Dems urge Americans to ´chip
in´ for Obama´s birthday present

Washington Examiner, by Paul Bedard

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 7/31/2013 7:14:09 PM

"THANKS -- WANT TO CHIP IN FOR A GIFT?" That´s the message the Democratic Party is delivering to supporters as President Obama´s 52th birthday on August 4 nears. "Thanks for signing President Obama´s birthday card. What would be a better gift than electing more Democrats? It will take resources to win back the House and keep the Senate," reads the DNC email. "In honor of President Obama´s 52nd birthday, donate to help elect more Democrats." The email opens with a cute picture of Bo the first dog and an email line reading: "Help Bo."

Comments:
The last thing I would want to do is give this despicable fool a birthday president. Who would ever want to celebrate someone who is the chief destroyer of our country.

If I had a load of manure I wouldn´t even donate that--I´d sell it and give the money to a needy family. Some middle classers passing me on their way down?

But since I don´t have a buffalo, I could gather one of my neighbor´s "dog chips."

Can we send chips through the mail?

Yes America lets all send a dozen golf balls to the White House on his big birthday. Even one golf ball would do. Imagine the news reports of over 1 million golf balls getting delivered to The Putter in Chief on his big day!!!! This idea could grow legs. I will send one in if any body out there will too.

Latest Syrian Chemical Attack Shows

In the late summer of 2013, a series of videos began to surface on the internet which showed the bloody Syrian civil war had taken a turn toward the unspeakable. The videos revealed images of young men foaming at the mouth; the bodies of children, contorted and discolored; the floors of makeshift hospitals covered with bodies of civilians that died of an apparent chemical weapons attack. In the days that followed, American officials and independent observers confirmed that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had committed a flagrant violation of international norms and used Sarin gas against civilian targets. Washington - Michelle Obama said "splurging is the key to life" if you regularly eat right and stay active. Her biggest guilty pleasure: French fries. "How would you appreciate vegetables if you never had chocolate?" she asked. "You couldn´t live without a little chocolate, a little French fries." The first lady took questions from children reporters Monday after appearing at the White House Easter Egg Roll. She told the children that if they eat right the majority of the time, then a splurge or snack is not going to hurt them. "I still splurge when I can, but that's why I try to exercise almost every day," she said.

When it comes to immigration, many Republican members of the House have long distrusted their leader, Speaker John Boehner. Now, things have gotten even worse. Boehner has assured members who oppose comprehensive immigration reform that nothing will be done on the issue until the Obama administration "can be trusted to enforce our laws." Given the average GOP Congressman´s view of Barack Obama, that means "never." That´s certainly how many members interpreted the speaker´s words. Sign Up for the Byron York newsletter! California is proposing to ban members of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) from serving as judges because the Boy Scouts do not allow gay troop leaders, The Daily Caller has learned. In a move with major legal implications, The California Supreme Court Advisory Committee on The Code of Judicial Ethics has proposed to classify the Boy Scouts as practicing “invidious discrimination” against gays, which would end the group’s exemption to anti-discriminatory ethics rules and would prohibit judges from being affiliated with the group. “The Committee’s invitation ignores the fact that the change also encompasses other youth organizations whose

Attkisson has repeatedly argued that while CBS didn’t really get in her way when it came to covering issues critical of George W. Members of the intelligence community are now forbidden from unapproved contact with reporters, according to a memo issued last month by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The March directive, obtained by the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) Project on Government Secrecy, says members of the intelligence community “must obtain authorization for contacts with the media” regarding intelligence matters. While the directive refers to intelligence matters, it makes no distinction between classified or unclassified information. The memo forbids unauthorized “contact with the media about intelligence-related information, including intelligence sources, methods, activities, and judgments (hereafter, ‘covered matters’).”

There is nothing like it in the democracies of Europe, which came into being with nations already carved up into private fiefdoms.
