After delivering a statement on Syria this afternoon, Barack Obama jumped in the presidential limo and hit the links. Via an NBC reporter: From the pool: Obama and Biden are now playing golf. — Carrie Dann (@CarrieNBCNews) August 31, 2013 UPDATE: Via the pool report: "Potus arrived at fort belvoir at 3pm to pay golf with VP Biden, Marvin Nicholson and Walter Nicholson."

That´s the entire article.

That´s enough.

After that hard hitting speech, he needed a fix. Sorry folks, but I can no longer attempt to rationalize IRrational behavior.
Although enablers do it all the time.

Once again voting present...no leadership...pass the decision off to someone else. What does he think the office of president is...a full time golf outing?

One more time...
military golf courses do not come out of tax money. The troops pay for those golf courses.
And when the president plays golf on a golf course, it is depriving the troops, on a long weekend, from enjoying what they paid for.
He is without shame.

What´s even crazier is Obama had another stall tactic in place anyway. Imagine how absurd it is to wait 2 weeks for the lab results to come back to confirm a gas attack. They´ve already said they´re certain Assad did it and gas was used..

Now Obama has left this threat open ended so he can keep playing golf until it gets too cold.

Can you imagine if during the Cuban Missile Crisis Kennedy goes sailing after making his announcement that nukes were found in Cuba? These so-called Syrian WMDs can cause the same death rate if used en mass, so they qualify, according to Øbama, as a "serious threat to vital American interests"- but, now that his little Rose Garden speech is "mission accomplished" he goes golfing???!!! Is he that stupid as to not realize the message that careless, off the cuff behavior sends world wide and here at home?

Don´t answer- Yes! He really is that stupid.

I bet Putin is coming apart he is laughing so hard. No one will ever take Øbama seriously again.

One way to get him to qit golfing is to find out his pathetic scores and reort them. Better yet would be to get a video of him on a couple holes.

The teens responsible for the mob violence in downtown Louisville last month were members of a gang of middle-school students, according to an FBI memo distributed to law enforcement agencies. The memo, which the FBI says was based on "unverified intelligence," says that the gang — "Young ´N Off That," or YNO, was organized last summer at Frost Middle School but spread to other schools, and that its members are "armed in a major way." The FBI memo also says there have been "rumblings" about the gang showing up in large numbers May 1 at the Kentucky Derby Festival Pegasus Parade. Louisville

An eye-catching A.P. story, published Thursday, revealed that, in 2010, the United States Agency for International Development (U.S.A.I.D.) covertly deployed a social-media program in Cuba in the hope of bringing about a Cuban Spring. The network, called ZunZuneo, was offered to Cubans via the country’s mobile-phone network as a free text service, and attracted forty thousand subscribers before mysteriously ending operations in 2012. The contractors who ran the program are said to have concealed its U.S.-government origins via an offshore system of front companies and foreign servers, and to have collected data on subscribers’ “political tendencies” and “receptiveness,” among other

Recently elected Democratic Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe is warning that global warming could raise sea levels high enough to flood the Hampton Roads region, home to the world´s largest naval base, without immediate and “smart decisions.” Addressing an environmental summit this week at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., McAuliffe embraced climate change, blamed humans for causing it, and said action is needed now to protect Virginia´s coast from rising ocean levels that will result from global warming. “The first big decision of course is to accept that climate change is real,” he told the group. “I happen to believe in

Solar power has won the global argument. Photovoltaic energy is already so cheap that it competes with oil, diesel and liquefied natural gas in much of Asia without subsidies. Roughly 29pc of electricity capacity added in America last year came from solar, rising to 100pc even in Massachusetts and Vermont.[Snip] The technology is improving so fast--helped by the US military--that it has achieved a virtous circle. Michael Parker and Flora Chang, at Sanford Bernstein, say we entering a new order of "global energy deflation" that must ineluctably erode the viability of oil, gas and the fossil fuel nexus over time.

Mr. Camp´s letter takes a step back to remind us why this matters, even as it provides compelling new information that goes to motive and method—and clarifies some of

STAMFORD, Conn. — Jeb Bush defended his controversial comments about immigration reform, insisting they were nothing new for him and urging “sensitivity to the immigrant experience.” At a Connecticut Republican party dinner Thursday night, the former Republican governor of Florida did not repeat his remarks from last weekend at his father’s presidential library, when he said that people who come to the United States illegally in search of a better life for their children “broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s an act of love.” This time the potential 2016 candidate put it differently. “To be young and
