Covering for Obama
New York Post, by Michael Goodwin

Original Article

Politics! Politics! They’re playing politics in Washington! Pretending to be modern Paul Reveres, Democrats and their media handmaidens are doing their damnedest to diminish the Benghazi revelations with the cheapest trick in town. While there is always pungent hypocrisy when one gang of politicians accuses another gang of playing politics, the current phony outrage from the Obama Protection Society is exceptionally putrid. After all, the whole saga of Benghazi — before, during and after the terror attack — reflects nothing so much as the ultimate expression of Barack Obama’s politics.

Isn´t there a saying something to the effect that a dead fish starts stinking from its head. Putrid is a good word to describe anything Obama. Toss a pebble in his pond and the ripples just keep going.

Now that we know that 0bama and Hillary lied to save his election, and that Romney was right from minute one, shouldn´t we call a new election? No campaigning, No time to organize voter fraud. Give the states a couple of weeks to get ready and a little more time for the truth to come out and then just vote.

The Democrats have sold their souls to the Devil. Power corrupts and their corruption has been complete. For them to go along with this lie is unforgivable. I hope the American voter will know enough to vote against them in 2014. We need term limits and a big change in Washington.

I just read an article this morning in my local paper from the AP describing Benghazi. If one didn´t bother to look into it, one would think that it is a Republican attack against poor little Hilary. If this is what papers print now, no wonder the readers are called low information voters. I can´t understand why a person just wouldn´t ask themselves "but who gave the order to stand down". I think those 4 brave men deserve that answer and so do their families.

If you haven’t as yet viewed “Your Sunday Video” by Judge Jeanine Pirro in today’s Must Reads section, be sure to do so. It’s very well thought out and presented. And just as night follows day, the usual Obama sycophantic suspects will be pooh-poohing it non-stop. They’ll be belittling the video in that feeble, desperate way of theirs as flop-sweat puddles around their feet.

It’s been eight months since the question, “Who gave the order to Stand Down?” was first asked; and still no answer. Do ya think maybe there’s (wait for it) a coverup? Do ya? Do ya, huh?

Most Presidents will rise to the integrity level of POTUS. Sometimes it takes time. Sometime it takes circumstances.

Kennedy did it.
Johnson did it.
Nixon did it.
Ford did it.
The Bushes did it.
Clinton did it.

But Obama can´t seem to get out of campaign mode and the United States has paid or it in many ways. You ether have I or you don´t.

I am still waiting for Obama to become my President and I feel like I am waiting for Godot. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waiting_for_Godot)

...the attempt to silence the whistleblowers by Hillary’s henchmen, and the demotion of one in a way that looks to be a clear case of retaliation, demolishes any pretense that the White House wants the truth. Instead, it will fight like hell to keep the public ignorant.

It has become self-evident that this is SOP for Obama and Hillary.

By far, one of the best columns I´ve read regarding Obama, Hillary and others doing their best to keep the truth (the sordid, awful truth) about their disregard for our loyal and brave Americans who were under attack in Benghazi.

There are no words (for me, anyway) filthy enough to describe my contempt for these people who are not fit to serve - in any capacity - in DC, or even in my little city.

We have yet to hear from people who were on the ground in Benghazi. Who told the SEALs to stand down? Why was the Turkish rep there? Where are the survivors. Why is Congress sidestepping these questions? My guess is because that they already know the answers. Whatever was happening in Benghazi was classified. This current episode is just the tip of the iceberg and I think we all know it. We need a CIA whistle-blower to come forward.

Benghazi is about murders and the top tier of this administration is complicit. Obama told them to stand down and went to bed never to be seen or heard from again. What reason he let these people die we may never know or maybe he doesn´t take his job and duties seriously.
I know what he did when he rose on 9-12-12. Obama went to Vegas and had a champagne waterfall with Jay-Z and Bouncy not giving a thought to the four murders he let happen while he rested.
Hillary was probably in a drunken stuper.
One said "it was a bump in the road" the other one said "what difference does it make now" I say we look into that bump in the road and try to make a difference for the families who lost lives in this muslim terrorist attack. Can you say dereliction of duty?

Michael Goodwin makes his understanding of good vs. evil known before most of the depraved writers´ circle. Maybe they will have the guts to follow him. Michael Goodwin is out there before so many with political party and CIA connections. Michael Goodwin reminds them of real eternal accountability for these high crimes, even before a host of our pastors and evangelists who should have a nodding acquaintance with the prophecy of the "Revelation" Trumpets: that is, we have probably heard 5 of the 7 Revelation Trumpets; we have let Evil alone to set us up for nuclear WWIII/ which is Trumpet #6. BTW, the 7 Vials are poured out in the "Tribulation;" the 7 Seals are about to opened to release the Horses of the Last Days.]. Today we are at a Tipping Point of Good vs Evil now, or Good Being Called Evil and Evil Called Good now. Good for Michael Goodwin for calling a spade a spade.

Just checked CBS News site (after listening to Sharyll Attkisson on C-Span). You have to dig into the politics section to find her article (and no mention of her on the front page listing her TV appearances today). They are fake, using her to pretend that they were all over this. She devastated the admin mentioning background sources that back up her findings. Low info Dems faded out of the phone calls by the end except for the ´Well, Bush did it to´ diehard..

“House Speaker John Boehner is facing mounting pressure to create a special or select committee to investigate the Benghazi terror attacks in which four Americans were killed.”

John Boehner should be the one spearheading this effort; not someone who has to be pressured to create a special or select committee. He should be using all of his energy to push this forward until it happens. But after watching John Boehner over the past few months has convinced me that he is not temperamentally suited to the job. We need an aggressive Speaker of the House who does not need to be prodded to show his fangs when necessary. We need more of a pit bull than a toy poodle.

And what was Hill-of-beans? bouncing up and down in her chair, gesticulation wildly, huffing and puffing, gasping, shouting "What difference does it make?"

And please, no comparisons to Nixon (esp. re: IRS). No murders at Watergate or elsewhere in that administration.

Common sense dictates that Obama and Clinton be tried for FRAUD, for their LIES about Benghazi, and then, after they are perp walked to prison, we need to mandate a new election, as #4 says, so that we can honestly elect Romney this time without the aid to Obama of the ass-press, the networks, cable news liars, Candy Crowley´s lies, little chrissie tingles´ lies, MSNBC´s lies, the NY Slimes´ lies, the WaPo´s lies...and the utter RACISM of the black population in voting 95% for the half-black guy simply because of his skin color! Enough FRAUD! And enough of this "CULTURAL MARXISM" perpetrated by those little alinsky-loving students of his, Obama and Clinton! We are Americans....not Marxists!

If Obama and Clinton skate on Benghazi, I believe this will be one for the history books that will be dissected over and over again. These two are covering each others´ butts only to protect themselves.

The MOST important thing about Benghazi is that four Americans died. Quite possible one, two or three didn´t have to. And all would be alive if O&C had heeded Ambassador Stevens call for aid before the attack. I am so outraged, and I simply cannot believe how the families of these four men are coping.

What should give us pause is the fact that the ONLY reason Hillary and Obama lied, was to protect their careers. They proved they thought more of themselves than the did the lives of those who protect them. They both wanted to be president and were willing to let people die, if necessary, to get elected.
They could have come clean and told the truth about their mistakes and incompetence but they chose to lie in hopes nobody would see that neither one is qualified for the offices they sought.
Basically, the wanted to hide the truth about themselves from the people so they could get elected; Obama at the time it happened and Hillary in the future.
For their attempt to deceive and to place themselves in offices they are not qualified for, they should be tried for treason.

What are they trying to cover up? I hope it will be soon when the media confirm that "the consulate security" were Libyans--loosely affilated with al-Qaeda--and that Chris Stevens´ cries for help and more security were based on the fact that the latest Obama "Muslim outreach" program put al-Qaeda inside the walls of the consulate. Obama´s Muslim Outreach program put the February 17th Martyrs Brigade, a Benghazi-based militia with Islamist elements, in charge of Stevens´ security. Now, how dumb is that? About as dumb as blaming it on a You Tube video.

First came the “polar vortex” — now it’s the “pollen vortex.”Forced to lie dormant by the long, brutal winter, trees are now set to start reproducing like crazy — and create a massive amount of pollen that could wallop your sinuses this weekend. Pollen count in the Northeast will soar to “high levels” Saturday and Sunday, when warm temperatures will prompt plants to create the sniffle-inducing substance, reports Pollen.com, which offers allergy “forecasts.” In New York City, where the temps could hit 70 degrees Saturday, allergy symptoms will “become more severe,” the site says. Fears that high-speed traders have been rigging the U.S. stock market went mainstream last week thanks to allegations in a book by financial author Michael Lewis, but there may be a more serious threat to investors: the increasing amount of trading that happens outside of exchanges. Some former regulators and academics say so much trading is now happening away from exchanges that publicly quoted prices for stocks on exchanges may no longer properly reflect where the market is. And this problem could cost investors far more money than any shenanigans related to high frequency trading. When the average investor, or even

It’s good Gov. Cuomo understands New York has a problem with cigarette smuggling. Too bad he has yet to figure out what’s really driving the problem of illegal smokes: our high tobacco taxes.Just days after a key report found New York has the highest percentage of illegal cigarettes of any state, the governor announced the creation of a new “strike force” meant to crack down.Teams from 13 state, local and federal agencies, he said, are joining to stop “the influx of counterfeit and untaxed tobacco products into New York” and nab smugglers who “evade the law and rob the state

After his health-care law surpassed the low-ball enrollment target of 7 million, President Obama staged a Rose Garden rally and zinged doubters: “Armageddon has not arrived.” At least he did not declare: “Mission Accomplished.”The country is years from knowing whether Obama’s overhaul of the health-care system fulfills the promise of delivering universal coverage. While large numbers of Americans have found the program very advantageous, including people who were formerly uninsured, many others have been forced to change plans or change doctors — contrary to Obama’s repeated promises.Obama tacitly admits the unintended consequences every time he waives a deadline or mandate in

A triumphant President Barack Obama declared Tuesday his signature medical insurance overhaul a success, saying it has made America´s health care system ´a lot better´ in a Rose Garden press conference. But buried in the 7.1 million enrollments he announced in a heavily staged appearance is a more unsettling reality. Numbers from a RAND Corporation study that has been kept under wraps suggest that barely 858,000 previously uninsured Americans – nowhere near 7.1 million – have paid for new policies and joined the ranks of the insured by Monday night.

The author of the Twilight of Abundance, David Archibald, sent an email a few days ago, saying “there is a whole new world coming.” Archibald, who’s an Australian, warns in his book that the world is running out of food, energy and security. Where he differs from Malthus, however, is in arguing that the shortages are the consequence of policy, rather than the inherent limitations of the universe. The world is doing everything it can to run in the opposite direction of abundance because we think we have too much. The West dreads warmer weather, even though warmer weather might

The Clinton Library took the wraps off another batch of White House documents Friday afternoon, offering new insights into how aides scrambled to address the Monica Lewinsky scandal, how the hot-button issue of race tied the White House staff up in knots and how former President Bill Clinton cast a wide net for advice in advance of his major speeches. The new set of Clinton documents make little mention of then-first lady Hillary Clinton, and so are unlikely to have a major political impact. However, many of the memos were written by or mention aides to Bill Clinton who now hold

Who throws a shoe? Honestly! That would be 36-year-old Alison Ernst of Phoenix, Arizona, who was charged Thursday night with disorderly conduct by the Las Vegas Police Department after allegedly throwing a shoe at former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. According to NBC News, who spoke with a Secret Service official, the U.S. Attorney’s office has declined federal prosecution. Ernst was wearing shoes on Thursday night when she attended a speech Clinton was giving in Las Vegas, but apparently brought an extra one specifically to throw at the former secretary of state. The official said the incident appeared to be “premeditated.”

Many Americans have been watching with great consternation the ongoing struggle between the Federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Marshals against Cliven Bundy and his family. There are no signs of either side relinquishing their position. Many onlookers have been informed that this dispute is over protecting the desert tortoise. But it is nothing of the sort. In fact, the reality of the dispute goes far underneath what is being talked about. The more appropriate source of the dispute is ground water as well as surface water -- this is a war over water. A Nevada cattle rancher appears to have won his week-long battle with the federal government over a controversial cattle roundup that had led to the arrest of several protesters. Cliven Bundy went head to head with the Bureau of Land Management over the removal of hundreds of his cattle from federal land, where the government said they were grazing illegally. Bundy claims his herd of roughly 900 cattle have grazed on the land along the riverbed near Bunkerville, 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, since 1870 and threatened a "range war" against the BLM on the Bundy Ranch website after one of

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) is now accusing the Keystone pipeline of being a cancer risk. Her first point was that the pipeline “will bring 830,000 barrels of dirty tar sands oil into our nation every day.” She then segued to point #2 by asserting that the heavy tar sands oil will put people who live near refineries at risk for cancer: Significantly higher levels of dangerous air pollutants and carcinogens have been documented downwind from tar sands refineries, and in these areas people are suffering higher rates of the types of cancers linked to these toxic chemicals, including leukemia and

Let me obliterate a bit of confusion here: the Obama administration attempted to go to war with a rancher in Nevada. Let me amplify a little bit of truth: They tucked tail and have returned home. And let me add a bit of clarity: they had no choice! As the nation began to become familiar with the plight of the family of Cliven Bundy, many of us harkened back to another standoff in which the Federal government attempted to bully it´s outcome: Waco, Texas and the Branch Davidian massacre. It is telling that in the Nevada case the feds pulled out so

President Obama stood Friday with the Rev. Al Sharpton and accused Republicans of trying to keep millions of Americans from voting, in a fiery speech days after new revelations about Sharpton’s past as an FBI informant. “The right to vote is threatened today in a way that it has not been since the Voting Rights Act became law nearly five decades ago,” Obama told the annual convention of Sharpton’s National Action Network in Manhattan. Obama’s appearance represented a presidential seal of approval of Sharpton’s role as a civil rights activist, amid the new revelations about how Sharpton used a wire to record

They’re both qualified, respectful of each other (shocker!), and represent the vast majority of middle America. So what’s not to like about another Clinton/Bush race for 2016? When you mention the prospect of Clinton vs. Bush 2016 a funny thing happens. First, there is the reflexive response: "Oh no, not again. We don´t need more dynastic politics in this country." But upon further reflection, you realize Jeb Bush vs. Hillary Clinton would be a great race and actually good for the country. Let´s review. QUALIFICATIONS—THEY’VE BOTH GOT THEM. Barack Obama won the presidency because in an election where the premium was on change, it mattered little

A rapid shift to wind and solar power is needed if the world is to avoid catastrophic global warming, the United Nations warns in a crucial report today. Emissions of greenhouse gases need to be cut by up to 70 per cent before 2050 to control climate change, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) says. ‘Large-scale changes in energy systems’ are required, with coal power stations to be switched off and replaced by wind and solar. And the transformation needs to be made in the next 15 years or controlling climate change will become increasingly harder and more expensive. The report was published

LAS VEGAS — The Nevada Republican Party stripped opposition to abortion and gay marriage from its platform Saturday as state convention delegates instead focused on judging fellow Republicans on their worthiness to serve in office and adherence to GOP values. The platform, with few changes, was adopted overwhelmingly as the Las Vegas convention stretched late into the evening. The vote mirrors that of the Clark County GOP, which voted earlier to remove platform language defining marriage as between a man and a woman and statements opposing abortion. Many Republicans are re-evaluating their strong stances on conservative social issues as public

Say what you will about Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Ted Cruz (R-Tex.), but they know a train wreck when they see it. They also know when to separate themselves from the cranks and the losers on the right. Although both supported the shutdown and were heartily supported by tea party groups in their own Senate races, neither one has endorsed Matt Bevin in Kentucky, Milton Wolf in Kansas or Chris McDaniel in Mississippi. In fact, Cruz’s office confirms he hasn’t endorsed anyone in the primaries. He may weigh in after the primaries. Rand Paul has endorsed two very establishment

A brazen flash mob has been caught on camera storming a California store and making off with $20,000 worth of sunglasses. Surveillance footage shows eight women piling into a Sunglass Hut and crowding around display cases. Shielding workers from what they´re doing, they quickly stuff dozens of fashion specs into their bags. A store clerk pleads with them to stop, before running out of the shot to get help and dial 911. The thieves then all bolt outside and escape in a waiting SUV. The incident occurred at the Valencia Town Center mall, in Santa Clarita, at 3 p.m. on

It’s hardly been a secret that in recent years the moderate center of the Democrat party has been driven away and what remains is a conglomeration of disparate blocs which, to date, the party has been able to treat as if there were no conflicting interests between them. As the midterm elections approach and the administration’s incompetence, along with the distaste for the president’s signature ObamaCare legislation, drive the party’s chances down further, the make-believe coalition of opposites may well crumble if the opposition doesn’t blow it. Democrats hope to retain control of the Senate and recapture the House by driving
