The average African-American is so hyper-conscious of his or her own (non)-oppression and so utterly oblivious and ignorant of the beyond brutal oppression of others like the American slaves never dreamt of. With apologies to any aware blacks on this forum....

The real news in this is that it seems Rodman has been informally appointed to be NK´s new ambassador to the U.S.

Traveling to a sworn enemy´s land, personally meeting with the dictator there, and acting as his representative on return... Doesn´t that qualify as treason?

Rodman should be stripped of his U.S. citizenship and deported to Pyongyang if he´s going to be Kim´s useful idiot. (Same for Sean Penn, Cuba/Venezuela, and Castro/Chávez...)

Better that we dig a little deeper...Rodman traveled to film a HBO show with the Harlem Globetrotters, a team owned by Shamrock Holdings which is the Roy Disney family privately held entity which owns a hefty chunk of Disney, the owner of ABC where Rodman happened to be interviewed...Abigail Disney is vice chair of California based Shamrock which has invested in Israel for decades, yet Abigail just renounced her profits from certain investments there because of what she calls “occupation exploitation"...someone with a higher grade of tinfoil hat than me needs to connect the dots...

No, Rodman is a train wreck. You see, it is the same naive mentality that has allowed the most corrupt administration in history to take over our country. The commies (just like the socialist Dems), put up a facade, say the right things and basically take advantage of people´s naivete so that they trust them. Rodman probably didn´t notice that most of the buildings in Pyongyang are empty. He didn´t see how the majority of the people live and work. He didn´t see how surreal the country really is and how the majority of people are in terror of doing or saying the wrong thing. He probably thinks those little pageants put on by school children and other groups are all voluntary. He didn´t see the cameras wherever he went. He didn´t even notice the half completed tower that has been sitting like that for 20 years. No, he just believed what he was told and wanted to believe the best in people.

Two Democratic Party candidates in the primary race for California´s 33rd congressional district in West Los Angeles have accused local party officials of using an arbitrary fundraising minimum to favor established insiders--then raising that minimum at the last moment to exclude them from a recent candidates´ forum. Democrats Kristie Holmes and Barbara Mulvaney issued a joint press release earlier this week, accusing the Pacific Palisades Democratic Club (PPDC) of "uninviting" them from a forum on Sunday, April 13 "after first zealously pursuing them." WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. On Tuesday morning, a plane owned in trust by the Bank of Utah showed up in a very visible area of the Mehrabad Airport in Tehran, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. What was it doing there exactly? Nobody knows, reports The New York Times. Under President Barack Obama, the United States has eased some of the long-standing punitive economic sanctions against Iran. Still, very little American — or European — economic activity is allowed inside the religious theocracy. The Bank of Utah is certainly no Wells Fargo. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent.
