CEI: Lisa Jackson used yet
another non-EPA email account

Washington Examiner, by Joel Gehrke

Former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson used her old New Jersey state government email account to supplement the account that she operated under the alias “Richard Windsor,” which a watchdog group suggests was another attempt to avoid transparency laws. “It was no longer an account anyone would think to search under any open records request because there was no defensible reason it still should be in operation,” the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Chris Horner said in a statement today. “In other words, like the ‘Richard Windsor’ account, it looks like she assumed

How did she even do that (send State of NJ e-mails)?

When terminated/resigned from previous employer, e-mail access is removed. Same with your employee ID, door pass card/door key. Standard security. What is this all about?

Or this the new standard profile of our special "Black-American" progressives? Do all of them walk on water?

The EPA is being shown to be something of a criminal conspiracy. Did you see Jackson testify to Congress a year or two back? She had nothing but disdain for the Congress members.

It´s Cass Sunstein who is the worst regime member, but then it was Lisa Jackson as the big #2. Awful anti-Americans.

In an amazing coincidence, I was looking through an old (2007) American Rifleman from the NRA, just last evening, and there was an article about NJ´s growing bear population. Governor Corzine, upon the advice of Lisa Jackson, refused to reauthorize a bear hunt in NJ.
They proposed birth control for the bears.

There has always been an us saving the world versus the evil polluters element to the EPA. What this administration has added is the genuine desire to prevent the private sector from utilizing the nations resources to save our economy and the use of a Community Organizers mindset to organize the effort. The Department of Justice is financing lawsuits by environmentalists against the EPA. The EPA settles by agreeing to regulate mining, drilling, developing, etc. The AGW crowd uses manipulated data to push for reduced carbon. Congress won´t act so you have environmentalist sue the EPA to set mileage standards. And to regulate CO2. Because CO@ isn´t really harmful like SO2 or NOx, you need to get DOJ to rewrite portions of the law. Because the PEOPLE aren´t on board, you need back channel communications to coordinate. Hence the ´safe harbor´ E-mails.

I heard Lisa Jackson speak at an NEPT (a volutary compliance program silmilar to OSHA´s VPP) conference before she led EPA and before she nuked NEPT (technically it was withdrawn for reconsideration). She was adamant that only government could be trusted and when it came to companies environmental reporting she "knew y´all are lying to us". It was shocking. The fact that statement was not backed by a single shred of evidence did not dissuade her.

That was a statement by a true believer. The kind of belief that makes someone condescending and dismissive. This was a willful abd knowing violation and undermines every open records type act to actually make government transparent. But nothing will happen. They´ll follow the Clinton script and talk it to death then term it old news being dredged up by right wingers and what we should really focus on is the future, yada, yada, yada.

Before the cannons fired at Fort Sumter, the Confederates announced their rebellion with lofty rhetoric about “violations of the Constitution of the United States” and “encroachments upon the reserved rights of the States.” But the brute, bloody fact beneath those words was money. So much goddamn money. The leaders of slave power were fighting a movement of dispossession. The abolitionists told them that the property they owned must be forfeited, that all the wealth stored in the limbs and wombs of their property would be taken from them. Zeroed out. Imagine a modern-day political movement that contended that mutual funds and

In a new book released today, Massachusetts Democratic senator and potential presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren attempts to rewrite history regarding the controversy surrounding her “Native American” ancestry that emerged in the 2012 Senate campaign. What’s remarkable is that, at least in the initial book reviews, the press largely allows her to get away with it. In fact, it’s virtually ignored that to this day Warren still refuses to release any law school records that may shed light on this controversy. To be fair, most reviews note that Warren has never substantiated her claims of Native American heritage, which is true.

Wendy Davis’ campaign has had its problems. The revelation that her life story of personal struggle and triumph as a single mother was embellished was a game changer. There’s a pattern of falsifying statistics throughout the entire Census Bureau. As I’ve been writing for more than six months, the Census Bureau office in Philadelphia uncovered a case of fraud in 2010, did nothing about it and allowed the practice to continue. In that instance, a data collector named Julius Buckmon was faking reports that went into the nation’s all-important jobless tally and consumer-inflation survey. After years of litigation, the Supreme Court on Monday said it would decide if Congress or the State Department has the final say in whether U.S. passports acknowledge Jerusalem as part of Israel. This touches on one of the most sensitive issues in decades of Middle East conflict, and the case also presents a major separation-of-power conflict between the legislative and executive branches. The controversy is over a 2002 law passed by Congress regarding passports. It says that a U.S. citizen born in Jerusalem may request his or her birthplace to be listed as Israel. The Obama administration is poised to entertain a flood of new clemency applications from thousands of federal prisoners who were given harsh sentences under mandatory-minimum laws following drug convictions, Attorney General Eric Holder said Monday. Holder said in a short videotaped statement that he wants to shrink the federal prison population by a modest amount while ensuring ´that those who have paid their debts have a chance to become productive citizens.´ At the center of the move is a set of old sentencing rules that punished crack-cocaine offenders with more time behind bars than users or traffickers of powder cocaine.
