Obama Reverses Course,
Leaks Own Immigration
Plan: ´Dead on Arrival,´
Says Rubio

Breitbart Big Government, by Joel B. Pollak

Original Article

Posted By:JoniTx, 2/17/2013 10:12:31 AM

President Barack Obama reversed course on Saturday, preparing an immigration reform bill that was leaked to USA Today and that would allow illegal immigrants to become full permanent residents within eight years. The White House had previously refrained from offering its own immigration plan, after immigration reform advocates asked him not to do so for fear that his proposals could provoke Republican opposition to any reform bill. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), a leader of the “Gang of Eight” that released a bipartisan plan for immigration reform last month, pronounced President Obama’s plan “dead on arrival in Congress.”

There is no point to working out a compromise with Obama. He doesn´t pay attention to the constitution or the laws we have now.

Any compromise should not rely on "securing the border" because that is an amorphous goal. It will just be fudged like last time an 20 million more invaders will be occupying our country.

A serious agreement should include:

1) Make illegal immigration a felony, a felony to provide aid and make the penalty serious such as a year in prison.
2) Amend the constitution to eliminate anchor babies. They have to be here legally in order to receive US citizenship.
3) Require all employes and contractors to be filtered through e-verify.
4) Deny government benefits to all illegals and require those that try to receive benefits to prove citizenship.

This may seem harsh, but if we are not serious about this issue we will end up with 50 million illegals in 10 years.

Ditto´s #4 but I´d pass a law retro actively dening "anchor babies" citizenship. If at least one of your parents isn´t a citizen, neither are you! Additionally I don´t care when you arrived or under what conditions, not a citizen...you are an illegal alien and need to go back where you came from and apply for LEGAL immigration.

This may be just a head fake by Obama, but you can safely bet that any liberal Democrat amnesty, no matter what they call it, will include just about all of the 11 to 20 million illegal aliens here now, will allow those legalized aliens to double their population numbers in the years ahead by bringing millions of their foreign family members here, with all being given US voting rights through a very liberal path to citizenship" process as soon as possible.

If the liberal Democrats succeed, with 10 million or so new voters, they will be able to permanently change the political balance of the USA to their favor, sending the Republicans on a down hill slide to long-term political suicide.

Robert Reynolds chokes up when asked to recall what it was like to be among U.S. forces who routed al Qaeda-linked fighters from the western Iraqi city of Fallujah a decade ago. “We lost hundreds of men, so many men, and so many more men were injured,” said the former Marine, who received a Purple Heart for the bullet he took in the arm during the combat. Four people are feared dead following a military helicopter crash on a coastal nature reserve in Norfolk. The aircraft, a Pave Hawk took off from the U.S. airforce base at RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, for a routine low-level flying exercise. Residents told of hearing a ´heavy and very unusual´ sound overhead as the helicopter - which specialises in recovering troops from war zones - plummeted into flooded marshland. The aircraft, a modified version of the U.S. Army´s Black Hawk, is believed to have crashed just after 8pm close to the shoreline near the village Cley-next-the-Sea. But his harshest remarks are saved for Vice President Joe Biden. “I think he has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades,” Gates writes of the vice president. According to the White House statement, Obama “disagrees with Secretary Gates’ assessment.” Read the Obama

The "Downton Abbey" phenomenon just keeps getting bigger. Sunday´s season four premiere of the upstairs-downstairs drama on PBS surpassed the comparable ratings for every previous episode. According to Nielsen data, at least 10.2 million viewers tuned in live (or within a few hours via digital video recorders) on Sunday night, up from 7.9 million at the start of season three and 8.2 million at the end of it. This was more than a "personal best" for "Downton." The season four premiere outperformed every other drama on Sunday night, too. It was no secret that Sen. Max Baucus, Montana Democrat, was the White House’s pick to serve as the next American ambassador to China, but President Obama now has made that choice official. The president on Tuesday formally nominated Mr. Baucus, who has served in the Senate since 1978 and was planning to retire when his current term ends in 2015. The White House also put forth nine other nominees to serve in key posts. Perhaps most notably, Mr. Obama officially named Leon Rodriguez to serve as the next director of the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services. But like Mr. Baucus’

Maximum emissions would be reduced by one-third next year and by 80 percent in five years, the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reported. Fine particulate pollution is made up of solid particles and liquid droplets that measure 2.5 micrometers in diameter or less. The EPA currently certifies non-catalytic wood stoves if they produce less than 7.5 grams of fine particulate per hour. Fine particulate absorbed by breathing has

At the dawn of the 2014 election year, the issue is unemployment benefits, and a White House-backed bill to renew benefits that lapsed last month for the long-term jobless. The three-month measure is the leading edge of a Democratic program that also includes raising the minimum wage, closing tax loopholes on the wealthy and corporations, and enacting other measures designed to demonstrate sympathy
