Insurers Still Committed To
Obamacare Following White
House Meeting

In an unusual alliance between a liberal Democratic President and the traditionally Republican-leaning insurance industry, health plans are still backing the Affordable Care Act and the nation’s commander-in-chief following a White House meeting Friday. Despite the political rhetoric coming out of Washington and pundits on television talking about lower popularity numbers for President Obama and continued efforts of Republicans to derail the legislation, the insurance industry believes the health law can be fixed, according to several sources close to the companies. They are more concerned about problems with the healthcare.gov web site than the backlash from consumers who are upset

Please forgive me for a third post, but i must confess that i actually DO like my Bad Apple Insurance Company (so named in jest). I have, unfortunately, had to utilize my insurance many times for serious illnesses and have never been denied, or given any trouble.

We have been thankful for our insurance... even though it is costly.

The companies aren´t worried about backlash because there is no other option for most people. Concierge medicine is on the rise but most are not willing to self insure and catastrophic plans are no longer allowed. I suppose you can purchase the cheapest with the highest deductible and call it catastrophic and meanwhile go to the concierge doctor of your choice.

Of course the insurance companies are more,s. worried about the website. That´s where they get their new customers, at higher premiums.

And they have darn good reason to worry, since there is almost no security of information. With 36 states, some 30 companies, and a dozen Federal Departments and Agencies all tied together at the "hub",there are so many entry points it is a hacker´s dream.

Of course Insurers are still committed. If they weren´t they would be investigated by Justice, IRS, SEC, and who knows how many other regulatory agencies.(Remember all the government agencies that harrassed True the Vote.) Obama said, "We will punish our enemies and reward our friends." That´s what happened to GM and Chrysler dealearships that were forced to close. The owners that donated to the Democrats got to stay open. The ones that didn´t or donated to the Republicans got closed. This is how Fascism (a.k.a. crony capiltalism) works. The progressives/marxists are evolving through socialistic fascism toward full communist socilaism.

Gov. Chris Christie, R-N.J., turned down the opportunity to bash the mainstream media on Friday, when interviewed by Fox News host Megyn Kelly. Kelly pointed out, during a part of the interview aired on Friday, that there was an unprecedented volume of negative media coverage surrounding the bridge controversy in New Jersey. "Has this changed your view of the mainstream media?" she asked. "No, I´ve always had the same view," Christie said, pointing out that anyone can be the "flavor of the month" in the media. "But I´ve always said to my folks in the party, we don´t get anywhere complaining about it either,"

In a way it´s the oddest bit of ObamaCare propaganda we´ve seen so far. "The line started forming at 5 a.m. in front of an enrollment center in Miami," McGuinness boasts. "The final deadline to get covered in 2014 is in just two days, and Americans are literally lining up at grassroots events across the country to make sure they´re covered. Suddenly ObamaCare is a roaring success, happy days are here again and liberals are euphoric, or claim to be. There are more than a few reasons to doubt this new fairy tale, not least the behavior of Senate Democrats running for re-election this year.
