A petition to the US administration to declare the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist group has gathered 120,000 signatures as of 5pm on Tuesday. The petition was created on 7 July and gathered more than a hundred thousand signatures in less than a month. The petition, offered by We the People portal on the White House website stated that the Brotherhood had a long history of violence and terrorism against its opponents. It also accused the Brotherhood of having direct ties with terrorist groups such as Hamas.

Nice try, but they might as well ask this administration to acknowledge that they got caught lying about Benghazi.....ain´t gonna happen.

Texas Republican lawmaker Tim Huelskamp took MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow to task during a post-State of the Union interview on Benghazi secrecy, noting that if Maddow “would stop being a cheerleader and be a journalist, you’d recognize we’re not getting those answers.” Huelskamp spoke with Maddow about an hour after President Barack Obama wrapped up his State of the Union address Tuesday night, with the MSNBC reporter taking the congressman to task for anti-Obama tweets she deemed offensive and inaccurate. She zeroed in on one tweet, suggesting that President Obama was deliberately ignoring the ongoing Benghazi

Long before John Kerry was jetting around the world trying to bring peace to the Middle East, before he ran for president, even before he was in the U.S. Senate, he held a much different job: owner/head cookie chef at a gourmet shop. Yes, you read that right. Telling the story Wednesday at a State Department awards ceremony, Kerry said that when he was a lawyer in Boston, “I walked out of a restaurant one night with a friend of mine, probably having had too much of a good bottle of wine, and looked out and saw an empty space in Faneuil Hall marketplace. And desperately craving a good chocolate chip cookie at that hour of night,

State representatives voted 71-22 in favor of the bill Tuesday. The bill would require residents who receive money from Temporary Assistance for Needy Families to take a questionnaire screening for substance abuse and possibly face drug testing. The bill also would restrict what can be bought through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known as food stamps. Recipients only would be able to purchase foods deemed “nutritional” by the state, which state Rep. Jud McMillin of Brookville

Trump has met with Republican leaders and has pledged to spend tens of millions of dollars on a potential campaign, the same kind of motions he´s made once before for governor and several times for president over the years without ever actually jumping in. Moody´s rating agency has lowered the outlook for health insurers from stable to negative, blaming ObamaCare. Few Americans will shed tears for insurance companies. But the Moody´s announcement is a warning sign to taxpayers. They´ll be getting clobbered. Section 1342 of the Affordable Care Act forces taxpayers to make insurers whole for most of the losses incurred selling ObamaCare exchange plans through 2016. The bailout is designed to conceal the failure of the president´s signature health law until he is out of office. No one in the Obama administration talked up the advantages of bailing out insurers. In November, the U.S. Postal Service reported it had a $5 billion loss for Fiscal Year 2013, its seventh consecutive year with loss. At the time, Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe blamed Congress for the loss, citing an “inflexible business model.” “We’ve achieved some excellent results for the year in terms of innovations, revenue gains, and cost reductions, but without major legislative changes we cannot overcome the limitations of our inflexible business model,” Donahoe said. “Congress is moving forward with legislation that has the potential to give us greater flexibility and put us back on a firm financial footing

World peace? No problem for Tim Tebow. Turns out the Patriots did themselves and Tebow a huge favor by releasing him from his contract before the season. Tebow has cashed in on his #NoContract status with a pair of 30-second commercials for T-Mobile set to air during the Super Bowl. If this one is any indication, the rest of the field will be fighting for second place in the "Best in Show" category. The ad is both creative, funny and incredibly well-produced. Enjoy this slice of Super Bowl ad heaven and God bless.
