Obama admin. knew about WWII

The White House and the Department of the Interior rejected a request from Rep. Steven Palazzo’s office to have World War II veterans visit the World War II memorial in Washington, the Mississippi Republican told The Daily Caller Tuesday. Palazzo helped the veterans commit an act of civil disobedience against the Park Service Tuesday, when the heroes stormed through barricades around the closed memorial. The veterans were visiting the memorial as part of Honor Flight, a non-profit that provides veterans free transport to the nation’s capital to visit the memorials to the wars they fought in. “We got the heads up

This is a little thing that shows every indication of becoming a BIG THING.

An ICONIC BIG THING that summarizes and captures the essence of a larger, messier conflict.

How wonderful that our OLDEST BRAVEST MEN, True Men from Another Time, with their failing strength in their final years push aside Tyranny that we all see but are too morally weak and frail and indecisive to push aside ourselves.

What other high points are we willing to capture in the name of freedom from Tyranny?

Good. The memorial does not belong to the sniveling politicians and petty bureaucrats, but rather to the men who made the sacrifice. This should go viral.

There are a number of war memorials along the National Mall, World War II, Korean War, and the Vietnam Wall that are outside memorials that are usually open to the public 24/7. In what appears to be a very mean move the Obama crew barricaded those outside memorials so that nobody could go near them. That is what caused the situation today at the World War II memorial that caused the elderly Honor Flight veterans to push aside the barriers to pay their respects at the memorial. By doing that, the Obama crew disrespected the large number of ordinary Americans, especially veterans, who visit those memorials.

This memorial is am open air landscape feature that is usually open 24/7/365. The only facility that might have to be locked is a restroom. Obama and his minions had to spend taxpayer money to set up those barricade, which were meant as an act of political theater. What´s next? Will they put barricades across the various highways that go through national parkland such as U.S. Highway 441 though Smoky Mountain National Park?

They deserve to be called out on all such tawdry stunts.

Problem is the media won´t particularly care and how many Obama voters do you think will even know about this much less care about some old mostly white men who displayed honor, selfless courage, love of country and and sacrifice for others in a war they´ve never been taught about?

The communists have done a great job of turning the overall values of this country into the lowest common denominators i.e. "what´s in it for me" and "you owe me".

I called in and identified myself as a Christian who was very much aware of widespread but hidden anti-Semitism. I gave her examples of the anti-Semitic remarks I had heard from people in all walks of life who assumed I shared their views because

On New Year’s Eve in 2011, software developer Robin Seggelmann was in front of his computer trying to work out some kinks in the security software most of the Internet uses. That’s when he made a mistake, which led to one of the worst bugs ever in the Internet known as “Heartbleed,” a flaw in the security infrastructure (OpenSSL) for a large swath of the Web. Nowadays, it’s unusual for someone to step up and take responsibility, But Seggelmann, a German developer, did just that.

I never wanted to be a pawn in President Obama’s absurd and irresponsible attempt to mandate, regulate and complicate the American health care system. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much of a choice. Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)
