Palin kills Matt Lauer interview
over Martin Bashir slur

Fox News, by Howard Kurtz

Original Article

It´s no secret that Sarah Palin is mighty steamed at MSNBC and Martin Bashir over his despicable remarks about the abusive treatment he imagines for her. And now she´s doing something about it. The former Alaska governor and Fox News contributor was scheduled to sit down with Matt Lauer for a Christmas season interview. That´s now toast. Palin has now canceled Lauer´s scheduled trip to Wasilla, a source close to her tells me. It´s not because Palin is upset with Lauer or the "Today" show, but as a protest against NBC for not taking action against Bashir. In fact, Palin once sat

I know she is probably trying to communicate with a wider audience, but let´s face it, women are chum(fish bait) in liberal circles. Don´t even bother.

She is a woman with strong convictions thank God. She has more brass you know what than a majority of the GOP put together. Too bad the elite GOP, msm and Democrats destroyed her and drove her negatives way up. She would have made a good President. I saw her speak at a rally for Ted Cruz when he was running for Senator and she electrified the crowd. She understands the Tea Party movement better than any other politician. The country would be far better off if she was President than that fool we have now.

Trying to contact the CEO of MSNBC, but in checking the MSNBC website in order to do so, I find that we have to "join their community" first by signing up, which I´ve opted not to do. There is, however a snail mail contact address:

The address is:
msnbc
30 Rockefeller Plaza
New York, N.Y. 10112

#3 I know what you mean about Palin electrifying a crowd. I´ve been at a rally with her and even the protesters ended up by clapping for her!

I like her ´reply´ to this outrage: She didn´t address that disgusting Bashir personally (whose apology was forced and NOT sincere); instead she cancelled her MSNBC related plans.

The silver lining is that "progressives" like Bashir - and deep down, most of them seethe with the same reactionary hatred - help expose what "progressive" really means and what the Left really is all about. It´s good for people to see that, instead of just listening to their dishonest blather about "fairness" and "forward".

We are going through a difficult time for our country. We must constrain Obama’s outrageous power grab without drifting into a violent confrontation that will destroy vast segments of our society. Civility helps the center to hold. We simply do not have the luxury of tolerating this kind of reckless rhetoric.

Bashir, has exposed his deep-seated hatred and disrespect of women with this little tirade. His vile outburst is a clear indicator that he is an profane misogynist. The fact that Gov. Palin is a outspoken conservative was all the imputus he needed to set him off. I may be wrong, but could he possibly be a follower of the religion whose prophet must not be defamed? If so, that would explain his irrational eye popping anger at a woman. He should have been fired the moment he left the set after his show was over. Now not only he should be fired, but his boss should be fired too.

I´m way past caring. I´m way past outrage. I´m way past believing the double standard will ever change.

We´ve come to expect this type of incivility from the Communist Left. It´s really not news.

Can you imagine the outrage if Greg Gutfeld had gone on The five and made the same analogy about a Leftist female icon, and wished that icon the same fate?

Do you think 0bama would have gone on the air within fifteen minutes to decry the remark and wag his finger in the face of Conservatives and demand civility?

Do you remember his speech in Arizona, still blaming Conservatives for the shooting of Gabby Giffords, and wagging his finger, demanding civility from Conservatives?

Do you think it´s ever going to end?

Do you remember the treatment of GWB from every of the Left --the media, the electeds, the talking heads, the public Leftists in general? Do you remember that?

I´m glad Palin has shut Lauer down, but that is about the only thing she can do. Otherwise she has no recourse, and neither do we. A flood of e-mails or what ever to the corporate offices means nothing to the Leftists who run NBC. A boycott of the advertiser´s products won´t make a blip on the radar screen.

Why is liberal feminist Mika still on the channel? Good old Nicole Wallace (THE source of all negative Palin info for ´Game Change´) appeared on Morning Joe this morning. As far as I´m concerned, these people have no moral standing, no decency if they continue their employment with M(stands for Misogynist)SNBC.

Good for Sarah Palin!! I don´t know how she could stand that insufferbale Matt Lauer.

The recent comments by Oprah Winfrey about the criticisms of Obama being because his critics are racists really annoys me. No one, well at least white people, can criticize Obama over policy yet vile, misogynistic violent ad hominem attacks on a woman such as Sarah Palin, is greeted with yawns. Burn George W. Bush in effigy or write a stage play about assasinating him - yawn, but just look at Obama the wrong way and it´s RACISM!

I suppose the only "good" that came out out electing the first bi-racial President is that it has exposed 99.9% of blacks for the inner racists they really are. An Oprah can gag on her billions.

Palin has more cajones than just about any in the GOP. I was honored that she spoke for us military veterans on 13 Oct 2013 at the WWII monument (when Zero barricaded the monument...to keep out 90 year olds in wheelchairs). She is a "throw back" of what´s good in America...of years gone by (sadly). I say to all...buy her new book about Christmas...this will p.o. the left BIG TIME!

1. boycotting GE would be like a flea crawling up an elephants behind with rape on his mind. In spite of all those who say they will never buy GE products, someone is buying them and making them rich.

2. Regardless of one´s race, IMHO, ANYONE who plays the race card is advertising they truly are a low class slimy "N-word". A decent respectable person with ethics and integrity would never play it.

History repeats. These so called "Liberals" have been around in various forms forever. They use one name until it becomes reviled and then they re-brand. They represent the darkest side of man´s wants and desires. They are the negative pole of humanity.

I´m reminded of the lyrics to the Rolling Stones song "Sympathy for the Devil".

Strategically, the scurrilous Bashir represents the height of communist desperation and distraction away from both Benghazi and ObamaFraud. Strategic, right from commie headquarters. Attack the lady they hated the most, the lady that sold millions of books, now attack her again, do everything possible to distract America from the massive fraud of communizing the medical world, and covering up Obama and Hillary´s stand down crimes of death at Benghazi.
Imagine, all of them, Obama, Jaret, Soros, Hillary, Slick Willie, Schumer, Feinstein, Waxman, Sawyers, Barney Frank, all of them, in chorus, screaming, "go after Sarah, the one we have all hated the most.....go after her again now that we are all so desperately caught in our lying crimes, send out our least important undercover spy, send out Bashir. He is the most expendable (next to.Piers and Bill Maher. .... Save them for later )".
And that´s how desperate they all are. The question IS,
what´s their next desperate to destroy move?
The best guess is Rubio citizen making of fifty million illegal aliens and terrorists.

NBC is the parent of MSNBC and the greatly touted Brian Williams is in charge of the news, Tom Brocaw still has influence from the sidelines, etc. so Palin cancelled because the parent company, which sidelined Alec Baldwin in one of his snit fits (and said some non politically correct anti gay stuff), does not bother to do much of anything for something truly disgusting coming out of the mouth of Bashir re: a woman they despise.. So Marty & Matt try some numbers games to refute Palins assertion. How would we pay back half a million in debt and unfunded liabilities for every man woman and child without virtual slavery or a war with our lenders? In 2012 the total national gross income was 13.4 trillion. Unfunded liabilities range between 30 and 128 trillion depending on who you believe.
For nearly 10 years we could survive on 50% of net income? That´s assuming the 50 trillion with the debt, if it´s 100 (feel free to throw in enough for your state) living on 50% of current net income for over 20 years?

How much of an exaggeration is the term slavery? Is slavery binary is or isn´t or are there levels. Oh and don´t forget that is sugar coating thing presuming the economy ticks along with our spending power cut in half. Does that make the Slavery reference a bit easier to grasp?

It´s true that Bashir is a racist tool, and we can complain all we want, but the only action that truly works is against the network and its advertisers. The financial bottom line is the hangman´s noose.

Just don´t spend any money with anyone who advertises with them. As an added note, the same goes for the Chamber of Commerce. We have millions of people out of work, and they prefer that we hire illegal criminals, and they back Obama and the Democrats. I´m not granting the Chamber amnesty over this position backing criminals.

I am so happy that our Sarah cancelled appearing with that creep Lauer. Hit NBC in its pocketbook which is what she did. She makes their ratings go up and even though I have friends that work for the Today Show, I can´t wait until that show is cancelled. What a piece of crap it is along with Lauer and the other commie libs. May God continue to bless her and her family. Go Sarah we love you.

Kurtz´s bio is as long as the article. What a self-agrandizing jerk he is.

Anyway, good for Palin. She knows she increases ratings when she goes on a show, so why give them a boost when they allow such shabby treatment. It´s not even Bashir at this point. MSNBC continued (and maybe continues) to promote that hateful rant against Palin. Also, it was not some passionate misspeak, it was pre-written.

Sponsors should suffer as well.

Hold on there, cowboy!Texas Monthly magazine sued the New York Times on Friday for poaching its editor. Jake Silverstein, who was hired away from the Emmis Communications title last month to become the new editor of the New York Times Magazine, was under contract at the regional monthly until the Times, “without legal justification or excuse,” caused him to breach that deal, the lawsuit claims. The six-page Texas state court action alleges that Times Executive Editor Jill Abramson started recruiting Silverstein in December 2012 — a full year before then-magazine editor Hugo Lindgren was ousted. New York - President Barack Obama is coming to New York City Friday to address the Rev. Al Sharpton‘s National Action Network. The visit comes days after revelations surfaced that Sharpton worked with the FBI. The topic also came up in a 2011 ’60 Minutes’ interview with Lesley Stahl weeks before the debut of “Politics Nation.”In outtakes posted from that interview, Stahl asked Sharpton if he was an FBI informant. The exchange got testy at times when Stahl continued to question Rev. Pollen count in the Northeast will soar to “high levels” Saturday and Sunday, when warm temperatures will prompt plants to create the sniffle-inducing substance, reports Pollen.com, which offers allergy “forecasts.” In New York City, where the temps could hit 70 degrees Saturday, allergy symptoms will “become more severe,” the site says. Fears that high-speed traders have been rigging the U.S. stock market went mainstream last week thanks to allegations in a book by financial author Michael Lewis, but there may be a more serious threat to investors: the increasing amount of trading that happens outside of exchanges. Some former regulators and academics say so much trading is now happening away from exchanges that publicly quoted prices for stocks on exchanges may no longer properly reflect where the market is. And this problem could cost investors far more money than any shenanigans related to high frequency trading. When the average investor, or even

But buried in the 7.1 million enrollments he announced in a heavily staged appearance is a more unsettling reality. Numbers from a RAND Corporation study that has been kept under wraps suggest that barely 858,000 previously uninsured Americans – nowhere near 7.1 million – have paid for new policies and joined the ranks of the insured by Monday night.

Many Americans have been watching with great consternation the ongoing struggle between the Federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Marshals against Cliven Bundy and his family. In fact, the reality of the dispute goes far underneath what is being talked about. The more appropriate source of the dispute is ground water as well as surface water -- this is a war over water. A rapid shift to wind and solar power is needed if the world is to avoid catastrophic global warming, the United Nations warns in a crucial report today. Emissions of greenhouse gases need to be cut by up to 70 per cent before 2050 to control climate change, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) says. ‘Large-scale changes in energy systems’ are required, with coal power stations to be switched off and replaced by wind and solar. And the transformation needs to be made in the next 15 years or controlling climate change will become increasingly harder and more expensive. The report was published

The vote mirrors that of the Clark County GOP, which voted earlier to remove platform language defining marriage as between a man and a woman and statements opposing abortion. It’s hardly been a secret that in recent years the moderate center of the Democrat party has been driven away and what remains is a conglomeration of disparate blocs which, to date, the party has been able to treat as if there were no conflicting interests between them. As the midterm elections approach and the administration’s incompetence, along with the distaste for the president’s signature ObamaCare legislation, drive the party’s chances down further, the make-believe coalition of opposites may well crumble if the opposition doesn’t blow it.
