Alaskans Prefer Hillary Clinton
Over Sarah Palin, Poll Finds

USA News, by Steven Nelson

Original Article

Posted By:MissMolly, 8/6/2013 6:16:08 PM

A poll released Friday by Public Policy Polling found that Alaska voters would pick former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over the state´s former Republican governor, Sarah Palin, if the two women were to face off in the 2016 presidential election. Clinton led with 49 percent in the hypothetical match-up, with Palin at 40 percent, a nine-point gap. As of July 3, Republicans comprised 27 percent of the state´s registered voters and Democrats made up just 14 percent. The last time Alaskans opted for the Democrats´ presidential candidate was in 1964. Clinton trails five other hypothetical GOP candidates –

Comments:
But almost all of the real potential GOP candidates beat Clinton. Obviously Palin isn´t preparing for a presidential race.

And the Social Godless Humanist Progressive/Liberal R.I.N.O. PDS sufferers agree with this bogus Poll. They can´t wait to cast their Votes for Shillary P.I.A.P.S. in 2016 because she most closely represents everything they believe in Socially, Fiscally and Ideologically. They got their way with the G.O.P. Presidential candidate in 2012 while excoriating anyone who disagreed. Nearly a 1,000,000 More Republican voter showed up in 2012 than 2008 and Still they Lost!!

President Barack Obama is attempting to lower the rate of “births” — and separately, pregnancies — among blacks and Latinos. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lists reducing “births” as one of the top goals of Obama’s “Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative.” The language on the CDC’s website makes clear that the program seeks to reduce the rate of both pregnancies and “births” among minorities. Specifically, the CDC says the “purpose of this program is to demonstrate the effectiveness of innovative, multicomponent, communitywide initiatives in reducing rates of teen pregnancy and births in communities with the highest rates, with a focus on reaching

Tax day is here—and some people will pay more this year because of Obamacare. The law´s biggest tax provision—billions of dollars in tax credits to help people cover the cost of their premiums—is already in effect, but doesn´t affect the taxes due on Tuesday. A handful of smaller provisions, mostly affecting wealthy households, will show up for the first time in this year´s filing. Among this year´s changes: a 0.9 percent increase in Medicare taxes and a 3.8 percent surtax on investment income. Both are limited to high-income taxpayers, and both took effect for the first time in the tax season that

The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

Toddlers show racial bias when picking playmates, a study reveals. They also take account of how fairly others behave. Researchers tested the reaction of white 15-month-olds as toys were distributed. Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports.
