| Poor Joe Kennedy, mourning the loss of his grand amigo, “El Comandante,” the tinpot Latin American thug who put the “profit” back in “non-profit” for the Kennedy kleptocracy. How can Hugo be dead, Joe? He went to Cuba for medical treatment. They took him straight to the hospital from the airport in a DeSoto ambulance. Let’s go right to the Joe K press release: “President Chavez cared deeply about the poor … while some of the wealthiest people on our planet have more money than they can ever reasonably expect to spend.”
|
Comments: Another big thanks to Howie for putting it all in perspective. The lefties in the NE will be moaning soon about their lack of subsidized home heating fuel and crying to Kennedy one more time. One wondes if they will ever wake up? Howie somehow points all this out while keeping it lighthearted.

This guy had $2 billion in his personal stash but that´s Ok because he cared abut poor people.Caring about poor people in the ultimate trump card when your a country´s leader or any run of the mill politician. There´s never any proof of these people digging in their own pockets for donations to the poor but they care about them nonetheless.
One of the stupidest reasons Obama got re-elected is because "he cares about people like me"..
Obama only cares about people to the extent that you can be exploited for vote or donation. If Obama cared so much about the poor why did he keep most of his Nobel winnings? His charitable donations were gifts to his own damn kids.
Chavez used the same methodology as Obama to buy love from segments of his people.Socialism itself is a disease because it kills the human spirit.
I imagine free stuff is very addictive, luckily I´ll never have the pleasure to find out myself. Daytime TV is terrible.
Republicans could give away free turkeys at Thanksgiving until they´re blue in the face and it wouldn´t buy them one ounce of love from the lofos.

Chevez had no money when elected. By the time he died, he amassed a $2B nest egg. That´s how much Chevez cared about the poor. Same thing with the drunken Kennedy´s.

Sean Penn and Oliver Stone would be honored to be pallbearers for this tinpot dictator -as would Joe Kennedy. Michael Moore could film it all for a loving documentary. And Obama has lost his role model. He´ll have to wing it from now on. R.I.H, Hugo Chavez.

He may have amassed $2 billion, but he couldn´t take it with him. Take comfort in this - he is now standing naked before God, clad only in his deeds. Just desserts coming his way.

Once again the old bootlegger´s loopy, leftist oldest grandson and namesake expresses an opinion totally devoid of reality.
"El Comandante" certainly isn´t being mourned in South Florida this morning by the thousands of Venezuelan citizens who fled his "reign of terror." That I am quite certain of as some of them lived in my daughter and son-in-law´s old neighborhood in Broward County.

Here´s a "stump the liberal" question to ask at that party this Saturday evening:
Name one communist or socialist "redistributionist" dictator who died in office and DIDN´T DIE WEALTHY. And not having an overflowing Swiss bank account isn´t good enough to qualify if he lived in a "Presidential Palace" full of servants and the best food. Ask them to name one, then watch the looks on their faces.
And don´t kld yourself. Every liberal Downton Abbey fan is just a bitter, frustrated, potential Chavez or Stalin just itching to ban 32 oz sodas, pizza for lunch, and earbuds. The conservative fans like the cars (men) and dresses (women).

I don´t want to remember the name of some leftist radio/tv head who said about Cheney - "I don´t care if he is in heaven or hell, just let him be out of here."). This is for those who believe in ideologists/schmediologists - http://newsfromvenezuela.tumblr.com/post/867542155/analyst-estimates-chavezs-family-fortune-at-around-2 Don´t tell me that dictators, especially, fascist/commie dictators, care about "little people". Can add that the worst of them are sick people, who inflict as much pain to as many people as possible. stalin/hitler/hussein/mao are examples of it.
On the other hand moonbats most definitely are masochists.

Hugo and his family are worth more than a bil. Joe with the weird old lady voice is probably worth about the same.
I don´t think they can ever reasonably expect to spend that much. They need to open their billfolds and bank accounts and start bankrolling our government programs to take the burden off the middle class, which faces yet another possible tax hike. It´s only fair, right Joe? Ooogo would have wanted it that way.

They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. But Boston City Councilor John Connolly better hope that old saw is wrong, because if he follows in the daffy footsteps of his hack father, he doesn’t have a prayer of unseating Mayor Mumbles Menino. Actually, he already doesn’t have a prayer, unless Boston’s mayor for life suddenly decides to pull a Pope Benedict XVI, which seems less likely with each passing day, and each passing campaign-finance report.

"I don´t understand it," the Arizona Republican said on Sunday of the threat coming from Sen. Rand Paul,Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Mike Lee and nine other Republicans. "The purpose of the United States Senate is to debate and to vote and to let the people know where we stand.” "What are we afraid of? ... Michelle Obama has admitted that she is already tired of the bangs she first sported in January. The First Lady said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight: ´Bangs are a day-by-day proposition. They´re starting to grow out, get a little irritating.´ Still, she hasn´t let her hairdo woes get her down. ´It´s okay,´ she said after her initial complaint. ´We´ll be good.´ The first indication that her hairstyle was becoming a burden came about last weekend, when Malia, 14, was spotted adjusting her mother´s hair during the White House Easter Egg Roll.

Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church. This begs the question, “Why are we losing our religion?”

Los Angeles — Some people have had it with TV. They´ve had enough of the 100-plus channel universe. They don´t like timing their lives around network show schedules. They´re tired of $100-plus monthly bills. A growing number of them have stopped paying for cable and satellite TV service, and don´t even use an antenna to get free signals over the air. On Friday, Sean Hannity brought Pat Smith, mother of the late Sean Smith, on his radio program. The 34-year-old information management officer was one of four Americans murdered in the Benghazi embassy attack on September 11, 2012. In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her. Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department: He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there,

Put out an all-points bulletin: Millions of Americans have gone missing from the workforce. Every month that those would-be workers are gone raises the odds that they might never come back, dimming the prospects for future economic growth. The vanishing trend is more than a decade old, but it accelerated during the Great Recession. Throughout 2012, economists held out hope that it had stopped. But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank

Gluten-free diets are all the rage, but they can be dangerous if not done right. What is gluten? It´s the spongy complex of proteins, found naturally in wheat, rye, and barley, that gives elasticity to dough and allows it to rise. When flour is moistened and either kneaded or mixed into dough, gluten molecules form an elastic, microscopic latticework that traps the carbon dioxide produced when yeast ferments, causing dough to inflate like a hot air balloon. Baking hardens the gluten, which helps the finished product keep its shape. Wheat — and gluten — is ubiquitous in the American diet.
