GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, Fox News Host: In terms of -- let me just take one of the -- one that you mention, foreign aid, cutting foreign aid in half to about $20 billion. Have you contemplated (INAUDIBLE) one step further and determined what foreign aid you would cut off? Because foreign aid has been very effective for us in many parts of the world in achieving certain goals. So I´m curious if you´ve gone further and identified which foreign aid you´d cut off. SEN. RAND PAUL, R- KY.: Well, I think there´s some argument whether it´s been effective.

Very sensible. Why should we aid our enemies with borrowed money; also make the federal payscale the same as private.

We are like the abused spouse; hurt and offended but with a few sweet words we roll over again and again.

Paul doesn´t get it. The reason we lavish money on unfriendly governments is so that they won´t be even more unfriendly. It´s called protection money, bribery, extortion, or trying to buy love. It is also called investing. When Democrats spend taxpayer funds they always like to think of themselves as investors. It has a nice ring to it.

We HAVE to pay off hostile foreigners. Otherwise, they could get even madder at us and try even harder to harm us. What do people like Paul expect the U.S. to do? We cannot eliminate our nuclear stockpile and outlaw private firearms overnight. Until we achieve these goals, we have no choice but to keep forking over the loot to all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Besides, it´s only fair. The U.S. has more money than the countries we pay off for protection. It is another means of redistributing the wealth so everybody gets their fair share.

Winston Churchill once said that Russia “is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.” So is anything even remotely having to do with Bill and Hillary Clinton. And just as with the Russians, that is intentionally so. The Clintons go to great lengths to cover-up their cover-ups. And that’s why Judicial Watch goes to equally great lengths to expose the truth. It is fair to say that we have been battling Clinton corruption for all of our two decades. The recent partial release of their Clinton Presidential Library records provides a revealing case in point. On February 28,

NORRIDGEWOCK, Maine – Police armed with assault rifles descended on a Maine man´s home after members of a tree removal crew he´d told to clear off his property reported that he had a gun. Turns out the "gun" the tree crew had seen on Michael Smith of Norridgewock was just a life-sized tattoo of a handgun on his stomach. Smith, who works nights, was asleep when the tree crew contracted by a utility to trim branches near power lines, woke him up at about 10 a.m. Tuesday. He went outside shirtless and yelled at the workers to leave. When he´s

When I was in high school in Detroit, there was a great deal of emphasis on clothing. As I became increasingly interested in fitting in with the “in crowd,” fashion supplanted academic achievement in my hierarchy of importance. My grades plummeted and I became a person who was less pleasant and more self-absorbed. My mother was very disappointed, because she thought I had enough insight and intelligence to avoid the flypaper trap of acting like everyone else. Fortunately, after wasting a year pursuing acceptance, I realized that my dreams went far beyond silk shirts and sharkskin pants. I decided to

WASHINGTON — President Obama wants Americans to see how climate change will remake their own backyards — and to make it as easy as opening a web-based app. As part of its effort to make the public see global warming as a tangible, immediate and urgent problem, the White House on Wednesday will inaugurate a website aimed at turning scientific data about projected droughts and wildfires and the rise in sea levels into eye-catching digital presentations that can be mapped using an app. Mr. Obama’s counselor, John D. In 2011, Vermont passed the nation´s first single-payer healthcare system, "Green Mountain Care." While the law was supposed to be fully enacted by 2017, it has become apparent that there´s no solid plan in place to actually pay for the healthcare of all Vermont residents. Democratic lawmakers, citing missed deadlines and past failures, have begun to call for Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin to "shelve" the plan. “The deadlines for proposing financing have been missed two years in a row now, so to me that’s very disappointing. It’s becoming clearer and clearer that there is no financing plan,” Condon told Vermont

It was a shocking disclosure just two years ago. In Seoul, South Korea, President Barack Obama’s voice was picked up on a hot mic as he told Russia’s Dmitri Medvedev: "Tell Vladimir [Putin] I can be more flexible after the election." It was an unprecedented confession by an American head of state. It was shocking – or should have been – because it showed the president of the United States conspiring, literally whispering assurances to a foreign leader that may not have been consistent with his own public pronouncements to us, the American voters, or to the world. President Obama on Monday slapped Russia with the kinds of economic sanctions not seen since the Cold War, but the administration’s supposed hard line was met with mockery and a “collective shrug” in Moscow, Kiev and Washington. One day after Crimeans voted overwhelmingly to secede from Ukraine and join Russia, the White House and its partners in the European Union responded by targeting high-ranking officials in Moscow along with pro-Russian figures responsible for the unrest in Ukraine. The move adds even more tension to a dramatic standoff between Russia and the West, but early signs suggest the latest round of

Hillary Clinton may well be the most "known" politician in the world. She and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have been on the national stage for more than two decades -- traveling from Arkansas to the White House to the Senate to the 2008 campaign trail and finally to the State Department. During that time, every look and utterance from Hillary has been examined, then examined again, then analyzed, then overanalyzed. That´s why this series of photos -- shot by LIFE magazine in 1969 as part of a feature on outstanding college students -- is so fascinating. It captures
