Twisting the truth till you cry uncle
Boston Herald, by Howie Carr

Original Article

The question all week long was this: Who are you going to believe, an illegal alien or the president of the United States of America? Obviously, if it’s a president who once went by an alias, Barry Soetoro, you go with Uncle Omar, 100 percent, no questions asked. And so it was that the White House finally admitted to another, uh, misstatement — despite previous denials, Barack/Barry did sleep on his beloved Uncle Omar’s couch in Cambridge when he first moved here to attend Harvard Law School (speaking of which, we’re still waiting to see the president’s grades and his LSAT scores). But the

Comments:
I don´t know how to phrase this so it isn´t offensive, but I believe one of the reasons Obama tried to hide Uncle Omar is because Uncle Omar is VERY African in appearance. Photos of the uncle bring home the president´s African heritage, not the image he wants us to hold.

OP, my thought regarding Uncle Omar´s looks was that there is not one shred of resemblance to Barry Soetoro. Uncle Omar does however look like Barack Obama Sr.

So it begs a different question...is Barry related to Barack and Omar at all? It´s fair to ask, given the endless parade of lies we´ve been told.

As is the case with any long time ruse involving multiple lies, it´s hard to keep your stories straight. If our party had invented a candidate with all the bells and whistles and hired a good actor to play the part, we too would have had a few bumps in the road.

This and similar stories reconfirm a) the value that "Birthers" bring to our assessment of the Dictator-in-Chief´s reign over our country, and b) the validity of condemning his use of "race" to deflect criticism of this runs for the presidency.

I don´t know if anyone has thought of this, but since Uncle Omar has been arrested, his DNA was probably taken. It seems to me that even a sample of his hair and our dictator n chief should be able to tell if they are even related.

I find this article to be offensive. I dislike this kind of breezy, glib, clever, light, chatter about a presidency that has brought our nation to the brink of so much pain and destruction. Millions of people are about to find themselves without healthcare and millions of others are in danger of having their financial assets raided. Our economy is declining and millions are losing jobs. Internationally, the United States is weak and disrespected.

It is time for serious reflection and plans for corrective action. The media should be leading us in that task, not luring us away.

The exotic Kenyan connection helped Barry impress the Hyde Park set in Chicago, the faculty at Harvard and won him the book deal. The problem for Barry was that actual members of the Obama family tend to be losers he wouldn´t want to be associated with.

Narcissists like Barry would tell you relatives such as Uncle Omar failed him by not approaching his own levels of awesomeness.

If we put all of Barry´s lies into a book, it would be a novel. The question is not is he lying, but is he telling the truth. He tried to throw his uncle under the bus but he wouldn´t go. The MSM has much to answer for. They NEVER check his stories(lies) and defend him when they find out for sure. What a mess they have wrought!

Of course, we all know the msm will never do any serious vetting of Obama for multiple reasons...most of which we are aware of.

However, in my opinion, the one reason that leads the others is big government socialism. The media follows this same philosophy all over the free world. They don´t understand history, economics or what has made America great. They have no interest in understanding. It is all a charade to them--one cocktail party after the other..report what the regime gives you. Pat each other on the back.

The question is how much longer the free world will remain free before chaos, rioting take place and individual rights are ended. We need leaders with integrity and love for America...ASAP.

FTA: "So perhaps he didn´t know he crashed at Uncle Omar´s until he read it in the papers."

Barry suffers from a condition widely known as "Sergeant Schultz Personality Disorder," very common among the various run-of-the-mill leftist lowlifes who inhabit The District of Columbia and environs..."I see nothing!...I know nothing!...I wasn´t here!...I didn´t even wake up this morning!

Did he ever apply for his US citizenship?
Is that why he gave up his law license?
As the b------d child of communist pornographer pedophile Frank Marshall Davis -he could not have been elected dog catcher -mush less POTUS.
Nancy Pelosi and Di Feinstein foisted this fraud on the American People and should be removed from office themselves.
Feinstein must be removed from Intelligence Committee for HER actions-just like she left Defense when all the sweetheart deals she steered to husband were being exposed.

Uncle Omar was distanced by Sneeky Pete Obama because he knows the truth.

"Who´s YOUR DADDY,(Barack)(Barry)________?

Answer that with a confirmative DNA study and the ´House of Lies´ that is Obama, begins to crumble. Until that happens, everything else is speculation and rhetoric.

#8 I think doesn´t understand how humor is sometimes more potent than serious discourse. Because of his sharp wit and humor, Howie Carr is a national treasure. I am so grateful that I can read his articles wherever I live via the internet.

When the present real life is almost too dire, Howie lightens the mood with his humor by using reality such as this:
"Uncle Omar works behind the cash register at Conti’s Liquors in Framingham. When you put a six-pack up on the counter and he says, “Seven-66,” by God you know it’s $7.66. Period."

That is the humor of contrast to the famous BHO line: "If you like your... you can keep it - period." Now, any pea-brain knows which is truth and which is a lie - that is, of course, unless said pea-brain is the MSM.

#10 Our family has been having an ongoing "argument" about whose traits our first grandson possesses, between my family and the father´s family for a couple of years now. We have been studying facial features, eyes, ears, smiles, wrinkles, noses, etc. in "great depth" to figure this out. It´s really all in fun as you can guess, but it does reveal a lot. I have learned facial terms I never heard of before - for example I always called a prominent vertical dimple in the chin a "strong chin" but I was wrong. The term is "cleft chin".
When I saw the website you referred to, I was blown away. I am not an expert nor am I a doctor, and without seeing some comparison photos of Obama´s mother, but it appears to me that Barack is not kin to Obama Sr. Look at the line from their nostril wings to the corners of their mouths. And look at their "weak chins". Most obvious of all, President Obama has Davis´ philtrum, not Senior´s.

why doesn´t someone ask the uncle if Obama was born in the States or born in Kenya...and then someone could ask the half brother over there in Kenya where Obama was born. and someone could ask the aunt that lives in Kenya where Obama was born...the only thing that someone would need to get proof and answers from these "relatives" is much more money to give them then what they are receiving now. there are people out there that know the truth. everyone has a price.

Given the freewheeling lifestyle that Stanley Ann Dunham lived, I would not be surprised to learn that neither of the two suspects is barry´s real father. The embarrassing entry on his birth certificate, if he has one, is probably "father unknown." Obama Sr. quickly returned to Kenya after barry´s birth so he must have been very unhappy about something.

How can someone work in the U.S. all those years without having a legal social security number? They can´t. Illegals are not just in the country illegally, most of them are committing identity theft. Whose social security account are they screwing up? Could it be yours? You will probably find out just when you need to access your account.

Omar is the "uncle"; BO´s mother is white. BO won´t necessarily resemble his uncle.

But the comparison of the photos forces the mind to visualize BO´s daddy-o, and that his father is AFRICAN, not "African"-American. Makes you wonder what a son of BO would look like.

In the immortal words of Ms. Clinton: What difference does it make? Who cares if BHO and the uncle are related or who slept on whose couch?

What matters is that two well highlighted and supposed relatives of the president were living here for years as illegal aliens (she on the dole, big time) and once they came to light they were rewarded with legal residency. They should both have been unceremoniously kicked out of the country. Other illegal aliens will cite these cases when pressing their own "right" to stay here.

It´s a devastating piece...
and absolutely hilarious as well.

Agree with both 27 and 28...
and suggest #8 rethink how effective ridicule is...
it is said that when The Tonight Show host...
previously Johnny Carson and now Jay Leno...
begins to mercilessly lampoon you...
you´ve become a national joke...
a mere punchline.

O-Bomber is so phony and incompetent...
he´s also phunny now...
he´s made The Tonight Show...
so maybe now he´s... Carsonogenic...
took a while...
but we´re there now.

Tempted to chime in with a phrase avoided (or not thought of) by others
here so far... and who can resist such an opportunity... ? (obviously not I)...

If Barack O-Bomber Sr is Barry Soetoro´s DNA Dad...
Well...
I´ll be a monkey´s uncle.

(I think that was even a Disney movie title in the ´50´s or ´60´s...
so... how bad can it be... ?
Maybe now´s the time for a sequel...
"Son of a Monkey´s Uncle"...
and the third installment would be...
"If I Had a Son of a Son of a Monkey´s Uncle"...
maybe he´d look like Trayvon... )

Let’s say you got into politics running for office as a Democrat. You hate Rupert Murdoch and Fox News and the Wall Street Journal, and you really, really hate Bill Kristol. You despise bankers and got set up in activism by a group working on behalf of “the working class” and complaining: “Every day the rich tighten the chains . . . . They close the factories, the mills, the mines, and ship our jobs overseas.” You’re part of a group that endorses the Mearsheimer-Walt view that Israeli interests hold American foreign policy captive – a group that also wholeheartedly

On the eve of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, Gen. James Mattis admonished the 1st Marine Division to “[d]emonstrate to the world there is ‘No Better Friend, No Worse Enemy.’” That motto could serve as a guiding principle for sound national security policy. Regrettably, our allies wonder whether the United States is demonstrating the reverse. Since leaving as secretary of homeland security in January 2009, I have talked with officials from friendly nations in Asia and the Middle East. Increasingly, I hear skepticism about whether the United States remains a reliable ally our friends can trust for support against attacks.

SAN ANTONIO, Tex. — Mayor Julián Castro of San Antonio faced off in a televised debate on Tuesday against a Republican candidate for Texas lieutenant governor, even though Mr. Castro, officially anyway, is not running for anything at all. “Sometimes I get impatient,” Mr. Castro said on a recent afternoon here. “And I figure I have nothing else going on, so I might as well.” The mayor was joking, up to a point. Ever since he became the first Latino to give a Democratic National Convention keynote address in 2012, he and his identical twin brother, Representative Joaquin Castro, the Texas Democrat

Bureau secrets: ‘Censusgate’

What is the Census Bureau hiding? Census, which is under investigation by several government agencies and by Congress, is refusing to turn over an estimated 1,900 e-mails and text messages between a regional supervisor in its Philadelphia office, where falsification of unemployment data took place, and a colleague in its Chicago region, who a source has identified as the supervisor’s mentor and confidant. On March 5, under the Federal Freedom of Information Act, I requested all e-mails between Fernando Armstrong, the regional director of the Philadelphia office, and Stanley Moore, Chicago’s regional director, from 2010 until my filing date.

Robber Who Was Homesick
For Prison To Be Sentenced

CHICAGO -- Walter Unbehaun has spent nearly all of his adult life behind bars, so it´s not surprising that he faces sentencing Thursday for yet another crime, a bank robbery last year. His reason for robbing the bank is surprising, though: He was homesick for prison. The 74-year-old high-school dropout and part-time bathtub repairman probably isn´t the first long-term convict to find he prefers being barked at by guards to life on the outside, which has its own demands. But living alone and feeling unhappy, Unbehaun decided to change his situation by committing a crime in order to get caught. On Feb.

Here´s a lesson in online security: Passwords are important. They keep your information safe. Crucially, they also prevent other people from impersonating you. Unfortunately, one of The Switch´s readers learned that the hard way. On a story explaining how the Heartbleed bug could slow down the Internet, a commenter scoffed at the "Heartbleed thingamajig," arguing that the Internet´s handwringing over security was mostly overwrought: I couldn´t give a flying fig about the Heartbleed thingamajig. Two years already the thing has been running loose ... and not a word of someone crying over its damage. Say ... does anyone really know its origin?

Proponents of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) insist that the law will extend health insurance to millions, expand access to health care, and improve Americans’ overall health. But, as the New York Times recently reported, at least 20 percent of the new enrollees have not paid their premiums. They therefore do not really have insurance. But even for those enrollees paying premiums, having health insurance is not the same thing as getting good health care, or any health care. In fact, it doesn’t matter how many Americans obtain insurance under the ACA. Most will have difficulty finding a physician. Many Americans

Like him or hate him, there is no disputing that Rush Limbaugh’s very special brand of mixing right-wing politics with his flare for entertainment has produced one of the most successful radio programs in the medium’s long history. Whatever the burning political question of the day, millions of Americans have relished the opportunity to tune into Rush’s program, knowing that he would quickly take that hot potato, throw a few gallons of verbal kerosene into the mix and elevate the matter into a five alarm fire with a just a few well-chosen words spoken in the style only Rush Limbaugh could

Less than a minute into his speech at the Boston marathon bombing memorial on Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden went tragically off script and told the crowd of Boston bombing survivors that "it was worth it." After expressing how impressed he was with the tribute, he said somberly, "let me say to those ´quote survivors,´ my God, you have survived and you have soared. It was worth it. I mean this sincerely - just to hear each of you speak. You´re truly, truly inspiring." The audience sat in stunned silence until Biden declared, "I´ve never heard anything so beautiful than

Casual marijuana use may come with some not-so-casual side effects. For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Dr. Hans Breiter, co-senior study author, said he was inspired to look at the effects of casual

Look, everyone loves Sean Connery, particularly Sean Connery. That’s why he plays Sean Connery in every movie he’s in. People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. The guy even won an Oscar for playing an Irish cop with a Scottish accent. Talk about sexist double standards: Meryl Streep has to master foreign dialects to get her golden statuettes. Connery just has to show up on time. In economics you devalue a currency by printing too much of it. In film you

Toddlers show racial bias when picking playmates, a study reveals. They also take account of how fairly others behave. Researchers tested the reaction of white 15-month-olds as toys were distributed. Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports. And the babies are more likely to help those who share the same ethnicity, which is known as

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. But we have been relentless in pursuit of this information. Our attorneys file the lawsuits and make our case, and our investigators pour through pages of records and crunch the numbers. And the information we’ve uncovered – information that would otherwise remain under lock and key – shows that the

Hank Aaron’s recent comments about the need for America to realize that racism is still very much alive and thriving — only now due to those who wear “neckties and starched shirts” rather than KKK hoods — has sparked an angry backlash and many fans are turning the tables, calling the baseball legend himself a racist. “Hank Aaron is a s*****g piece of [expletive] [racial slur],” one man said in an email to the Atlanta Braves’ front office, one of the teams Mr. Aaron used to play for, CBS News reported. “My old man instilled in my mind from a

Western Washington University sent a questionnaire to students asking them for advice on how the administration could succeed at making sure that in future years, “we are not as white as we are today.” The question notes that WWU’s racial make up does not perfectly reflect the nation at large, and asks students to consider strategies that other universities have used to focus on skin color as the paramount indicator of a student-applicant’s worth. The president of WWU has stated that his explicit goal is to reduce the white population on campus, according to Campus Reform. “I’ve said before and I’ll say it

Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren wrote in her forthcoming book that she was “hurt” and “angry” by 2012 reporting on her fraudulent claim to Native American heritage. “What really threw me, though, were the constant attacks from the other side,” Warren wrote in her book “A Fighting Chance.” “I would almost persuade myself that I was starting to get the hang of full-throttle campaigning and then — bam! Out of left field, the state Republican Party, or the Brown campaign, or some blogger, would launch a rocket at me,” Warren wrote, adding, ”I was stunned by the attacks.” This reporter (blogger?) reported extensively

How do you ensure that you won’t be ostracized, denounced, or fired if you are a media celebrity, captain of industry, or high public official? For some, sexist banter is certainly no problem. Stand-up comedian Bill Maher called Sarah Palin a c–t and a tw-t, but suffered no ill consequences. David Letterman joked on air that Sarah Palin’s 14-year-old daughter had had sex with Alex Rodriguez during a New York Yankees game. There was no downside to that either. President Obama tosses around “sweetie” as he wishes. No problem with that. No one believes Barack could be condescending to women.

WASHINGTON — Former President Jimmy Carter joined fellow Nobel laureates Wednesday in opposing Keystone XL, insisting that approving the pipeline would trigger “more climate upheaval” around the globe. In an open letter to President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry, Carter and the nine other Nobel Peace Prize winners bluntly warned the leaders: “Your decision on the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline will define your climate legacy.” The missive, published as an advertisement in Politico, represents the first time Carter has taken a position on the $5.4 billion project and makes him the first former president to come

With Easter soon approaching, the Rev. Al Sharpton on Wednesday drew parallels between the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the resurrection of President Obama’s political career. Joining the “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” Mr. Sharpton said that his message for this Easter is that “no matter what the world may do to you unfairly, no matter how you’re crucified — nailed to the cross at home, or in your personal relationships, or on the job — that you can rise if you don’t lose yourself during the hard times and the challenges.” The reverend went on to say that Christ endured so much humiliation and unearned suffering leading up to his death,
