Almost two weeks after publication, the column was quietly revised online, with many of the sections rewritten or put in quotation marks, and this time citing the CAP report. This is just written confirmation that Juan Williams does not have an original thought swirling through a largely empty head. His comments on Fox News are nothing more than talking points supplied by Vsleroe Jarrett.
Williams is one of Obama´s few achievements as president. By having NPR fire Juan over an alleged anti-Muslim comment, Obama provided Fox News with the opportunity to hire him full time. As a result, listeners get to listen to WH talking points on a variety of Fox News programs.
Whenever Williams comes on, we turn to ESPN for scores.

Williams conveniently blames the plagiarism on a young, nameless staffer. I don´t believe him. What´s more, and as a preface, I don´t offer myself as an insightful Ldot poster, but 5 years ago on Fox News Special Report, Juan Williams, in an analysis of the NH Primary, made a comment that was strikingly similar to a reply I made on this site. Scope and sequence were spot on with several of the exact same words.

There was an interesting report on Fox News a year or so ago by Bret Baier that said lots of his viewing audience changed the channel whenever he brought up a certain topic. I cannot remember what the topic was only that it was related to Obama and I was one of those who did the channel changing. So I think the answer is yes, there isa way for them to know what prompts people to change the channel, (person or issue).

CAP is the clearing house for the liberal agenda. They provide the copy and those pundits wanting to carry the water know where to go to find the info Obama wants deciminated.
Williams is under great pressure by the liberal establishment to carry the party line on FOXNEWS, the #1 cable news channel, since he has become a full time employee there. Alan Colmes couldn´t take the heat as he always had Hannity there by his side to expose his Democrat talking points. He chose to leave rather than be constantly derided by the left for not effectively defending liberalism.
Consequently, Williams can no longer risk wandering from the liberal agenda without risking personal attacks. Liberals keep their guys in line. And Williams has broken under the pressure. Do not look for any I dependent thought on his part in the future.
