Obama Wants Your Sexual History
Creators.com, by Betsy McCaughey

Original Article

If you think the Obama health law is only for the uninsured and you won´t be affected, you´re in for a surprise next time you go to the doctor. Be prepared for questions unrelated to why you are seeking medical help — questions that you don´t want to answer. Whether you´re at the dermatologist or the cardiologist, you´ll likely be asked: "Are you sexually active? If so, do you have one partner, multiple partners or same-sex partners?" Doctors are being turned into government agents, where they´re pressured financially to ask questions … and violate their Hippocratic Oath ...

The Hippocratic Oath states "first do no harm". If these questions are personally and psychologically damaging to the patient, then the provider will NEVER ask them. Anyways, patients should just lie about anything the Gov´t asks, unless of course, you get a phone call from Lois Lerner, and then you are obligated to tell the truth, just as she does.

They are also asking about gun ownership. Please tell me why it matters to my pediatrician whether or not we own a gun? Remember that all this medical information is going to be available to most of the U.S. bureaucracy, not to mention the identity thief navigator. It´s a gun registry through your medical information.

Thank goodness for the NRA - They foresaw the reality of these intrusive questions. They were able to get an insert in the law that forbids asking about gun ownership.

According to the article, it is forbidden to ask about gun ownership under a provision written into the health law. (don´t those words, "health law", just send chills up one´s spine?)

You should always answer a question with a question. For instance, So doc, how did you vote in the last two elections ? Do you supply birth control to 12 year olds ?

Is it 2017 yet ?

Doctors are being told to ask questions outside of their field. Recently I went to my macular degeneration doctor´s offrice and in the midst of other questions I was asked whether there was any history of heart trouble in my family. The doctor did not ask. A nurse/technician did.

Easy. Just invent some answers. I want the government to look at my chart and say "Huh?"

How many sexual partners have you had?

Does that include animals?

Are you homosexual?

I fantasize about Lindsay Graham. Does that count?

Do you have sexual thoughts? And how often?

For about ten years I was a sexagenarian. But I grew out of it.

As Syria´s Assad astutely pointed out the other day, Obama runs a social media administration. Like the social media giants, he wants to know everything about you and he wants to link you up to a central database. If it isn´t through the NSA or other bodies, it´s through medical blackmail.

Obama wants to know our most intimate medical conditions, but he won´t even let us know where he was born? Or see his school records?

#18, my doctors (one I was seen by for decades) are all retiring, too. I don´t expect to ever have another good doctor-patient relationship. Good wishes to you for a long, happy future.

I really hope that Karma has it´s way on people who voted for Obama and supported Obamacare. They´re the people that need to pay through the nose for this debacle of a president and his so-called signature achievement. I don´t even know how youcan call a program that will lead to so much displacement of people, that it can be called an achievement.

One of the most blaring problems with Obamacare, nobody even talks about which is an open ended loophole that basically allows these jokers to make things up as they go along. For example if you´re an employer who owns 3 different unrelated businesses and your total workfore between the 3 is over 50 people, its as though they´re all under one roof. How crazy is that. But it´s the way these people will plug holes as people figure their scheme out.

Social Security and medicare have no such loopholes and treat everybody the same.

These "supper parties" in NYC are an interesting development. This could be a creative way to be in the food servng business while ducking the expenses of Obamacare. Not to mention all the other crazy regulations government puts on business.

The liberals are jealous that they aren´t smart enough to succeed in the private sector but instead wants to run them through a bureaucracy.Paying off health inspectors is almost a given in the food business.

There´s a lot of well off liberals who got that way in various shakedown schemes and exploiting misguided government programs..

Government is on a need to know basis at our home and we have decided they don´t need to know anything. So far when we have declined to answer these silly questions and we´ve been told we don´t have to answer. Most doctors and nurses don´t seem to want to ask them either. Usually they apologize. Gives me an opportunity to explain government tyranny. I, no doubt, will be one of the first shipped off to a re-education camp.

And more. Last year, when I went to the doctor for heartburn, I was handed a survey to fill out. The survey was about depression: are you depressed? How long? What makes you depressed? Medications? Etc. I asked if I was required to fill it out and they said no. So, I didn´t.Of course, I wanted to say that Obamacare makes me extremely depressed ,but I refrained.

Saying this is outrageous has become tired about now, given all the other outrages this Administration has wrought on Americans´ lives.

Protests from these privacy advocates are largely ignored. On Jan. 17, HHS announced that if patients want to keep something out of their electronic record, they should pay cash. That´s impractical for most people.

One more reason to defund Obamacare. This isn´t about health care, it´s about totalitarianism. Might as well just put cameras and recording devices in your doctor´s offices with living color film of every examination. Oh, and put the recorders in your bedroom, too. Or pay a fine. That´s next.

I believe the appropriate answer to any intrusive question to me will be "no". I am not going to get upset with my doctor (who I love)for asking a question they are forced to ask. I am simply going to say no to any question, or as another poster suggested, I will say "I can´t recall". After all, I´m 72 and shouldn´t be expected to remember anything! I´ve had several calls from my insurance co wanting to set up a "Health visit". I told them never to call again, that I can handle my health care just fine without their help!

This adds credibility to the Snowdon revelations. The gubmint wants to know everything about the citizens, they will use it for blackmail when they want, the will not keep it secure and any information about the ruling elites ( Obama ) will remain confidential. Nobody will agree to this without intense pressure or being put in a disadvantaged position. This is not equal protection of the law it is tyranny.

A friend of mine went to her rhumatologist on Monday, and was asked to sign the new HIPPA forms. Well, she read it, and to her dismay here is part of what she read:

We may also disclose PHI about you for the following purposes:

• To a governmental agency authorized to oversee the health care system or government programs.

• To the Department of Health and Human Services for the investigation of compliance with HIPAA or to fulfill another
lawful request.

• To federal officials for lawful intelligence, counterintelligence, national security purposes and to protect the president.

• To appropriate military authorities, if you are a member of the armed forces.

She asked he doctor "Are you kidding??" The dr said it was not her doing. My friend did not sign it, and asked her dr to let her have a copy. I draw your attention to #3 which is particularly disturbing...

I am a physician. I recommend if your doctor asks you a question you think crosses the line, lie and find another doctor.

#15...To the question of previous history of heart problems in my family -- yes their hearts quit beating the moment they died.

#50...my reply to the question, have I ever considered adding another woman to our relationship would have been, are you available tonight? That might stop her from asking the question.

I did ask my Doctor about memory loss (can´t remember something right now but will later on, even a day or two later) so he gave me a test. I answered all 32 questions instantly and correctly. He entered that I had no signs of alzheimers or other diminished capacity. So I´m covered there.

My Doctor and I talked and laughed about the possible questions physicians are being told to ask. Thankfully, he has never asked them yet. He did say if they keep cutting the Medicare payments to Doctors he may have to give up his practice as 80% of his patients are on Medicare. Like the rest of us, you can´t survive when you have more going out than you have coming in. He´s not rich but he has been investing his money so that if he does have to give up his practice he can live on the interest of his investments. Now there is a smart man.

To "honor the dignity and work of immigrants," Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi helps Bishop Marc Andrus wash the feet of two children Thursday at Saint John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in San Francisco. Pelosi also used the occasion to talk about passing HR15 - bipartisan immigration legislation that her office says would "reduce the deficit by nearly $1 trillion, secure our borders, unite our families, protect our workers and provide an earned pathway to citizenship." The Democratic leader´s ceremony coincides with Pope Francis´ similar ceremony in Rome to mark Holy Week.

Get Ready for the
Internet Robber Barons

Do you remember the original robber barons? No, they were not the great American industrialists/philanthropists of the late 19th century—men who were unfairly tagged with the moniker. I mean the originals: the German barons of the 13th century who controlled the Rhine River, which was the primary channel of commerce and communications for central Europe. Their castles overlooked the river, and they exacted tribute from every passing ship. The barons ignored customary "just" tolls, charged whatever the commerce would bear, exacted payment "in kind" from cargoes, and exercised power by controlling strategic territory.

WASHINGTON — Republicans are the party of the rich, right? It´s a label that has stuck for decades, and you´re hearing it again as Democrats complain about GOP opposition to raising the minimum wage and extending unemployment benefits. But in Congress, the wealthiest among us are more likely to be represented by a Democrat than a Republican. Of the 10 richest House districts, only two have Republican congressmen. Democrats claim the top six, sprinkled along the East and West coasts. Most are in overwhelmingly Democratic states like New York and California.

The Restore Military Religious Freedom coalition, a group of two dozen like-minded religious liberty organizations, announced Thursday that they are ready to offer assistance to any Air Force Academy cadet who faces repercussions for writing Bible verses on their hallway whiteboards. The Air Force Academy admitted Wednesday that a cadet leader had to remove a Bible verse he had displayed outside his dorm room because it offended non-Christians and could “cause subordinates to doubt the leader’s religious impartiality.” The controversy started when a cadet leader posted a passage of scripture on his whiteboard with a quote from the

COLUMBUS, Ohio - State lawmakers in Ohio withdrew legislation Wednesday that mirrors an Arizona bill that’s come under fire for protecting those who assert their religious beliefs in refusing service to gays. Republican state Rep. Tim Derickson and Democratic state Rep. Bill Patmon issued a joint statement citing concern over the bill’s unintended consequences. “The intent of (our bill) was to ensure Ohioans’ religious freedom by protecting their ability to freely worship and preventing any laws from burdening the free exercise of religion,” their statement said. “However, with the controversy that is occurring in Arizona,

Progressives takes lessons

Many “Downton Abbey” watchers are nostalgia gluttons who grieved when Lord Grantham lost his fortune in Canadian railroad shares. There are, however, a discerning few whose admirable American sensibilities caused them to rejoice at Grantham’s loss: “Now perhaps this amiable but dilettantish toff will get off his duff and get a job.” This drama’s verisimilitude extends to emphasizing that his lordship had a fortune to squander only because he married an American heiress. By battening on what they disdained, this republic’s commercial culture, many British aristocrats could live beyond their inherited means — actual work being, of course, unthinkable.

TOLEDO, Ohio - A group of birding enthusiasts hopes a decision to halt plans for a wind turbine at an Ohio National Guard base will send a message to developers proposing other wind power projects along Lake Erie. Federal officials sent notice this past week that they are pulling back from building the proposed wind turbine just weeks after two organizations threatened to take legal action. The American Bird Conservancy and the Black Swamp Bird Observatory argued that the wind turbine would endanger migrating birds and bald eagles while also violating several federal laws designed to protect those birds.

In a brief to be filed with the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday, 19 Democratic senators are siding with the Obama administration against evangelical Christian businessmen who argue that paying for their employees’ birth control, a requirement under Obamacare, violates their company’s religious freedom. The senators—five of them women—argue in their “friend of the court” brief that the owners of the Oklahoma-based crafts store chain Hobby Lobby are not exempt from the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive mandate simply because some forms of birth control offend their religious beliefs.

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. But we have been relentless in pursuit of this information. Our attorneys file the lawsuits and make our case, and our investigators pour through pages of records and crunch the numbers. President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'
