Boston bombing suspect began collecting
food stamps and welfare shortly after his
wife gave birth to their daughter

The deceased Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his wife Katherine relied on food stamps and public assistance from 2011 to 2012, soon after they became parents. New details have emerged about taxpayer money that was shelled out to the family of the bombing suspects, after the Mass. Gov. previously refused to divulge information on their welfare benefits. A state lawmaker was able to obtain data about government assistance the Tsarnaevs received and that information was passed on to the media. On Friday, the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance detailed

Next thing we´ll learn is that the guy bought the pressure cookers at Macy´s with his EBT Card.

I remember reading an article about the terrorists planning for 9/11 and how really "inexpensive" it was -- maybe a couple hundred grand for travel, lodging, flight schools, stripper tips, etc. But at least that effort was paid for by the terrorists.

Sounds like this one, we paid for it.

Her parents were able to help them. Why did they allow them to go on welfare? What agony they must have been, and are currently going through because of their daughter´s poor decisions with this jerk.

If they were to take an interest and legitimately add up all the welfare, food stamps, and health care services that aliens both illegal and legal are sucking up all over the USA, a portion of them by falsely claiming to be US citizens, there is no doubt that their findings would add up to very big bucks.

I want to know if we paid for the cell phones used to set off bombs that blue up Americans including our babies. We are a really messed up country where it´s acceptable for Duval Patrick to refuse this information for "reasons of privacy." These monsters gave up their right to privacy. More likely Patrick fears that the underbelly of Ma welfare programs will be exposed for the fraud it is. From Aunt Zituni to Obama´s uncle to drunk driving illegals to terrorists. And these guys did NOT act alone. There could be dozens more and we will likely be as shocked and as ill prepared if it happens again. Who´s protecting us. Not this administration that´s for sure.

Somewhere ... I think it was the Daily Mail ... I read that little Katie´s mommie and daddy were a doctor and nurse in either suburban Boston or CT.

Kinda like the rich folks who were Monica´s mommie and daddy and let the little darling do what she wanted to, all her life.

#7, Katherine´s father and mother are a nurse and a doctor, respectively, and their home is in North Kingston, Rhode Island.

Tamerlan and Katherine were married right around the time that the domestic violence charge against him was dropped by the Middlesex County DA´s office. I suspect Katherine was the victim, and that she refused to testify against him.

#2 -- remember the family comes from Russia, where prevailing thought still looks at the STATE as bearing primary responsibility for providing people with their needs.

Socialism erodes the foundations of family. Communism blows them up, altogether.

Here is one of America´s big problems: two young, healthy, able-bodied people having a child they can´t afford, and having no qualms about taking welfare and food stamps. We have made it too easy for anyone to get these things, and all the stigma is gone.

The fact that we are aiding terrorism with the money is an entirely different problem -in addition to giving welfare to illegals. This is enough to make your head explode and wonder how America is still standing, and how much longer it will stand with these kinds of policies having taken root.

This week Liz Hurley´s ex-boyfriend Tom Sizemore made sensational claims that the actress had a secret affair with former President Bill Clinton. Sizemore has now dismissed the allegations as drug-induced ramblings, saying that he has never met Clinton and never gave him Hurley´s phone number. But while the claims may have proven false, the Daily Mail can reveal a striking resemblance between Hurley and Clinton´s former lover, Monica Lewinsky.

This week, a report from the Congressional Budget Office acknowledged that ObamaCare would reduce full-time employment by 2.5 million over the next ten years. And that is on top of news that 92 million Americans who could be working are not. What a devastating assessment for the unemployed or underemployed, particular millenials seeking to transition from internships and part-time jobs to career-building full-time jobs. Yet the predictable spin from the White House and major media outlets is that this is good news, liberating workers from the chains of employment. To quote President Obama, from the 2008 campaign, "You can put lipstick

"Don´t leave money on the table," Michelle Obama told students at T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Virginia this week, seeking to put as many people as possible on the receiving end of a government check. Nothing builds the Democrats´ voter base faster than the widespread ability to raid other taxpayers for support. How widespread? "Almost everyone is eligible for some form of financial aid, and all you have to do to access that aid is fill out this one little form. It´s so simple." Simple, as in one-stop shopping, all the better to build that constituency for OPM (other people´s money).

The IRS scandal is so bad that Democrats are unleashing total war in an attempt to beat back a full airing of the abuse. The old adage, "The best defense is a good offense," is all the more valid when the major media outlets are on their side. It is not necessary to have any actual facts to use as rebuttal for the indefensible; it is enough to simply throw a cloud of dust, so as to discredit any charges - in the eyes of supporters and media sycophants. So let me get this right. Team Obama taxes millionaires who create jobs, while ObamaCare creates incentives not to work at those jobs. No wonder recovery´s so anemic. The policy here is to create fewer jobs and induce people to work less at those jobs. If my logic is correct, this runs counter to the basic principles of our economy and our country. I thought the American Idea had something to do with work, family and opportunity. But what I see from the Obama administration is policies that undermine these virtues. Here´s a contrasting vision. This is either a glaring admission of defeat from the White House or… no, that’s really all it could be. After weeks of defending the cancellation of health plans insurers discontinued in 2013 in order to comply with the Affordable Care Act’s coverage mandates, the White House announced in November of last year that it was urging insurers to reinstate those plans. The catch was, of course, that most insurers would be unable to turn on a dime and reinstate those plans. Furthermore, the administration allowed individual states leeway to determine whether or not they would even allow insurers to reinstate
