I´ll help Syria if the U.S. attacks,
says Putin in chilling threat to Obama
as G20 summit breaks up in acrimony

Daily Mail [UK], by James Chapman

Russia last night issued a chilling threat to assist Syria if the US leads military strikes against its hated regime. As a summit of world leaders broke up in acrimony, Vladimir Putin declared openly that he is already supplying arms to Syrian tyrant Bashar Assad and vowed to step up support if a planned missile attack goes ahead. There were gasps as the Russian President made his remarks after being asked how he would react if Barack Obama proceeds with an attack in response to Syria’s used of chemical weapons. ‘Will we help Syria? We will. And we are already helping,

This is an intentional humiliation of America. I cannot believe we´ve come to this.
But, I´d rather take the slap and stay out of Syria, than risk the precious blood of our military defending the fool who brought us to this point. No war for oily politicians.

When we get a President Palin or Cruz...then we´ll talk.

Obama will is now learning what it means when an experienced leader draws a line; we will be the ones who have to pay the price if he decides to cross it. There was no need for this to have ever gotten this far. And let us not forget to thank McCain, Graham, Cantor, and Boehner for encouraging and supporting this embarrassment.

One of the main reasons I voted for Romney was that I found it intolerable to let Obama remain in place as CINC. It is also why I absolutely despise those who stayed home. Putin is a great powers realist. Obama is no match for him and now all that is left to do is pray for those on the front lines for whom Obama has no regard at all.

Apparently, there is in if to it. Putin says he is helping Assad. Meanwhile, our genius, who started saying he wanted to stop Assad has caused Assad to be strengthened by forcing Putin´s hand.
BHO said he had to do something not to be mock or hurt the credibility of the US ... well last I looked pretty much whole world is laughing at him and Putin is definitely mocking him.

This is no longer just embarrassing, it´s getting dangerous. Imagine the following scenario.

Putin decides to further embarrass and taunt Obama. Suppose he sends several squadrons of his top jet fighters to Syria and starts conducting "joint military exercises". He then says they will continue to stay there in support of the rightful government of Syria.

Now what does Obama do? Meekly back off? Possibly. But what if he decides that Putin has shown him up once too often? What if he tries a limited bombing run and the Russian jets get hit or fight back?

This is getting way past embarrassing.

As usual Obama comes down on the wrong side of the team to support. As usual the rebels/al Quada are the bad guys trying to topple a despot that we used to approve of. John Kerry liked him before he disliked him so did Hillary Clinton.
Obama and the US will lose on this one all to save face and in the end Obama still gets to golf while Americans die. This IS the worse president this nation has ever had if he really is a real citizen.

This has degenerated into a contest between too unstable leaders as to which one can whizz the furthest. Yes, Putin may also be crazy. Consider the megalomaniac photo ops even as he took actions that will greatly shrink rather than enhance his nation´s economic prospects and hence its long term military strength.

Be afraid. These people would rather start a war than to lose face because they are cocksure they will be able to control the results. WWI started that way.

Putin has been saying this in one form or another since this farce started. We have been saying the same thing here. Face means a lot to the Russian Bear, or in the least, the appearance of standing their ground. Putin isn´t voting present, he said this at a meeting of world leaders. I bet our President sneered, gave him the secret finger and slinked away. It is embarrassing, but something you expect from the worlds most incompetent leader.

Zippy now finds himself in a self constructed corner and as a result, so do the rest of us. The media still won´t say for certain that Assad was guilty of the gas attack. They are still using iffy words like apparent, alleged and possible. In a day and age of nuclear weapons, your proof of a dastardly deed better be verified and then you had better tread lightly.

This has all come about because of an Administration that is scandal ridden and the need to divert the public´s attention. Stating you are going to war because rebels were apparently gassed isn´t working.

They let people die in Benghazi because it was inconvenient to save them. There is blood on their hands and saying it was a video that caused their deaths was a pure lie. Anyone who believes anything they say or do after that cannot be believed.

Obama must resign or be impeached. The wimp will cause WW3 before he is done through sheer incompetence. Once a Community Organizer, always....

Putin can´t help but smirk because, with Obama, he is dealing with a collection of coffee club generals who have no grasp of reality. Reality is too difficult for these people, so they indulge in slogans and vacuous comments. Talk of "red lines", in their minds, is just something "leaders" say - it is just like their wearing Bush baby-blue ties to show they are important politicians. Pretentiousness has a certain level of acceptance amongst the power elite. However, with the current White House crowd, it has plunged to a highly embarrassing infantile bottom.

Do not look for any seriousness in the actions of the White House. They are simply acting out their hippie-like fantasies and enjoying the high they get from the moment. It is all very personal. It has a trivial motive, but very sad consequences.

We are witnessing the Now generation pursuing life as entertainment and free of responsibility. Keep in mind that the words they embarrassingly use are words they have assembled from various sources, and they are not meant to convey any objective or substantial and genuine meaning. They serve purely as emotional food for themselves and their listeners. Nothing complicated here. We are now living with the consequence of having undeveloped people in positions of great power.

Now that America´s enemies have called Obama´s bluff, knowing they can do as they please and thumb their noses at the Ear Leader with impunity, we can expect more provocative behavior from the likes of Russia, Iran, China, and Islamist groups. As our emboldened enemies push out, our allies will draw away from us after learning that they cannot trust Obama (who possesses no leadership qualities or foresight) to act in America´s or her allies´ interests.

On Obama´s careless--or, probably, deliberately treasonous--watch the world just became a more dangerous place by orders of magnitude. Although it may not happen immediately, America and Israel will pay with their lifeblood. Is there no way to rid ourselves of this blight before January 2017? Whoever´s sitting on the information that would end Obama´s misbegotten political career and send him to prison for treason should make that opportune leak. Besides, if Obama falls, the Democratic Party, which has supported him in nearly all of his nonsense, takes a terrible hit.

We have two highly unstable egos here, circling each other to see who delivers the first kick to the crotch. If you study the photos that come from the various G summits which are the only ones in which I have seen Putin photographed in a group, you will see that he is the smallest in stature of the group. Those macho photos he so loves always depict him as strong and fearless, engaged in brave manly pursuits, but always alone.

Then we have Princess Fairy Pants (T/Y Mark Steyn) who is not the decision-maker in the US. He is the stooge, the front-man, the life-size cardboard lobby card, Pinocchio to Valerie Jarret´s Geppetto.

If Putin is as smart as you all think he is, then he´s too smart to get drawn into what could be a nasty conflagration when he is having far too much fun taunting President Twerkypants (ditto) on the world stage.

The most interesting question is what will happen backstage in the WH when Obama has had all the gobal humiliation and trash-talking he can tolerate and turns on his puppetteer.

It´s quite possible that Obama has spent years dreaming of seeing America humiliated, without ever imagining that it would entail getting HIMSELF humiliated. I think he imagined quite a different situation: America small and humble (as she deserves), with himself sweeping through the world admired and praised. The man who put America in her place! The Saviour who exalted the lowly and put down the mighty from their undeserved heights! Didn´t work out that way. Now he finds that he can´t humiliate America without sharing the shame, and that is not at all to his liking. Narcissists NEVER like to be humiliated, and publicly least of all.

He´s moved a few naval assets from the Black Sea and they were spotted passing through the Dardanel Straits a couple days ago. They weren´t anything that could challenge our navy but we have to worry about a mistake. World leaders must be made to realize that Obama won´t be CIC forever and that we have a long memory.

At least Putin loves his country. And I have been saying the Russians don´t have 100,000 troops on the ground in Syria for nothing. The attack on Benghazi was by Putin´s direct design to get at Obama for supplying weapons to Al Qaeda in Syria. Barry is such a joke, and Putin could hold his own against a Navy Seal.
We have a Hussein in the WH. God help us.

I think that Obozo will sell out in a New York minute if and when any Russian aircraft or naval ship should fire on any American military asset. That would be in keeping with the type of person Obozo is. He has NO courage. It´s impossible for him to stand up and fight back when necessary. And right now, Putin is just pulling his chain to see how far he can go before Obozo cracks up. And he´s doing so in order for the rest of the world to see. And then he will step in and "prove" to the world that Russia is the real power in the world, not the US. After all, when Regan won the cold war, it humiliated Russia and since Putin is a former KGB man, he´s never forgotten. In his world, it´s pay back time.

" President Obama insisted military action was right even if the public was largely against it,
saying US intervention in the Second World War had also been opposed by a majority."

It´s not just the public, but, US military leaders
and those that will have to do the fighting and
dying that are against Obama´s war.
If Obama went off teleprompter and said that
he wanted to nuke China ,
would Boehner and Cantor and McCain and Graham rush to his defense ?
Apparently, yes, they would .
Boehner and Cantor look like fools, joining McCain and Graham as Obama´s clown posse.
Putin is not going to be bullied by Barry and his threat to aid Syria
is a true shot across Barry´s bow.
As if all the Russian warships in the Mediterranean weren´t clue enough.
Barry clearly does not understand what the phrase
" shot across the bow " means and
it´s very possible, he didn´t understand what a red line was.
Can we trade Barry to Russia for Putin ?
At least we would have an adult in charge.

Qatar is financing the rebels. ($3 billion so far) . They want to run a gas pipeline through Syria, which would devastate Russia´s european natural gas business. Assad won´t do it. Qatar partnered with the Saudi´s who have the power to call for a jihad.. Obama was offered a huge reward for military services rendered with American lives and taxpayer money to get the job done. McCain, Graham, and the usual democrats have a piece of the action. I would think that at this moment, Obama is trying to bribe enough congressmen to get approval. Meanwhile the crazy islamics think they´re fighting a Jihad. I hope Patreus got paid in advance.

He constantly lies about Conservatives, Republicans, or anyone that disagrees with him. Why should we believe anything he says about Syria? We don´t. He´s put together a regime of corrupt liars. He lies constantly to the American people. How do we know which liar is telling the truth? No one in this Obama regime. We can´t believe anything coming from the corrupt mainstream media either. They´re the ones who phonied up the Trayvon Martin trial for weeks on end under Obama´s bidding. Though the video is light-hearted; the issue is a serious one. Globally, India has the largest number of people, more than 620 million, still defecating in the open.
