WH Senior Adviser Plouffe:
Woodward Washed Up

Breitbart´s Big Journalism, by Breitbart News

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 2/28/2013 9:15:43 AM

Wednesday night, in the aftermath of the blow-up regarding the White House’s email to Bob Woodward suggesting he would "regret" his reporting of sequestration, White House Senior Adviser David Plouffe took to twitter to bash Woodward as a past-his-prime hack: That, of course, is the same theme that the entire Obama-supporting media from BuzzFeed to Slate suggested. The White House-coordinated media sure knows its cues.

Comments:
Plouffe is an obnoxious little worm. I hope they all suffer because of their horrific behavior. It´s long past due. The copy of the tweet does not copy. It is in the article.

Maybe, just maybe, the Obama regime will realize they made a tactical error when they tried to bring down Bob Woodward.
They are trying to force journalists to make a choice--either continue to be our lyin´ lapdogs, or defend Bob Woodward and suffer the consequences. You too will be isolated and ostrasized, you too will have your reputation smeared by this regime of Chicago thugs. You too will have no access.
But Woodward knows what´s a stake. If American journalists continue to be Obama´s lyin´ lapdogs, they´ll ruin their careers anyway, because they will have lost all credibility with the public.
He is trying to give his fellow journalists some daylight, and we are watching the drama unfold in real time. Definitely popcorn worthy!

I´m guessing Obama is now going to throw Fluff under the bus if he can´t save his own skin by smearing Woodward. Hey it´s worked before. Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) this week re-introduced two bills aimed at reducing and preventing racially based outcomes in the criminal justice system. "From the biased use of ´stop and frisk´ policies to the impact of unfair mandatory minimum sentences on minority communities, there is widespread evidence that racial disparities pervade our criminal justice system," Cohen said. "These disparities undermine confidence in the system, threaten the cause of justice, and cannot continue in a society that holds fairness and equality in high regard." Reps. Bill Foster (D-Ill.) and Ted Deutch (D-Fla.) have proposed a bill that would require U.S. officials to ensure that immigrants who are detained are made fully aware of their legal rights. The Immigrant Detainee Legal Rights Act, H.R. 3914, establishes an Office of Legal Access Programs, which would educate illegal immigrants about their rights. The program would also help detained immigrants make "informed and timely decisions regarding their removal and eligibility for relief from removal." The bill and its sponsors say this would increase efficiency and reduce the costs associated with immigration proceedings. "Far too often immigrants are taken

President Obama has told Senate Democrats he expects Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) to pass immigration reform this year, defying predictions the issue is dead for 2014. Obama believes Republicans will feel politically vulnerable, if they fail to advance the issue, a high priority among Hispanic voters, according to Democratic senators who met with the president this week. Obama sees immigration reform as a source for optimism in what has otherwise shaped up as a tough year for Democrats. “He predicted the House would pass something this year,” said Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), who attended the meeting. Obama cautioned senators to brace themselves for difficult

In their June decision, the justices said Congress couldn’t use discrimination from four decades ago to single out states for special federal scrutiny, so the proposal would update the test to look at recent federal court rulings that found a state or municipality violated voting laws. “This bill modernizes the Voting Rights

Millions of Americans are experiencing its consequences directly, and millions more are forming their opinions of it based on what they are hearing of its effects. The fact that many of the law’s congressional supporters are now running scared for fear of voter backlash is a good indication of how poorly the rollout is going.
