NYT: Obamacare Collapse ´Has
Deeply Embarrassed´ White House

Breitbart´s Big Journalism, by Wynton Hall

Original Article

Posted By:mitzi, 10/15/2013 9:15:03 PM

A New York Times investigative article based on two dozen interviews with industry insiders and confidential Obama Administration documents reveals that the catastrophic $500 million Obamacare rollout "has deeply embarrassed the White House" and has the technology companies involved "publicly distancing themselves" from the Obamacare fiasco. "These are not glitches. The extent of the problems is pretty enormous," an insurance executive who participated in Obamacare conference calls told the Times. "At the end of our calls, people say, ´It´s awful, just awful.´" The Times says those closest to the three-and-a-half year-long building of Obamacare, like embattled Health and Human Services

Comments:
I don´t believe they´re embarrassed. They just don´t care.

Yep, it´s the NYTimes, so of course it´s all about Obama and how he looks. Never mind the hundreds and hundreds of millions that have been thrown away.

It´s like The Wizard of Oz...don´t look behind the curtain. They probably took $499 million of that $500 million and blew it on other stuff, and gave $1K to some IT college kid to set up the website. All smoke & mirrors...all just an illusion of something to help people. I am beginning to think it is all on purpose to bring about single payer.

This presents an opportunity for both sides: Increase the debt ceiling for six months. Delay Obamacare for six months. Adopt a budget in six months.

You didn´t build those thousands of successful sites out there - people who know how to do more than B.S. built them.

Looks what happens when a bunch of overeducated idealogues actually try to compete with real people. It ain´t pretty. They can´t even manage a project they had over 3 years to complete with an almost unlimited supply of other people´s money.

Incompetents! And that´s my nice word for them.

Judas was embarrassed for betraying Jesus. He even returned the 30 pieces of silver - and then he committed suicide. Embarrassment is not (in the slightest) an indicator of repentance.

The NYT is "Deeply Embarrassed" because they are "Deeply Depraved".

You can´t embarrass some people. Just ask Slick and his wife.

This can be fixed. All they have to do is make all health insurance ´guaranteed issue´ and raise the income level for Medicaid. The income levels vary all over the country.

Cut the loses right now and move "forward"

How much of the $600 million plus made its way to Obama´s friends? And is that all that was spent? Full accounting. No other IT company spends that kind of money with so little to show. Especially when they already had some of this done as they were doing similar work in Canada. Code was already written. So what was the money spent on? They´re spinning "embarrassed" to forestall answering tougher queries. I wonder if this company made any Green Energy investments???

One way or another, if he is not opposed, the communist will have his way - single payer (everybody on Medicaid) and equalization of misery for fairness sake... It worked real well in the USSR, comrade.

I throw this against the wall as a devil´s advocate theory. What if Obama did this faulty roll out on purpose. After a few weeks or months the website is fixed and people are at least happier than they were before.

Even though the premiums are still too high the program is working and complaints are down.

Are we being played again or I am I just giving too much credit for Obama being clever?

Obama gave a no bid contract to a Democrat donor so that person´s intelligence was suspect from the get go. The government is not in any way capable of successfully managing a project of this magnitude. Name something that they effectively manage. This is not shocking to anybody but the media and the other liberal sheep who think all the smart people are government employees.

This is always about money. I can´t remember the name of the park, but the Chicago Sun Times did several exposes on it.

When a Illinois State Senator, Obama promised to raise $100,000 for a park (in Englewood?)and he would see that a park was built (for the "people," don cha know?). A guy named Marin, I think, was hired to do the grading, can´t remember the name of the "contractors" who built the gazebo. Land was given to them. The gazebo was so badly done, it was laughable. They were paid $8500 to build it. A friend of ours had put up one -the same or really similar. Less than $2000 from Home Depot.

At one point the "contractors" claimed they had installed irrigation to explain the costs. Sun Times checked, no irrigation anywhere) Tried to blame it on the Marin guy. Sun Times found him. He was paid $3000.

Total? $11,500. Out of the money "raised" directly by Barack Obama. Where did the rest of it go?

It was pretty much the only thing Obama did as a state senator. Abject failure, waste of huge amounts of money. (Sound familiar?)

And where did the money go?

Liberals are never concerned about the consequences of their actions. Obamacare doesn´t work? Destroys 1/6 of our economy and our world-class healthcare? So what. We had good intentions. Next!

Sadly, we have had to suffer for all their "needs to feel good trumping common sense". And, IMHO, the "useful idiots" have become tools for the dark forces more than they will ever know.

As the WWII vets stormed the barrycades in DC and dumped them at the WHouse, we the people under the media tyranny should storm the outlets of the MSM across this nation and dump their remains at the gates of the WH.

Before retirement, I worked for a large engineering com. Our average high-Engineer (excellent and very talented) salary was about $75.00 an hour. Øbamacare specialits could have used 1500 of these types but as software guys 5 days a week for 3 years! Fully paid, $154,000.00 a year! Imagine that work force, that level of talent? And the thing is an unmitigated disaster?! It´s not the software, guys- it´s the baby itself that´s a disaster. Typical liberal unworakable plan with all kinds of unforseen consequinces.

You think? Liberal and radical publications like the Times, Washington Post, and the liberal air heads who work and reside there, should be the ones who are the most embarrassed. They know the people who are at the heart of this administration are incompetent ideologues from top to bottom, and still you support them.

Most of them are continually caught time after time lying their heads off and none of their theology works in the real world. Still you continue to support them against all sensible odds. Has the idea ever crept into your minds, that when their takeover is complete, you will be the first segment of our society they will completely take over.

Of course that would take some foresight, something that liberal publications somehow lack and think won´t happen to them. As far as the White House being embarrassed, nothing bothers evil people.

Your hero FDR thought Stalin was a good Joe too. How did that work out for you, and the millions of dead and repressed people later.

The other day i saw a video clip of Obama campaigning in 2008 in Virginia, where he mentioned that people from CGI Federal were in the house.

This government IT contractor from Canada, that was later fired by Ontario for shoddy health care management software. had a small DC area shop in 2008. They bulked up, hoping to get selected for national health insurance projects, donated heavily to the Obama 2008 campaign,
and somehow got sole sourced for the OCare project.
Computer Science Corporation, a legendary and fine IT firm, that I remember from the 1960s, would have done a great job building the products.

However, had Obama and company allowed for fair bidding, we might have good software.

So, in a perverse way, crony capitalism will be the downfall of Obamacare.

If the Slimes really cared they would be talking about the catastrophic and irreparable harm done to the most vulnerable in the country instead of about embarrassment. Embarrassment can be shrugged off. This incompetent, corrupt, and foolish administration has had plenty of practice. They have huge failures, the media calls it embarrassing, they move on to screw up the next thing. We have been stuck in a collapsing economy for 5 years and it´s all because of BO´s policies, yet the media just claims the occasional embarrassing flub.

This is just the sign up process and after HUNDREDS of MILLLIONS and years of effort it is a colossal failure. If they were building a moon rocket they would be lucky if it made it from DC to Marta´s Vineyard in one piece. Can you imagine the ongoing administration of this mess running any better?

How about anyone that voted for or pushed BOCare receiving NO further medical care paid by the government until they straighten out the mess? The doctor´s guideline of "First, do no harm." would have been something to consider. People are losing work hours, losing coverage of family, seeing policies cancelled or more than doubling in price, seeing deductibles skyrocket, seeing choices of doctors and hospitals severely curtailed, and in general being very uncertain of whether they can receive medical care and if they do whether it will be quality care and what it will cost them. The harm done is enormous.

And we are worried about BO´s "embarrassment"?

Please!

He is an imposter with only a communist indoctrinated brain implant, who brings the ultimate disgrace to the office of the Presidency. His willing artificial presence is the most horrible crime in the history of this great country. He has been a massive distraction to the fawning, unquestioning NYSlimes press and Diane Sawyer TV commie media actors, and now it is time to look behind the curtain for the Wizard of Oz and find the few Jarets and Soros who are secretly guiding their robot puppet and America into Communist Gulag enslavement. Been Through this kind of IT debacle at a couple of companies. When the rollout is this bad at the start the system will never work. The only way to make it work is to start from scratch. It´ll be years in the making.

Fear not, all is going according to plan. Maybe ACORN will go door to door signing people up.

Mitt Romney was not a communist.

He was not a Wannabe Kommie Dicktater.

Mitt Romney said, "We have a moral obligation to not spend more than we take in."

But Mitt Romney just wasn´t good enough for the perfectionists among us.

So we now have O-BomberKommieKare as the sickening fraudulent law of the land.

Enjoy being an AmeriKan Kommunist under this KommieKare plan.
You axed for it.
And now you´ve got it.

(Nothing embarasses a Wannabe Kommie Dicktater. There is no morality.)

They have some other sites in Northern Virginia.

The problem is obvious ~ ObamaKKKare is not a good idea.

Most very large systems, e.g. USPS is a very large system, are built up a piece at a time over very long periods by millions of people.

When USPS was established the headquarters operation was abolished and replaced with a new headquarters operation with new people. It took a good 10 years for the new crew to figure out how to manage and improve an organization that ran on inertia for 10 years!

The basic rules were rewritten three times ~ each time by men and women who were fully experienced in every aspect of the business, had years of time spent in the business, and who were among the top dozen rule writers in Washington DC.

ObamaKKKare´s concept is that you can sweep aside a private sector system, or systems, and replace it with a complex structure ........ overnight and serve 300 million people.

The law and the rules for ObamaKKKare are extensive and complex and DISJOINTED and fail to reflect reality.

This game was doomed at the start.

Wish we had a President from America.

While the horror show involving Brendan Eich, Proposition 8, and Mozilla was reaching its ignominious crescendo, I was in Milan, Italy, speaking before an energized crowd of activists in the Lombardy region’s county hall. Unaware of the witch hunt carried out by McCarthy’s rainbow-brandishing gay great-grandsons in Silicon Valley, a middle-aged man came forward and cried out in Italian, “Is it just me, or is the gay lobby imposing a dictatorship on us with their so-called scientific experts?” The science to which he referred wasn’t JavaScript, but rather psychology and pediatrics. He was referring to homosexual activists’ constant invocation of

The smell of smoke wafted over New York City early Monday after a brush fire broke out in a state forest in central New Jersey, authorities say. The city’s Office of Emergency Management tweeted that people in Staten Island and Brooklyn might smell smoke from a forest fire burning along 30 acres of land in Wharton State Forest, a large preserve northwest of Atlantic City. The forest is about 90 miles south of midtown Manhattan. People who live on the Lower East Side and elsewhere in Manhattan also reported smelling the smoke. The people at Mozilla may yet live to regret their decision in cooperating with the forcing out of Brendan Eich. Apparently the internet giant has been getting a lot of negative reaction to its jettisoning of Eich for his contribution in support of California’s Proposition 8 back in 2008. Whether or not this will actually end up hurting Mozilla, one wonders whether Mozilla even anticipated the possibility. The folks at Mozilla travel in a world in which PC thought dominates, and if you don’t believe me, take Nate Silver’s word for it (and after the 2012 election, I’m inclined to

Just two days later, the group reversed the decision under pressure from evangelical leaders. “The board acknowledged it made a mistake and chose to revert to our longstanding policy requiring sexual abstinence for all single employees and

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats.
