Outrage Grows After Professor

Students and parents at West Liberty University in West Virginia are expressing concern and even outrage over an assignment handed out by professor Stephanie Wolf in which she told her students which sources they couldn’t use in their research. While The New York Times, The Huffington Post and others were given the clear, The Onion and Fox News were the two outlets she said were off limits. Robin Capehart, the president of the university, spoke with Megyn on Thursday’s America Live, expressing his concern over the incident and telling her that “the purpose

And you know this is just normal behavior from the leftists in the universities. The school president did his best to make excuses, but you can´t change the deeply embedded ideologies of those in the universities.

I´m a 1957 grad of West Liberty when it was a state college. I can assure you that Dr. Paul Elbin, then president, and Dr. Kenneth McMillen, Political Science Department, would have given this young lady short shrift in her attempt to exercize New Left Fascism. The state of the academic community countrywide is indeed sad; dissent if forbidden, contrathougt is discouraged and
conservatism has become a mortal sin.

I´d just make up the most outrageous thing I could think of that a low Info person like the Prof would believe, bet she would buy it hook line and sinker. Something like global warming.

In 2009, Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) apologized profusely to the White House for shouting, "You lie!" as President Barack Obama told Congress that Obamacare would not cover illegal immigrants. Now it would appear that the White House owes Wilson an apology, as Covered California--the flagship of state Obamacare exchanges--is recruiting illegal ("undocumented") immigrants to sign up for the program, regardless of their eligibility. The Covered California website includes a special page entitled: "No temas si eres indocumentado/a y quieres inscribir a tu familia en un seguro médico" ("Fear not if you are undocumented and want to enroll your family in health

New information about the intelligence available in the immediate aftermath of the Benghazi attack raises questions about whether the former No. 2 at the CIA downplayed or dismissed reporting from his own people in Libya that it was a coordinated attack and not an out-of-control protest over an anti-Islam video. Then-Deputy Director Mike Morell, whose own agency lost two employees at Benghazi, former Navy Seals Ty Woods and Glen Doherty, was heavily involved in editing the administration’s internal narrative on what happened – known as the “talking points” – which served as the basis for then-U.N. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) delivered a message to Tea Party critics when he cast a decisive vote Wednesday that led to Senate passage of a debt-ceiling hike: Bring it on. In perhaps his most defining moment in the 113th Congress, McConnell strode up to the dais and declared his “aye” vote in a clear voice heard throughout the chamber. It broke the impasse and seven more Republicans soon voted as well to end the filibuster. It was a risky decision for McConnell, who is facing a difficult primary battle from businessman Matt Bevin, a conservative backed by Tea Party groups. McConnell’s

Iranian oil exports soared in January, hitting new highs just months after the United States consented to billions of dollars in economic sanctions relief under the interim nuclear deal. Exports of Iranian crude oil jumped to 1.32 million barrels, up from December’s high of 1.06 million barrels, according to data from the International Energy Agency. The spike in exports—mainly to Japan, China, and India—has helped Iran’s once-ailing economy stabilize and decrease inflation. Iranian oil exports have steadily risen since negotiations with the West restored confidence in Tehran’s economy. The increase runs counter to a promise by the Obama administration that “Iran’s oil exports

A growing group of Ted Cruz’s Republican Senate colleagues are infuriated with his tactics. So frustrated was Arizona Senator John McCain with the latest, forcing fellow Republicans to take a politically risky vote on lifting the debt ceiling, that yesterday he tweeted a Wall Street Journal editorial accusing the Texas lawmaker of instigating “needless drama that helps to explain why Republicans remain a minority.” (Snip)Cruz’s insistence Feb. 12 on a 60-vote threshold to advance legislation lifting the nation’s borrowing cap foiled his party leadership’s plan to let the measure move forward with only Democratic votes.
