HUD Launches Scheme To
Racially Diversify Suburbs

Investor´s Business Daily, by Editorial

Original Article

Posted By:Desert Fox, 7/22/2013 7:31:58 PM

Diversity: Now even ZIP codes are racist, and according to this race-obsessed administration, you´re racist for living in a suburban area with little public housing. And it plans to change that. In what may be the most ambitious social-engineering project undertaken by the federal government, the administration is mapping every neighborhood in America by race. The stated purpose is to use the data to compel local officials to loosen zoning laws and build more public housing, thereby offering more poor inner-city minorities better opportunities for housing and education. But the unstated purpose is forced racial integration.

Obviously HUD has more employees than they need, if this is the type of scheme they come up with to justify their jobs. Maybe it´s time to start getting rid of some of them.

Coming to your neighborhood, now that there are tons of foreclosed houses just sitting there waiting for some of the obamboozler´s minions to occupy, thereby getting them "further up the ladder who´s rungs were too far apart for them in the past". Usually cuz they made no effort to get to the next higher rung by getting an education or a real job.

Hasn´t most of the "public housing" built in the 1960´s been demolished and/or otherwise abandoned?

So - - let´s come up with a slogan for this latest program - - Bricks Today, Wrecking Ball Tomorrow.

New Hampshire with 1.4% black and 3 % Hispanic must he a huge magnet for this program. Forget the cold hard winters, the hard to access welfare, and the typical New England skepticism of those who are not "from here."

Never mind that recent highly publicized crimes were committed by transplants from our neighbor Massachusetts. Ignore the fact that we have one of the lowest violent crime rates. We know that our Federal Government has our best interests at heart. (sarcasm off)

Coming to your ZIP code soon. I received my letter today.

Dear Resident,
You or your neighbor has the wrong skin color. One of you must move so that America can become a happier nation.

And shouldn´t we all want that?

Each of us at HUD hopes you will discuss this matter with your neighbor in a friendly manner and decide which of you will leave.

If not, HUD will make the decision. To ensure a fair outcome we will randomize the decision.

A special coin is being developed at Corzine Enterprises* for the randomization.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Note word "compel" local officials, meaning eliminate local zoning laws to allow low income housing within suburban, mostly single family neighborhoods. Obama intends to transform the US into Zimbabwe, with all rules, regulations and ordinances based on preferential treatment for poor blacks.

Moving poor blacks into middle to upper income, predominately white districts has been a long term dream of Democrats because it weakens traditional GOP power. If you can´t beat them, dilute them.

I am not going to move either way for another hair brain social experiment by an out of control government. It´s bad enough having TSA feeling your junk and making ladies undress so they can get their jolly´s at your expense, that they don´t get at home.

The country is broke, where are they going to get the billions of dollars to institute this liberal dream?

You can´t just bust up black communities and move ghetto dwellers into foreclosed single family housing in the suburbs, as most of those foreclosed homes are starting to fall apart and they would have to be brought up to code and maintained thereafter, the government does not have the money to maintain hundreds of thousands or even millions of single family homes, anyway about half the country today is classified as being minority. Additionally they want to either legalize or bring into the country 46 million mostly poor and uneducated foreign workers and their foreign family members in the next ten years, just about all will be classified as being minorities, and after a certain time would also be eligible for public housing?

Just darned ~ this neighborhood is a WarshDC suburb and we have people from 35 nations, many of them ´refugees´ who did military work for us ~ from privates to generals. One young man was born as the boat his mother was in sank in the South China Sea at the end of the Nam. He was saved by the Malaysian navy.

All the major world religions are represented. This evening the air outside smells like a fine Persian kebab place ~ it´s Ramadan folks. The ladies are walking the sidewalks in their finest outfits waiting for dinner ~

We do Buddha´s birthday hereabouts too.

So, we got folks on this thread who want to join HUD in making us more diverse?

Bwahahahaha!!!! What they gonna´ do? Overrun the place with Americans and Candians or something.

Have to think about this and how it would work. If a certain race is say 12% of the population then they would place them so that they represent 12% in every city, town, etc. Might help thin out the gang culture.

" channeling investments into under-served areas "

OK.... that means money. This is more than gifting all the bank owned homes to welfare recipients. This is identifying funds by neighborhood & redistributing local tax $$ to meet Nat´l needs.

They say it´s to afford middle class opportunities to all... but shifting local tax $$ to outside those areas... will eliminate the middle class.... which is the ultimate goal.

It´s called "redistribution." Let me get this straight. We were married; rented an apartment; worked our tails off and saved; bought a townhouse; lived in it and improved it; sold it and bought our first home; worked and saved and sold the little house and bought our family home. That´s how we did it. But, we didn´t stop there. We continued to work and save and pay for all of our children to attend college and graduate school. No government subsidies!

Now, we are going to be required to "redistribute" our gains to those people who have not yet worked to improve their status, but are "entitled" to live in areas they want to. They are "entitled" to live the good life, even though they have not earned it.

I have no problem, zero problem, with ANYONE living next door to me, if they have worked to earn their own way. But, to take my tax money and to give it out as charity to people of any color or ethnicity, to jump 6 steps up the ladder for free, is a problem.

Also, doesn´t this discriminate against white, poor people, who may also "choose" to live in an expensive neighborhood, but do not have the savings and income to support that lifestyle?

So how is race to be decided? By what a person claims or by DNA tests? End this farce by claiming "other" or "Mixed" on forms. make them specify what criteria is for racial designation. In pioneer times or early America it was the father´s race. Can you be adopted into a race as the Native American tribes allow? Can we all be as Elizabeth Warren? My ancestors have been here since 1600´s and it takes but one drop of Cherokee blood to be one.

How thick must ones blood be or will they take out a fanfold of color swatches to divide us up? I want to be Affirmative Action racially benefitted.

What about the guanteed right to association? Fell off the cliff along with our other assumed and traditional rights that have been protected by tradition until now. If the OZman doesn´t voluntarily leave is their a precedent for tossing him out?

and just how will these people get to work if they live 20-50 miles from their jobs and do not own cars? Most people living in the suburbs get everywhere using their vehicles.
Is this another unintended consequence of our esteemed Socialist, I mean Democratic, party. Folks I know in the suburbs, including relatives and friends, require their own transportation to get basically anywhere, including work, shopping, medical care ,etc. A heck of a lot more than just relocating folks to public housing outside the inner cities is required. Lastly, it will lower the value of the current housing
tremendously to have a public housing project built in the neighborhood. Welcome to Obamaville.

Just ahead of a possible Hillary run for the presidency, the Clinton Library released a new load of documents from President Bill Clinton’s years in the White House. One of those documents attempts to explain Hillary´s "vast right-wing conspiracy" claim in which the Clinton administration accused Republican staffers of colluding with "extremists" on the Internet to hurt the Clintons. On January 27, 1998, Hillary Clinton appeared on NBC´s Today Show. As the nation awaits Hillary Clinton´s decision of whether or not she will run for president in 2016, a cache of 7,500 pages of newly released documents from Bill Clinton´s years in the White House show some familiar political themes. One revelation is that Bill Clinton worried that a massive new healthcare scheme would cause Americans to lose their insurance. In 1993, the President allowed his wife, first lady Hillary Clinton, to become the face of an Obamacare-like takeover of the nation´s healthcare system. The plan was sarcastically dubbed Hillarycare. But as these internal documents show, in what is now a

Political debate in America last week revolved around whether or not Jeb Bush, Florida´s former governor who is son or brother to two former US presidents – both named George – would jump into the 2016 battle for the Republican presidential nomination. For a nation that fought a war for independence from the hereditary power of the British Crown, in the person of another fellow named George, the concept of nominating a third Bush to run for the White House against a second Clinton (the former

Kate Humble: We don´t value food

"I´m over here!" shouts Kate Humble, and she of Springwatch and Lambing Live gambols towards me, closing the gate on a field of anxious goats and their Disney-cute babies. She´s carrying a bucket. "I was just about to muck out," she announces, and I´m reminded this is a working farm in the Wye Valley and in no way a TV set. The photographer has already done his work and gone. Apparently Humble had no idea he was coming. It is hard to think of another TV person on the planet for whom an impromptu photoshoot while wearing a well-loved fleece and

Alert shoppers are accustomed to watching food prices go up and down. But a string of forces—from droughts to diseases—is raising the cost of a trip to the grocery store at a rapid clip. And it looks like it will be a while before the price pressure eases. Some of that pressure is coming from California—the source of roughly half the nation´s fruits and vegetables—where a long-running drought is forcing farmers and ranchers to cut production. After the driest year on record, large sections of farmland are expected to lay fallow this year as the Golden State copes with an ongoing water

Sen. Dean Heller (R-Nev.) on Friday called for a Senate hearing into the dispute between Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) over cattle grazing. Heller described as "patriots" the people who came armed to Bundy’s ranch after the BLM began to seize his cattle for refusing to pay grazing fees and fines that now total more than $1 million. Heller debated the ranch standoff on a Nevada television station with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), who has called the armed Bundy supporters “domestic terrorists.” "What senator Reid may call domestic terrorists, I call patriots," Heller said.

If expanding the guest list to include Michelle Obama at graduation for high school students in the Kansas capital city means fewer seats for friends and family, some students and their parents would prefer the first lady not attend. A furor over what the Topeka school district considers an honor has erupted after plans were announced for Obama to address a combined graduation ceremony for five area high schools next month an 8,000-seat arena. For some, it was the prospect of a tight limit on the number of seats allotted to each graduate. For others, it was the notion that Obama´s speech,

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. The bushy-tailed visitor

For Hillary Clinton, having her own baby grandchild to kiss on the campaign trail, could be one of the biggest boosts to her possible presidential election campaign. Although the former Secretary of State and First Lady has not said if she will run in 2016, the arrival of her first grandchild will soften her image, analysts have said. While Chelsea only revealed her pregnancy on Thursday, supporters of her mother have already started cooing over a possible baby in the White House. With the Clintons having a near-royal status in the U.S., the announcement of a new arrival due this fall has sent

GREENSBORO, Ga. — Golf holes the size of pizzas. Soccer balls on the back nine. A mulligan on every hole. These are some of the measures — some would say gimmicks — that golf courses across the country have experimented with to stop people from quitting the game. Golf has always reveled in its standards and rich tradition. But increasingly a victim of its own image and hidebound ways, golf has lost five million players in the last decade, according to the National Golf Foundation, with 20 percent of the existing 25 million golfers apt to quit in the next few years. People under 35 have especially spurned the game, saying it takes too

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

That was quite a victory dance President Obama did Thursday while claiming Obamacare is “working” because eight million people have now supposedly signed up for the health care program. He even indulged in some less-than-subtle mockery of Republicans - and by extension the majority of Americans who have disapproved of Obamacare since before it became law. "The repeal debate is and should be over,” Obama said, taking a dig at Republicans who are “going through, you know, the stages of grief … anger and denial and all that stuff …” But a president who is viewed by most Americans as less

WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats. Mr. Cruz finds himself standing alone a lot these days. His response to the cold shoulders: "The establishment despised Ronald Reagan" before he became president, "but the people loved him." For the 43-year-old Republican, the Reagan name illuminates his political life´s

Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?

In a speech earlier this week, Lisa O. Monaco, President Barack Obama’s assistant for homeland security and counterterrorism, insisted that American parents must be vigilant because their “confrontational” children could be on the verge of becoming terrorists. Monaco’s full, prepared text is available here. She presented the speech, entitled “Countering Violent Extremism and the Power of Community,” at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government on April 15. Monaco began her remarks by eloquently describing the lives tragically lost last year during the Boston Marathon bombings. Interestingly, the Harvard grad failed to mention the religion or the motive of brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter — who used her talk show platform in the last presidential election cycle to campaign hard for former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney — has taken up the mantra once again, calling on Republicans to give the failed White House bidder another shot in 2016. She made the suggestion during a discussion on Sean Hannity’s radio show while speaking of her new book, “Never Trust a Liberal Over 3-Especially a Republican.” Ms. Coulter also addressed the question of Mr. Romney’s shortcomings by saying that his 2012 loss wasn’t entirely his fault. “I think too much blame, not only in this

Prominent Washington correspondents are accusing President Obama and his aides of knowingly stretching the truth on issues like the so-called women´s pay gap just to create controversy and keep issues -- and the president -- relevant. Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus kicked off the attack last week when she blasted as “demagoguery” the administration´s tactics during the pay gap debate. “The level of hyperbole -- actually, of demagoguery -- that Democrats have engaged in here is revolting,” she wrote. CBS White House Correspondent Major Garrett then weighed in this week in his National Journal
