Barack and Michelle:
The Love Story

American Thinker, by Rosslyn Smith

I thought the photo below was interesting. I wonder if some of the White House photo restrictions are to avoid shots in which it is obvious that Michelle and Barack are not on the same page. They are a fantasy couple to many black women who have no hope of marrying a more successful man -- akin to Diana and Prince Charles among white women who should have known better (most of the professional women I worked with) in the 90s.

Look at the width of Mooch´s hips compared to Laura´s. And Mooch wears a dress that emphasizes that width. Isn´t there anyone on her staff with the guts to tell her how hideous she looks?

And, yes, it is telling that she won´t share her umbrella with zippy and he won´t carry it to shield her like W does for Laura. What frauds. It´s tough being the beard, eh, Mooch?

I think we´re reading too much into a photograph. Obama´s had a number of umbrella mishaps, including umbrella-gate this past spring. ValJar probably told him to avoid them.

I suspect that when Obama´s term is finished that Michelle will finish the divorce action she started in 1999. I firmly believe she is in this for the freebies and then whatever money she can squeeze out of Obama from all his kickbacks and ´fundraising´.

My best friend who happens to be a very beautiful black/amerasian, told me one time that black women like her tend to date and marry white guys because they just can´t take all the whining about how their lives are constantly oppressed by ´the man´. That is also why so many successful black men date white women. The victimhood wears very thin after while.

As far as divorce afte the WH, I seriously doubt it. That is when the real gravy train starts up. (just look at Clinton and Gore). Like Hillary, Michelle won´t want to miss that.

The poise and class of George and Laura is wonderful to see, then there is Michelle holding her own umbrella dressed in a hideous outfit sporting a sweater ten times too small for her. It is obvious that Michelle does not like 0bama very much, but he is her ticket to many expensive, lavish, and lurxurious vacations all at the taxpayer´s expense.

One thing to remember, former President George Bush is from Texas. Most men from Texas are extremely polite. It is the Texas way, shows respect and good manners.

Good manners is hammered into the heads of young people very early.

Obama has not shown good manners whether it is towards his wife, towards his country in how he represents himself for Americans or to our allies. So to think it is unfair to
call him out, even if he is covered 24/7 doesn´t stand. Any savvy politician or persons in public eye had better be sensitive as it comes with the territory.

The sweater is not too small. That is the style of the sweater, more like a bolero, and is supposed to fit exactly like that. But the dress is awful and not a style she should ever wear as it emphasizes the hips.

Body language between couples is often very telling. What we see here has a bit to do with good manners, yes, a little with the fact they are very very experienced public figures but mostly, because they are very very close. Notice when George and Laura are interviewed, they don´t do any of the pretend mush that Barack and Michelle do. They have the REAL deal - they don´t have to pretend. Above poster is right that Michelle will not divorce Obama once out of office. The post-presidency has become a super lucrative career and she intends to be very much a part of it!

Barack and Michelle: The Love Story? In what language? Does this mean that switch hitting, or being the beard for Reggie Love, or being well known in the "down low" community are criteria for the Obamas´ "love means never having to say you´re sorry"saga?

Even if the first muslim in the White House were someone who struck the right chords in women who didn´t want to roll him for a free phone, even if Mooch didn´t look like a bow-legged bowling pin with a 6" jaw and isn´t the stuff they´re looking for on magazine covers—OK, OK, so Mooch does make covers now but that´s only because she´s FLOTUS and because these magazines have the $$ needed to employ the photoshop talent it takes to make a sow´s ear somewhat presentable.

As for fantasy couple? Zip and Mooch are more of an embarrassment with every passing day and have proven themselves to be at best mediocre. Zippy thinks we admire him for embarrassing us with his behavior at the Mandela memorial as his ugly wife scowled and forced herself inbetween him and the Danish chick—most likely at ValJar´s direction. And then he kissed the hulk´s bony hand while apparently pretending to be Lancelot. I can´t remember whether or not he grabbed her buff arms to make sure she wasn´t coiled to knock him on his bony arse.

Alas, another reporter asked me the same question I have been repeatedly asked for the past five years. “As an African-American, why are you a member of the Tea Party?” It dawned on me to ask the reporter, “If you are a thinking patriotic American, why are you not a member of the Tea Party?” It is stunning that reporters cannot see the absurdity and racism against white voters in their assumption that Tea Party membership (pushback against Obama's agenda) equals racism. How does the Republican Party establishment choose its presidential candidate? Typically, constitutionalists accuse their establishment rivals of being moderate, risk-averse, stubborn old fools who lack faith in conservative principles. This is a soothing interpretation, as it begins from the hypothesis that the contest between conservatives and the GOP elite is a family feud. But there is another hypothesis -- less soothing, but, at least from an outsider´s bird´s-eye view, more reconcilable with the facts. This hypothesis is that America has reached a stage of progressive soft despotism in which the only important family feud in national politics is between the fundamentally
