[Video] President Obama on Wednesday declared that addressing income inequality would be the focus of “all” of the White House’s efforts “for the rest of my presidency.” In a sweeping address that touched on raising the minimum wage, investing in infrastructure and ending tax breaks for the wealthy, Obama warned that the American economy has become “profoundly unequal,” declaring economic mobility the “challenge of our time.” “The combined trends of increasing inequality and decreasing mobility pose a fundamental threat to the American dream, our way of life, and what we stand for around the globe,” he said in an hour-long

Typical Progtard Chaos: act to destroy a system and then whine/moan/complain that the system is broken, then harangue/harrass/threaten unless government comes in to fix broken system, then fight like demons to keep a real solution from happening.

Anyone who sides with the progs should go to hell.

Never in the entire history of the world have so many had it so easy, so safe, so secure and so good as Americans today have it. Nothing comes close.

The fundamental threat, the only real threat to America, arises from ignorant demagogues and radicals like Obama whose ideology is the real source of danger to American peace and prosperity.

Of course, it takes a dumbed down and educationally impoverished population to elect and trust people like Obama and extremist Democrats with political power, so the issue is complex.

People get the government they deserve and perhaps need. A free people does not need, nor would it tolerate impostors like Obama. A nation ready for serfdom and the surrender of liberty, on the other hand, could find no better master.

That some should be rich shows that others may become rich, and, hence, is just encouragement to industry and enterprise. Let not him who is houseless pull down the house of another, but let him labor diligently and build one for himself, thus by example assuring that his own shall be safe from violence when built.” ~~ Abraham Lincoln

What is profoundly unequal is the amount paid into our government for the benefit returned, the value added. Those loving off the government, either on the dole and especially those on the pay roll, have got profoundly unequal treatment that is profoundly unfair to those of us who foot the bill. This is always true in communist economies, and we´re well on our way under Obama´s vision.

Unfortunately there is an inequality in motivation to earn that income. So hey Coach Zero, how about addressing motivation to work next time you are pumping up the team. See how that works out.

He really wants to take wealth away from working Americans and distribute it to the rest of the World, ASAP.

He really wants the US to be ruled by UN treaties that will disarm its citizens.

He really wants the US´s military power destroyed.

He really wants the US´s businesses hobbled by environmental regulation and carbon taxes.

Or ask Harry Reid, or Nancy Pelosi, or any Hollywood star if capitalism doesn´t work.

If there are still those who do not know, these statements remove any last vestige of doubt as to what the American people elected in 2008. This is not your run of the mill Democrat social reformer. This man is a liberation theology Marxist of the first order. He can´t work with Congress because Congress will not approve his socialist ideas. Thank God for Congress as a brake on this madman who, otherwise, would turn the USA into a centralized Chinese Communist style dictatorship of elite progressives dedicated to transforming this nation into some kind of holy utopian fantasyland. Seeing as how his last year-2016- will be truly one as a lame duck we must somehow survive the next two years of his attempts to bypass Congress and change this nation with decrees and regulations. There is a profound realization taking place right now amongst the American electorate who reelected him a year ago. Were he to run right now he would loose profoundly. He is on a downhill spiral and is looking and acting more desperate every day. We, the people, must oppose his each and every iniative for the remainder of his term of office.

There are some very simple rules to having a great life in America. They are get an education. Get a job, any job and keep a job. Don’t break the law. If you are going to have babies get married first and stay married.

Unfortunately too few people follow these rules and end up living a life with a life style they do not enjoy and spend their time whining about being a victim and how this is someone else’s fault because they broke the rules.

The economy would be much better if Congress would just raise the minimum wage to $20/hr and the tax rate for everyone to 90%. That would cause mass unemployment, which according to Naggy Pelosi, stimulates the economy. I don`t know why Obama has not done this yet. After all, he is the smartest man in any room.

Obama´s experience at working or creating jobs and depending entirely on is own intellectual capital is sevely lacking.

Tha makes him exquisitely non-qualified for task he just gave himself.

"Big Government" continues to encourage BAD behavior and that (in part) is what contibutes to income equality.

I have a young friend, 30 years old. She doesn´t know why she can´t get a job after being fired from the last one. The one time I saw her after an interview, she was wearing a long gray skirt (floor-length), a neon-pink-colored knit top showing 3" of cleavage, large black peace-sign earrings, and shoes that I can only describe as psychedelic. She doesn´t seem to know the true significance of the peace sign, even after I explained it´s been around a long time and was the symbol of our local Young Communists group (just under 55 years ago), and it´s still very much associated with anti-military, anti-capitalist, Marxist views.

She doesn´t understand why it matters to dress, shall we say, quietly for a front office job or why they didn´t hire her. I don´t know how to get the point across except by example and a bit of brainwashing. I´m beginning to think she doesn´t really want a job.

At heart she´s a very sweet, kind young woman. All I can do is keep on with the subtle brainwashing.

A group of seven multiracial Washington and Lee University (W&L) students are demanding the school remove all Confederate flags from campus and "acknowledge" General Robert E. Lee´s "dishonorable side." According to the Roanoke Times, "seven multiracial students, calling themselves ´The Committee,´" have also demanded the school "acknowledge and apologize for participating in chattel slavery." They want recognition of "Martin Luther King Jr. Day on the undergraduate campus" and an end to "neo-Confederates" marching across campus "to the Lee Chapel on Lee-Jackson Day." The students say they will "engage in civil disobedience" if their demands are not met by September 1st. They added: "The

To "honor the dignity and work of immigrants," Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi helps Bishop Marc Andrus wash the feet of two children Thursday at Saint John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in San Francisco. Pelosi also used the occasion to talk about passing HR15 - bipartisan immigration legislation that her office says would "reduce the deficit by nearly $1 trillion, secure our borders, unite our families, protect our workers and provide an earned pathway to citizenship." The Democratic leader´s ceremony coincides with Pope Francis´ similar ceremony in Rome to mark Holy Week.

Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?

First, the good news: We are close enough to the end of the Obama presidency for his crowd to talk about a presidential library. Now, the bad news: Obama´s retirement is still 1,008 days distant. Plenty of time though to round up the dough to build it somewhere. Figure they need Solyndra-style money, at least $500 million. The last two presidents – Bill Clinton and George W. Bush -- built their legacy edifices totally with private money. [Snip] However, Obama supporters have a different take. They think taxpayers should put up $100 million in public money for Obama´s library.

Less than 16 hours after Chelsea Clinton announced she was pregnant, a lot of major news outlets started staring into the crystal ball of Chelsea’s womb, wondering what this currently floating zygotic multicellular being meant for the prospects of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, which is also a floating, zygotic, multicellular being. Their answer: The immaculately conceived Clinton child could mean everything. And no, it’s not just the fact that having a grandchild could be personally fulfilling to Hillary and Bill (mazel tov, by the way), or that a cute baby would be a sweet cherry on top of Hillary’s already

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. The bushy-tailed visitor

Remember when Lois Lerner, in answering a planted question at an American Bar Association conference, admitted the IRS had targeted conservative groups but tried to pass it off as the work of rogue agents — “our line people in Cincinnati”? Today we know there were indeed federal agents involved. But they weren’t rogue, and they weren’t confined to IRS workers in Cincinnati. Thanks to a Freedom of Information request by Judicial Watch, we now have an e-mail Lerner sent to colleagues noting the Department of Justice was looking into criminal prosecutions of these tax-exempt groups. We know something else, too. These investigations

Glen Campbell has been suffering from Alzheimer´s for over three years, but the Grammy-winning singer, 78, has recently moved into a facility, PEOPLE has confirmed. Campbell and his fourth wife, Kim Woolen, decided to go public with the news because Campbell hoped to embark on a final farewell live tour. The couple wanted his

The first step is admitting… It was a simple question to someone accustomed to much tougher ones: What was her proudest achievement as secretary of state? But for a moment, Hillary Rodham Clinton, appearing recently before a friendly audience at a women’s forum in Manhattan, seemed flustered.(Snip)So…no definitive successes and some clear-cut failures. And that’s the generous New York Times assessment. The Democrat fantasy story about Mrs. Clinton paints her as strong and accomplished on her own. In reality, this is a woman who is professionally defined almost entirely by two men in her life, both of whom happen to have
