As New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg pumps millions of dollars into the airwaves, President Obama is getting ready for a brand new campaign. Obama will travel around the country on a gun control tour, despite Democrat Harry Reid killing Senator Dianne Feinstein´s latest gun control legislation last week. Reid has offered for Feinstein to issue her legislation as an amendment, but won´t bring the legislation as part of a larger gun control package to the Senate floor for a vote. Bloomberg´s pro-gun control group Mayors Against Illegal Guns is

He won´t try to peddle this con job in any red states so he will mainly be preaching to the same old choir - at our expense of course.

LOL, that will do it! Time to buy more Smith and Wesson stock, since the greatest gun salesman in history is on a marketing trip.

Dear Leader and entourage travel in intimate proximity with how many security agents, every last one of them carrying a firearm. These people really are nuts; guns are dangerous.

The statists are closing services to the public (WH tours, ATC towers at some small airports, releasing illegal alien felons) so that the King can continue to spend with wild abandon, running around the country on another one of his never ending campaigns.

I hope the numb skull LIV´s out there finally take note of this.

The Constitution orders "the right of the People, to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Barack Obama has sworn several times to defend the Constitution. But he has taken and is taking steps [as President, yet] that directly attack the Constitution´s plain words and clear meaning.

I know what I think that means.

What about you? What about you?

Most amusing! The absolute *slaughterhouse* Obama calls his home-town, with a murder rate higher than Afghanistan, AND the toughest gun laws in the nation...

And the idiot-in-chief has NEVER uttered a public peep about his peeps...

So to recap - he demands more ´registration information´ from a citizen to own a firearm - than he himself has been willing to provide the public in order to be president of the US, while he runs around the country flanked by the same firepower he´d deny the rest of us.

The Obama-bull**** just never stops.

Sequester Obama in the White House until he gives up these juvenile tactics. It really is time for Congress to defund federal agencies that have policies which contravene the United States Constitution. Pile of savings in that action, as well as restoring our liberty.

I agree with #1, Obama will be hitting the liberal college campus circuit preaching to the choir. Minds have been made up on this issue long before Obama appeared on the scene. Gun control is a joke, since criminals and insane people setting out on their own personal suicide by cop missions do not comply with gun control laws, leaving gun control laws to infringe on the rights of law abiding people to keep and bear arms.

The number one question in most intelligent people´s minds is; the Mayors, Senators and a President that keep harping about 1.7 million, felons and mentally ill, were stopped from purchasing a firearm because of the FBI background checks. But how many were prosecuted? How many were institutionalized? How many were contacted at all? And how many times was Adam Lanza denied a purchase? Twice? And your making more law abiding citizens limit the firearms they can purchase will do what? Please tell us you are going to first enforce the laws we already have. Please tell us you won´t release any more violent illegals or reduce prison populations because of budgets. You Mr. President and Mayor Bloomberg really hold our public safety hostage.

A great counter move to this newest taxpayer funded vacation would be for groups of gun owners at each of his stops to hold open-carry demonstrations while he reads the teleprompter. It would insult his huge ego and create a nightmare for the secret service.

I think that the Republicans should start an ad campaign telling the American public about how the Dims, several decades ago, forced the release of mental deranged people and the closure of mental hospitals across the nation. As a result, we have the homeless everywhere we look and the mental deranged acquiring weapons of all types(and they are NOT acquiring them legally)and going on shooting sprees for whatever reason that only they know. And that brings out the gun control crowd.

The "bitter clingers" must have trillions of rounds of ammunition, which is no match for 1.b billion plus 350K rounds of ammo purchased by DHS. Just love the guys on reality TV who are building artillery. Who´s going to take their toys away from them?

He has to disarm the public. Either by buying up all the ammo of getting rid of our guns. He has to reduce the the populace´s ability to mount an uprising.
He announced early on that he wants a civilian army bigger and better funded than the US Army.
Why else would the DHS be building this military force?
I think he knows his actions will be unpopular and there will be some sort of uprising and he is going to put it down with force.

Jimmy Carter has been very active in the decades since his presidency, and his successors have occasionally called for his advice. Except, it turns out, the current occupant of the office. A clip from Carter’s upcoming Meet the Press interview reveals that President Obama is the first president since Carter left office not to solicit the Southern Democrat’s advice. Carter explained, “President Clinton did and President George W. Bush and H.W. Bush and even Ronald Reagan used to call on us to go into sensitive areas.” They all asked Carter to deal with “unsavory characters,” but Obama hasn’t reached out to

Last week, President Obama directed his Homeland Security Department to examine its current deportation practices -- "to see how it can conduct enforcement more humanely, within the confines of the law," the White House announced on March 13. But with immigration reform stalled in Congress, what more can Obama do? "I think he´s going to wait until August," said Telemundo anchor and immigration-reform advocate José Díaz-Balart. And if Congress doesn´t act on immigration reform by then, "I wouldn´t be surprised if he starts making some very controversial executive orders to mitigate the pain of millions of people who face deportation," Díaz-Balart told

Susan Rice: Diplomatic Solution Still

Washington Free Beacon, by Daniel Wiser    Original Article

Susan Rice, national security adviser to President Barack Obama, said on Friday that the administration still believes there is a diplomatic solution to the crisis in Ukraine as Russian troops mobilized along the country’s entire eastern border. CBS News reported on Friday that a mass mobilization of Russian forces was taking place on Ukraine’s eastern border with at least twice as many troops as the 20,000 number originally reported. The defense “exercise” included tanks and tactical aircraft and appeared to show signs of a logistical buildup required for a sustained operation. Obama on Thursday announced additional sanctions against Kremlin officials and oligarchs

Why Does Michelle Obama’s

Here’s a question I’ll bet nobody ever asked Jay Carney at a White House press briefing: Why does Michelle Obama’s mother live at the White House at taxpayer expense? (If someone has asked, please send link for me to stand corrected.) Now that Michelle Obama’s mother has caused a disruption on the latest exotic vacation for the first lady, perhaps it is time for some answers about why Marian Robinson is even on the trip to China. Worse, why is she appearing in official photographs with Chinese officials? Drudge is reporting in big bold lead letters that Marian Robinson is barking

White House press secretary Jay Carney said Friday the administration is deeply concerned the Turkish government attempted to block access to Twitter in the country. Carney said the administration has spoken to Turkey´s government about the issue and has urged it to restore access to the social media service. "We have conveyed our serious concern to the Turkish government, urge Turkish authorities to respect the freedom of the press by permitting the independent and unfettered operation of media of all kinds, and support the people of Turkey in their calls to restore full access to the blocked technologies," Carney said

Theory: Maybe Black Toddlers Are Suspended

In 2011, over 8,000 kids were suspended from preschool — preschool! — in America. More than half were black, despite comprising less than half of the student population. Sure, we can entertain a lot of theories why this is the case, but I am going to go with this one: America has a problem with racism. The odds are probably better than even that you will be annoyed by that. Which is fine. I accept that response. And there are a lot of possibilities that could explain how this bit of data is an aberration. As the Associated Press reports, the

FBI, IRS, and Rhode Island law enforcement officials entered the Rhode Island State House on Friday, apparently to collect evidence from the offices of Rhode Island House Speaker Gordon Fox. A spokesperson for the Democrat´s office said to the AP that his staffers weren´t informed why they were asked to leave the premises by state police. Fox´s office and his attorney declined comment on the incident, while the U.S. Attorney´s office would only say that law enforcement officials were carrying out two search warrants at the State House. So with that in mind, the AP adds some context that may or

The White House has reportedly begun testing smartphones from Samsung and LG, perhaps indicating that BlackBerry may soon lose one of its most high-profile customers. Testing is only in the early stages at this point, but the White House internal technology team and communications agency are testing Android devices from the two South Korean phone makers, according to the Wall Street Journal, which cites an unnamed source. The implementation of Samsung or LG phones is still months away, but this is the first indication that the White House is preparing to move away from using BlackBerry. NBC News political director and chief White House correspondent Chuck Todd publicly criticized CNN this week for its relentless use of the "breaking news" chyron on stories related to missing Malaysian Airlines flight 370. "Another day of ´breaking news´ based on finding nothing or in other words, ´not breaking news,´" Todd, who also hosts MSNBC´s "Daily Rundown," wrote on Twitter on Friday morning. "I know it may look like I am casting stones while potentially living in a glass house. But the mistakes of one news org hurts ALL of us," he wrote. Are you are among the uninitiated lumpenproletariat who believe the decline of the Roman Empire was attributable to a multitude of factors? Do you still naively assume that rampant immorality, political corruption, inability to effectuate regime change without violence and bloodletting, failure to curb runaway inflation, the complete over extension of military resources and the eventual drought of plunder were among the reasons for the fall of Rome? Then you obviously have not read the latest NASA report on how the benighted empire could have avoided collapse if only it had adhered to the tenets of Karl Marx. Apparently, Rome

Is Barack Obama simply too busy to be Chief Executive of the United States? Apparently. One of the primary functions of the president is to keep the nation safe, to preserve it from its enemies. To do that effectively, one would actually have to maintain something of a consistent level of attention to the moving pieces that directly influence how future events will unfold. None other than the truly sycophantic thinks for a second that President Obama cares a whit for anything that does not involve fundamentally altering the social composition of this country. Or golf. A Washington Post story purporting to expose the Koch brothers as behind-the-scenes beneficiaries of the Keystone Pipeline has been exposed as an utterly false propaganda operation, hilariously wrong and politically malicious. Even worse, one of the writers behind the story is married to a political operative in the left wing Koch-demonization machine. The Washington Post was recently purchased by Jeff Bezos of Amazon, who ought to take a hard look at the reporters and editors who collaborated with the left wing smear machine, and while he is at it, should send a note of thanks to John Hinderaker, the blogger

In a speech Friday, Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush praised illegal immigrants as "risk takers" who embody the entrepreneurial spirit of America and doubled down on his defense of Common Core. According to the Miami-Herald, Bush made his remarks in front of business leaders in Florida. “People who come here legally and illegally are the risk takers,” Bush reportedly said. “If you’re living in a rural area of Guatemala and you come, you’re a bigger risk taker than those who stay,” he added. Of course, the first action of those who come to the country illegally is breaking the law. Bush also said he

Black students are more likely to be suspended from U.S. public schools — even as tiny preschoolers. The racial disparities in American education, from access to high-level classes and experienced teachers to discipline, were highlighted in a report released Friday by the Education Department´s civil rights arm. The suspensions — and disparities — begin at the earliest grades. Black children represent about 18 percent of children in preschool programs in schools, but they make up almost half of the preschoolers who are suspended more than once, the report said. Six percent of the nation´s districts with preschools reported suspending at

During her visit to China, first lady Michelle Obama pointed out that the ability to travel outside of the United States was "rare" but that she chose China for a reason. "It’s very rare that I have the opportunity to travel outside of the United States, and it’s even more rare to have the opportunity to travel with three generations — with my daughters, and with my mother," she said. "And it is no accident that one of our first trips as a family is here to China." Obama made her remarks while visiting a school in Beijing, with the Chinese first

Today’s Washington Post features an article by Steven Mufson and Juliet Eilperin headlined, “The biggest lease holder in Canada’s oil sands isn’t Exxon Mobil or Chevron. It’s the Koch brothers.” The article was based on a newly-issued two-page report by the far-left International Forum on Globalization. The Post reported: You might expect the biggest lease owner in Canada’s oil sands, or tar sands, to be one of the international oil giants, like Exxon Mobil or Royal Dutch Shell. But that isn’t the case. The biggest lease holder in the northern Alberta oil sands is a subsidiary of Koch Industries, the privately-owned

President Obama took the opportunity to flatter House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi during a fundraiser Thursday for House Democrats at the Florida home of former NBA star Alonzo Mourning. "She is as tough and principled and as visionary as any member of Congress that we´ve ever seen and I´m grateful to call her a friend," he added. The fundraiser — the first of six Obama has

W hen news broke that respected fashion designer L´Wren Scott had passed away on Monday, The New York Times noted her suicide with the regrettable headline "Mick Jagger´s Girlfriend Found Dead." The Times wasn´t alone in its faux pas; the Associated Press dutifully tweeted, "BREAKING: Law enforcement: Mick Jagger´ [sic] girlfriend, L´Wren Scott, found dead in NYC of possible suicide." Though the AP managed to slip Scott´s name in the headline of the report, both news organizations seemed to agree: Scott´s death was newsworthy only because of her romantic association with a legendary rock and roller. Let me go out on a limb: The Malaysian airliner did not get sucked into a black hole, vanish over the Indian Ocean equivalent of the Bermuda Triangle or crash-land on the spooky island from “Lost.” Those “theories” were actually discussed on CNN this week. Host Don Lemon dismissed them as “preposterous” before asking one of his assembled “expert” guests — there were six of them waiting expectantly in their boxes on the screen — whether, you know, such ideas really were so preposterous. At which point the nonstop coverage of this tragedy entered the Twilight Zone. The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines
