Gore: ‘Energy Release’ Equal
to ‘400,000 Hiroshima Atomic
Bombs Going Off´ Every Day

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 6/24/2013 7:20:46 PM

In a Google “Hangout” aired online on June 13, former Vice President and global warming activist Al Gore said “carbon polluters” are expelling enough “extra energy” to equal almost a half million atomic bombs going off every day. “The total amount of man-made global warming pollution surrounding the planet and the atmosphere today now traps enough extra energy every 24 hours to equal the energy release by 400,000 Hiroshima atomic bombs going off every single day,” Gore said. “Collectively, we put 90 million tons of global warming pollution into the atmosphere every 24 hours,” Gore explained.

Oh good grief. Even for this moron that is beyond belief that he would say such an outrageous thing. How soon will it be before the brilliant 0bama makes this comparison. s/o If a conservative said something as jaw dropping they would be ridiculed for days.

These nimrods are afraid of being left in the dust by capitalism - because capitalism takes their power away. Gore is giving away their game plan. Even if we go 100% renewable energy, they will then go after "heat pollution". Stand against this now or it will only get worse.

The only reason this clown doesn´t go preach this mumbo-jumbo junk science in countries like China and Russia, where the pollution levels are thousands of times higher, is because they wouldn´t let this disingenuous charlitan anywhere near their piggy banks! Q. Mr. Gore, have you given up your trips back and forth on jets to make speeches all over the world in person?
A. No.
Q. Mr. Gore, do you still own two or three MacMansions which use lots of electricity?
A. Yes, of course.
Q. Mr. Gore, will you promise to give up all things which use gas and oil.
A. No.
Conclusion. Then we won´t either and we don´t believe a word you say.

Al Gore went bat ass crazy when his congregation of third generation Joe Kennedy-style fixers couldn´t manage to steal the 2000 election, even though they were given thirty-six days to turn it around. They tried. His sanity died.

The Ultra-Greens of whom Gore is the most prominent public figure will soon be worldwide pariahs when the kindergarteners, grammar schoolers, secondary schoolers, and university students realize that they´ve been fed a diet of pseudo-scientific bad science (B.S.) designed to prop up a class of vultures who have grown extremely rich riding this fiction to the bank. When the illusion finally pops, and it will, the illusion meisters will learn that the world is an exceedingly cramped place in which the likes of Gore and his political and business allies can struggle to hide. If ever....

So please, if we can stop even one of those 400,000 Hiroshima bombs from going off, it will be worth it. Give what you can to Al Gore, change is nice but he would really prefer the kind of money that folds.

The carbon in fossil fuels was captured by plants eons ago through a process known as photosynthesis. It is the basis for most life on Earth.

Hundreds of millions of years ago, when the original plants were submerged and eventually buried by geological processes, that carbon existed in the atmosphere. Concentrations were 10 to 15 times higher than today, yet the Earth did not turn into Venus.

Humanity is slowly recycling some of that fossilised carbon back into the atmosphere. On all counts, that is a good thing. Agriculture gets a boost, because plants love CO2. and maybe, just maybe, we stall the next ice age.

Heading off a lawsuit over compliance with a federal voting rights law, California officials have agreed to help millions of state residents register to vote. Under a deal announced Monday by several voting-rights groups, the state will send voter registration cards to nearly 3.8 million Californians who have applied for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. The move will ensure that many residents can complete or update their registration in time for the June 3 primary election, representatives of the groups said, and bring the state into compliance with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. Professional Janitorial Service (PJS), the largest non-union janitorial company in Houston, and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) haven’t gotten along for seven years. But, as is often the case with Carter, he drew more interest for comments he made about Israel and its supporters. When asked on NBC’s Meet the Press yesterday by Andrea Mitchell why it was that Barack Obama never called upon him for advice, he made it clear that the Jewish state was the reason he has been treated like a pariah: I—that’s a hard question– for me to answer—you know, with complete candor. I think the problem was that– that in dealing

Media Matters, the website of choice for Fox News haters everywhere, attacked the cable news network on Monday for using the term “homosexual” in its programming — advancing the peculiar argument that the scientific term has a “pejorative connotation.” The online “media watchdog” contends that calling gay people “homosexual” is “a practice that’s quickly falling out of favor with major news outlets due the term’s often pejorative connotation and frequent use by opponents of LGBT equality.” Fox News, they chide, “has yet to update its language when referring to gay and lesbian people.” Buttressing their argument? First Lady Michelle Obama talked about America as she visited a school today in China. She talked about the American dream: And my story isn’t unusual in America. Some of our most famous athletes, like LeBron James, and artists, like the singer Janelle Monae, came from struggling families like mine, as do many business leaders -- like Howard Schultz. He’s the head of a company called Starbucks, which many of you may have heard of. When Mr. Schultz was a boy his father lost his job, leaving their family destitute. But Mr. Schultz worked hard. He got a scholarship to a

Three Secret Service agents responsible for protecting President Obama in Amsterdam this week were sent home and put on administrative leave Sunday after going out for a night of drinking, according to three people familiar with the incident. One of them was found drunk and passed out in a hotel hallway, the people said. The hotel staff alerted the U.S. Embassy in the Netherlands after finding the unconscious agent Sunday morning, a day before Obama arrived in the country, according to two of the people. The embassy then alerted Secret Service managers on the presidential trip, which included Secret Service

WASHINGTON — Spring break was never this dull. First Lady Michelle Obama’s kids finally hit the wall on their whirlwind visit to China, showing signs they’ve nearly reached their limit tagging along with mom as she visits site after site on what’s billed as a “person-to-person” tour. Accompanied by Malia, 15, and Sasha, 12, the first lady on Monday toured Xi’an, an ancient city in the ancestral province of Chinese President Xi Jinping. They inspected the city’s 600-year-old wall, a day after touring the Great Wall near Beijing. Photos show Sasha looking like she’d rather be back home with her pals than hitting the

Most Supreme Court watchers are fixated these days on Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby—the important challenge to the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate scheduled for argument Tuesday. And why wouldn’t they be? With its potent mix of religion, sex, Obamacare, and prayerful corporations, it’s the blockbuster case of the term. It is also a crucial test of Chief Justice John Roberts’s leadership on the Supreme Court. Just two years ago, Roberts cast the deciding vote to largely uphold the Affordable Care Act. While the country remains divided over whether he acted like a traitor or a statesman, all would have to agree

It’s not an early April Fool’s joke -- Business Insider has hired disgraced former NYC Congressman and mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner to write a weekly political column, starting Friday. Hunter Walker, Business Insider’s politics editor, published the announcement on Monday, after teasing the news on Twitter by announcing that “something wonderful is about to happen.” The folks at Business Insider are clearly aware of the built-in entertainment value of hiring the scandalized politician, who is best known for sending an explicit photo of himself to an online mistress on Twitter -- and initially denying the photo was his. (The trouble didn’t

During oral arguments in the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday which focused on whether the contraceptive mandate in the Affordable Care Act violates the free exercise of religion, Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan suggested employers who have moral objections to birth control should not provide health care coverage for their employees. “But isn´t there another choice nobody talks about, which is paying the tax, which is a lot less than a penalty and a lot less than -- than the cost of health insurance at all?” Sotomayor said during the presentation by attorney Paul Clement, who represents Hobby Lobby Stores
