On Sunday, Chris Wallace, the host of Fox News Sunday, said that Republicans in Washington were savaging Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) behind Cruz´s back before Cruz´s appearance on the program to discuss defunding Obamacare. In an appearance on Washington D.C.´s Fox 5 to preview his Sunday show, Wallace said, "I will tell you I have never in my time in Washington seen a party so upset with one of its own members." He said he had been flooded with opposition research on Cruz--from Republicans. Later on Fox News Sunday, Wallace said these "top Republicans" gave

Cruz is not only a threat to the Dems. He´s a bigger threat to the "go along to get along" RINOs.

As to names, would suggest McCain, Graham, Cantor, Paul Ryan, Corker and Rubio, but through their staffs and never directly. These 6 RINOs are too cowardly to confront Cruz directly. Rubio may oppose Obamacare, but he´s more concerned with stopping a presidential rival.

And this is the party that we are supposed to support?
This is why we are in the second term of the regime.
This is why we have 0bamacare, and this is why we have become a third-world country.
It is because the Republican Party only cares about their survival and not the country.
Waiting once again for the usual suspects to come out and defend the indefensible otherwise known as the Republican Elite Establishment. They are despicable.

The Republican Party is also duplicitous in the full frontal governmental attack by the IRS on TEA Party groups, Christians, Jews that support Israel, pro-lifers, people that believe in the sanctity of marriage, border security and people who are concerned with the Muslim Brotherhood infestation of our Government.

Karl Rove, McCain and the rest of the traitors in the RINO Party have teamed up with domestic enemies in the media and the Democrat Party to destroy God loving patriotic Americans.

Cruz was excellent on Fox News Sunday. The surrender Republicans have their nose bent out of shape because, Cruz can lead and articulate what WE want.

The House is a Republican majority. If they don´t go along, it won´t happen - period. It´s time for all Republicans to understand if you vote for it (obamacare), you´re for it.

This is reprehensible. I´d start with Karl Rove. Sarah Palin is calling on Wallace to reveal the names, he probably won´t but who knows? And there´s always a chance they´ll be leaked.

I´m with #11, I´ve had it with the Republican Party. It´s this kind of crap that costs us elections and brought us Obamacare and more awful policies too numerous to mention. MSR (mainstream Republicans) go along to get along. It´s more than obvious that not only are they not willing to fight for conservative principles, they don´t want to in the first place. They´re perfectly happy to pander to us from time to time but are nowhere to be found when it´s crunch time. They´re so condescending and they look on us as backwards hayseeds who should be led around by the nose, not listened to. I´m sick to death of them.

We have some great conservative patriots in the alternative media and they´ve developed sources of their own. They will be digging for these names, let´s support them.

Had the impression in election 2012 that there were many Republicans who were perfectly fine with Obama winning second term - probably voted for him. Just easier, I´d guess. No stress. Just go in, move papers around, go golfing-on-Friday sort of job - great pension - great healthcare - great gym - great dining rooms - what else does one want in a job? No stress.

Lots of Republicans must be benefiting from ObamaCare as well, which is why they´re so soft on the issue. Bet there are a lot of political consultants who also are benefiting from OCare through stocks or something.

That´s why they want to crush Cruz. They know that he does not want to be them, and it´s becoming too obvious.

#2, precisely right. The RINOs are the ones who join with Democrats to defame, defund, and supply the media with lies to spread about conservatives. The ugly underbelly of the GOP is being laid bare for all to see and it´s high time. Cruz was excellent all week, today on FNS and especially with Mark Levin yesterday. God bless him!

The Tea parties and those who back Sarah Palin, or the old guys desperate to hold onto their power jobs? Let Sen Cruz know he is speaking for you, let him feel your presence behind his back.

First, you have to suspect that wily old Chris Wallace is trying to hype his show
and goose his ratings.

Wallace knows that the hottest brand going in the GOP or anywhere else for that matter
is Senator Ted Cruz of Texas...
Cruz left Rubio in his dust a while back.
There isn´t even any point in tryin to revive Rubio at this point... his allies are
Chuck Schumer and McLameBrain.

Cruz and Mike Lee are calling the shots at the moment... even Rand Paul is just
a bystander now, despite his earlier filibuster on drones.

Filibuster... or silly bluster?
We´ll soon find out.
Cruz is top dog at the moment.

Either Cruz is being sabotaged by those jealous ninnies like McCain and Grahamnesty - or Wallace is trying to start,a civil war within Republican Party to support the Obama Cabal.

National Harbor, Maryland -- On Thursday, conservatives were offered a rare treat while attending the CPAC conference at the Gaylord Resort, settled above the Potomac River in National Harbor, Maryland. Mark Levin, a New York Times bestselling author, firebrand conservative radio talk show host, and extraordinary legal scholar, was honored with the inaugural Citizens United Andrew Breitbart Defender of the First Amendment Award. Out of the Republican retreat on Maryland’s Eastern shore comes word that the House leadership is raising the white flag of surrender on immigration. The GOP will agree to halt the deportation of 12 million illegal aliens and sign on to a blanket amnesty. It only asks that the 12 million not be put on a path to citizenship. Sorry, but losers do not dictate terms. Rich Trumka of the AFL-CIO says amnesty is no longer enough. After presenting at the Academy Awards this year, Kim Novak didn’t want to leave her house. The Hitchcock screen siren, 81, was too humiliated to venture from her home near the Rogue River in Oregon. She read the cruel posts and Internet snark about her appearance, and it was just too much. “It got to me like it gets kids and teenagers,” she told the Associated Press. The “Vertigo” actress, considered one of the great beauties in her day, posted a note on her Facebook wall Thursday, acknowledging that she’d gotten fat injections in her face and addressing her halted

President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'

It’s the stuff of Westerns: a showdown on the desert plains, the big bad government against an underdog farmer. Though the story has only grabbed national headlines in the past several days, rancher Cliven Bundy has illegally grazed cattle on the Nevada land surrounding his farm for over 20 years. He hasn’t paid grazing fees since 1993, and refuses to renew the necessary grazing permit.(Snip)Rather than using the avenues and pathways presented to him, Bundy has staunchly declared his own law and allegiances. Unfortunately, reality doesn’t work this way. If only it did—we could rebel for paying stupid taxes, refuse to

A group of seven multiracial Washington and Lee University (W&L) students are demanding the school remove all Confederate flags from campus and "acknowledge" General Robert E. Lee´s "dishonorable side." According to the Roanoke Times, "seven multiracial students, calling themselves ´The Committee,´" have also demanded the school "acknowledge and apologize for participating in chattel slavery." They want recognition of "Martin Luther King Jr. Day on the undergraduate campus" and an end to "neo-Confederates" marching across campus "to the Lee Chapel on Lee-Jackson Day." The students say they will "engage in civil disobedience" if their demands are not met by September 1st. They added: "The

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. The bushy-tailed visitor

GREENSBORO, Ga. — Golf holes the size of pizzas. Soccer balls on the back nine. A mulligan on every hole. These are some of the measures — some would say gimmicks — that golf courses across the country have experimented with to stop people from quitting the game. Golf has always reveled in its standards and rich tradition. But increasingly a victim of its own image and hidebound ways, golf has lost five million players in the last decade, according to the National Golf Foundation, with 20 percent of the existing 25 million golfers apt to quit in the next few years. People under 35 have especially spurned the game, saying it takes too

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

To "honor the dignity and work of immigrants," Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi helps Bishop Marc Andrus wash the feet of two children Thursday at Saint John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in San Francisco. Pelosi also used the occasion to talk about passing HR15 - bipartisan immigration legislation that her office says would "reduce the deficit by nearly $1 trillion, secure our borders, unite our families, protect our workers and provide an earned pathway to citizenship." The Democratic leader´s ceremony coincides with Pope Francis´ similar ceremony in Rome to mark Holy Week.

WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats. Mr. Cruz finds himself standing alone a lot these days. His response to the cold shoulders: "The establishment despised Ronald Reagan" before he became president, "but the people loved him." For the 43-year-old Republican, the Reagan name illuminates his political life´s

Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?
