Constitution is spit upon daily with the exception of Ted Cruz.

As most of the regular posters on this web site know, I have, for quite sometime now, been advocating for another revolution. And this article points out just why. And he also hints at another revolution. The truth is that it´s going to come anyhow. Just think what is going to happen in the near future when Social Security, Medicare/Medicade go broke and the US will not be able to pay it´s debts and the dollar is next to useless. If something isn´t done very soon, all of that is going to happen. What we have had for the last several decades is a game of kick the can. Put off until tomorrow what should be done today. The overwhelming majority of politicians are basically gutless without the fortitude to do what is right for the country. All they care about is their next election and how to manage to get re-elected. So, do we revolt now or wait until the great collapse occurs?

Re 11 & 13. I think we do have the numbers necessary to retake the country, if we had the leadership. That is where God´s grace comes in. I think the absolute dearth of conservative leadership is our punishment for numerous sins. Cruz, Paul, Palin, and a few others are a spark, but we need a blowtorch for a leader to reignite the fire of freedom; that and humility with repentance.

There was no reason for the ACA ´ObamaCare´ to run over a thousand pages. It can be stated in one sentence.

The President and the rest of the Executive branch is empowered to replace the US health care system with what ever it wants whenever it wants with total disregard of what the American people want.

This is what is happening. But, if people had been told this, instead of hiding it in a thousand pages of misdirection, it would never have passed.

Waiting for November is useless. The ballot box is corrupted by massive and organized vote fraud, and our “representatives” have become professional Kabuki dancers content to keep the fantasy of competing political parties alive.

Our power and our ultimate weapon is our consent. The communists depend on coercion through the threat of fines and public derision to cow people into submission. Resist. Do not comply. Do not self-identify.

Civil disobedience can take many forms. The most effective will be the individual’s response to all levels of government. Our “betters” have given us the example that “settled law” can be changed on the whim of the dictator, why not on the whim of the individual? Say you want to build a shed on your property. Your county requires you contact them and pay for a building permit that will bring a government inspector to your property to oversee your work. Why pull the permit? Who in the government will know if you don’t? Are your Obamacare premiums too high? Put aside money every month and plan to pay your doctor with cash. Doctors often offer their services for less if they don’t have to bother with insurance forms.

Look closely at all your government interactions and minimize your exposure to them at every opportunity. Take the example of the illegal immigrants. They’ve been living “in the shadows” for decades. How hard can it be? It’s only hard because we’ve been conditioned to follow the law. But that only works when the rule of law is stable. Since the communists have broken the social contract, we have no obligation to follow their edicts.

Who is John Galt?

I am not sure, maybe somebody mentioned this: leftist radicals have overwhelming control over FBI, CIA, NSA and (like a footnote) IRS. Now we can add HHS to that alphabet soup. This is what they can do to anyone in America, from the most prominent politician (boehner and roberts come to mind) to the lowliest schmuck.

So now we conservatives are supposed to be "mad as hell" victims just like the lefties? No. We are justly judged by God for our sin, rebellion, and apostasy. We are ashamed of Jesus and his words in the midst of a perverse generation. Only if we recognize our own failings before God, repent and change, can we expect God to fight for us.

Just wait until November and then we will be in deeper stuff than we are now, and debt is just the first thing on the list. The only way people are willing to change is when they hit their absolute rock bottom, and we aren´t there yet. I live in CA and over the weekend re-registered to vote with the county registrar as a Democrat. This should send a message to the GOP that if they want me to vote for them, they need to give me something to vote for instead of more of the same-o same-o. Give me more McCain Romney of Christie and I swear to God I will vote for Hillary so I will know what it feels like to win an election again. Something I forgot a long time ago. Until then the fundamental transformation is underway full speed ahead.

"How the Obama administration dismantled American government"

It was much easier and faster than anyone realized. This country has rolled over and played dead for years.

Stand up and be counted or roll over and go back to sleep.

Mark my words: this country is going to have a crisis this year. Between ZeroCare & the funny money Bernanke dumped into the economy before jumping ship -- something has to pop, much like the Internet bubble, only far, far more reaching in scope.

Unfortunately pain wakes people up. I hope it won´t be too late. We need to look into Mark Levin´s new book about states being able to call a convention to restore the constitution & revoke the unconstitutional laws made by the administration, legislative & judicial branches.

There is still hope for patriots -- but this one´s gonna hurt.

White House blames fox for

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. The bushy-tailed visitor

Shortly after the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare, the CBO projected that 9 million people would buy Obamacare-compliant insurance through newly established government-run exchanges. Now, after an enrollment period that his administration expanded by about two months—to more than half a year—President Obama says that 8 million people have “signed up” for (but in many cases haven’t actually bought) insurance through those exchanges. The Obama administration’s stated goal was to have 39 percent of those who bought such insurance be between the ages of 18 and 34. Now Obama says the actual percentage is 28 percent. Only in Washington, D.C. could someone

Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?

Dems’ midterm strategy: Triage

House Democrats, battered by Koch brothers ads and facing a grim outlook for the midterms, are providing the clearest indication yet of how they plan to respond: By shoring up imperiled incumbents and only the most promising challengers, but most likely leaving some of the party’s upstart hopefuls to fend for themselves. The strategy, detailed in nearly two dozen interviews with party officials and strategists, is a tacit acknowledgement of the ominous political environment Democrats are up against this year. The goal is to stop Republicans from padding their 17-seat edge and keep the party within striking distance of the majority

Washington – The National Republican Senatorial Committee, a group tasked with getting Republicans elected to the Senate, believes Republicans have expanded the 2014 playing field with five more contested races as the GOP seeks to retake control of the chamber. In a memo released to consultants Friday morning, NRSC political director Ward Baker writes that Republicans have become competitive in Colorado, New Hampshire, Virginia, Oregon and Minnesota since the start of the year. That´s in addition to nearly 10 Senate seats the NRSC has been aggressively targeting.

The captain of a South Korean ferry that sank off the southwest coast of South Korea this week with hundreds of high school students aboard was arrested early Saturday along with two crewmembers, the Yonhap news agency reports. The captain, 68-year-old Lee Joon-seok, was jailed on five counts of charges including negligence of duty and violation of maritime law, Yonhap reports. The exact charges filed against the two crewmembers, who were allegedly operating the ship alone at the time of the accident, were not immediately available. Prosecutors, in seeking an arrest warrant on Friday, alleged that Lee had left the vessel in charge

It is a bit bigger and somewhat colder, but a planet circling a star 500 light-years away is otherwise the closest match of our home world discovered so far, astronomers announced on Thursday. The planet, known as Kepler 186f, named after NASA’s Kepler planet-finding mission, which detected it, has a diameter of 8,700 miles, 10 percent wider than Earth, and its orbit lies within the “Goldilocks zone” of its star, Kepler 186 — not too hot, not too cold, where temperatures could allow for liquid water to flow at the surface, making it potentially hospitable for life. “Kepler 186f is

Former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards returned to the courtroom in North Carolina this week. Edwards, before entering politics as a senator from North Carolina, shot to prominence as a personal injury lawyer in the state and restarted his practice late last year. In his first case back in the courtroom, Edwards is part of a legal team representing a 4-year-old in a medical malpractice case. The VA hospital that slapped a $525 federal fine on a man after he refilled his 89-cent drink without paying has backed down, choosing to issue a warning instead of a citation, a spokesperson for the facility said Thursday. Christopher T. Lewis, of North Charleston, was issued the $525 citation on Wednesday after he ignored signage indicating that there’s no such thing as a free lunch — or complimentary drink refills — at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston. Lewis, who is not a federal employee, told responding officers he had done the same thing “multiple times” before

A new Obama administration privacy policy released Friday explains how the government will gather the user data of online visitors to WhiteHouse.gov, mobile apps and social media sites, and it clarifies that online comments, whether tirades or tributes, are in the open domain. "Information you choose to share with the White House (directly and via third party sites) may be treated as public information," the new policy says. The Obama Administration also promises not to sell the data of online visitors. But it cannot make the same assurances for users who go to third-party White House sites on Facebook, Twitter or Google

President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. But we have been relentless in pursuit of this information. Our attorneys file the lawsuits and make our case, and our investigators pour through pages of records and crunch the numbers. And the information we’ve uncovered – information that would otherwise remain under lock and key – shows that the

Plenty of time though to round up the dough to build it somewhere. Figure they need Solyndra-style money, at least $500 million. The last two presidents – Bill Clinton and George W.
