The way to prevent abortionists like convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell from occurring again is to build more Planned Parenthood clinics, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said at a House Judiciary Subcommittee hearing on Thursday about legislation that would prevent abortion after 20 weeks nationwide. “I would urge my colleagues to think about the extent to which he, Dr. Gosnell, represented the poor quality of health care services available in poorer communities,” Nadler said at the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice hearing. “We should be working to make sure that high quality

Although I´m philosophically opposed to abortion (believing it to be the taking of human life), I find myself wondering if certain exceptions would be for the best.

For instance, perhaps Mrs. Gosnell (Kermit´s momma) and Mrs. Nadler (Jerrold´s old lady) should´ve had abortions.

Ditto, OP. The left wants abortion provider clinics in every neighborhood - especially poor ones - to stop abortionists from murdering children. They want to release terrorists and close Gitmo to stop terrorists from using it as a tool to recruit more terrorists - and, those are two of their most "logical" ideas!

How many Gosnells are there out there? The people who think that more abortions are better refuse to monitor these horrible places and this guy thinks the way to fix that is to fund more of them and not monitor them either.

These people are sick.

Legal? yes, very much so. ! Safe? doubtful and getting worse!

RARE? pull the other leg: This rare: "ABORTION statistics. United States Data and Trends. The Consequences of Roe v. Wade. 54,559,615. Total abortions since 1973"

Well, this is one way to handle corruption and government abuse: Make it the official thing to do. A group of Democratic senators urged the Obama administration on Thursday to cap the amount of political activity that tax-exempt 501(c)(4) groups can engage in at 5 to 15 percent. President Obama´s proclaimed strategy to "bypass Congress" — most conspicuously his broad rewriting of the Affordable Care Act — has given unusual prominence to a fairly arcane legal doctrine: standing. Standing is what is preventing a potential blizzard of litigation against the president´s unilateral decrees, and ironically, it´s a doctrine liberal jurists have long decried. To challenge the government in federal court, it isn´t enough to simply believe that the government´s conduct is illegal or even unconstitutional. Federal courts can hear only specific disputes about the law as applied to particular people. To be heard in court, a person must have

Security Council spent the day trying to fashion a response to the rapid escalation of the Ukraine crisis after Russian troops took up positions throughout the autonomous republic of Crimea. Obama expressed “deep concern,” the White House said, and called on Russia to withdraw its forces back to its bases in Crimea and “to refrain from any interference elsewhere in Ukraine.” Putin appeared to have given little ground, according to a readout of the conversation from his office.
